Starliners were supposed to be the height of luxury but right now Lorcan honestly wanted to be done with the whole ship - how quickly a person could get sick of a few hundred other sentients right? It had taken him shorter than most he would guess. He wasn't usually the kind of person who could be classed as a 'people-person' but whatever. He and another Ranger had been set up with the liner when it became apparent that a bail jumper was boarding.
Considering their recent missions had been related to crippling dangerous pirate operations he expected this to be a walk in the park in comparison. Even at it's worst it was incredibly unlikely that he was going to have to kill multiple people; unlike the last few missions he had been on. He was beginning to feel the weight of all the killing, feel the blood seeping all over his hands.
"Kel Dryden." he greeted the scoundrel, blocking him in his seat with his body, Corran backing him up, "You skipped bail for cheating a casino - I'm Lorcan and this is Corran, we're with the Sector Rangers and I would like to request you submit yourself to our care."
His right hand rested on his holstered blaster pistol.
"We can bring you in warm or we can bring you in cold Dryden; make the smart choice, yeah?"
Unknown to Lorcan, several pirates hidden amongst the passengers heard his declaration and began to stealthily make moves to bring their timetables up.
