Looks good, pending one stat change. Only one stat may be at 7, the rest must be at 6 or lower (for acceptance into the Sith Imperium, anyways).

Yeah, you'll need to do a bit of editing. Nox is still dodging to the outside of Ark's strike, so he's not centrally placed as your post states. That'd make it difficult to deliver the direct counter attack you're talking about in your post.
