A tournament, perhaps?

16 people are required. We could do it with 8, but we never get only eight people wanting to do it. If there are a few more than 16 a bye system could potentially be implemented, or we coul stick with the qualifying rounds, but generally speaking it's only ever one or two more people than the 16 that enter and they're not always that bothered about being a part of it.

Oh, I forgot to mention: I sent a PM to Bac, and he said that there was enough people to start organizing it.

At any point did you feel like PMing me? I did organise the last two grand tournaments here...

Err, I sort of suggested it to Bac, and he told me that if there was enough interest they'd host a tournament. So I sort of started it, but I'll be participating, so I probably won't be anything outside of a competitor.

No, I was not a member of the Runescpe forums though visited there once after a friend told me that there were a lot of good writers and that the quota for posts and threads was quite high. It was 300 words per post, right? Or something like that. I don't really remember.

And I hope that I become one of those "good writers" you were talking about though I think my style is.. refined enough as it is ;)

You misunderstand, I wasn't asking your permission to host it for you, I was asking, in generating interest, if you'd taken stuff like a host, or how the older tournaments here worked, into consideration. I'm not saying I mind doing it, btw, but you need to sort this stuff out if you want this to happen.

Yes, actually, I've taken the mechanics of previous Grand Tournaments into account. Per host, you mean someone who supervises the matches and makes sure no rules are broken, correct? If so, I would imagine such a thing is not up to me. The only thing I'm unsure of is how the matches are drawn - are they random, or do you look through the characters of the competitors and make decisions like that?

We've already been through this *sigh*

Vashni's back is extremely weak since that is where he needs to bend the most (i.e. more flexibility = less armor) and where the tubes that connect him to his locomotion/stimulants are located. His head, neck and chest are the most highly defended parts of his body making him "invincible" if you try to attack him up front. But that is the same as saying that someone with two lightsabers can block just about every attack. Kinda.

No, I didn't. There have been previous tournaments before this one. I just checked to see if anyone was interested in participating in another one. The admins actually MAKE the tournament, especially since I won't just be watching on the sidelines.
