A tournament, perhaps?

I was just talking with Bac via MSN, and thought about asking if there might be a tournament coming up. He told me they'd organize one if there was enough interest, so consider this an interest check.

I mentioned the idea to Lavi of Trandosha hosting a galactic exposition which could include a tournament. He said Trandosha's reputation would prevent it from getting guests. (The only reason I can think of would be bounty hunters that come from Trandosha, the only war in the last 30 years would have been a war a national liberation against Onderon) So I've started a thread to try to attract tourists to the planet in hopes that the aggressive reputation will lessen so an expo can be done with a tournament could be hosted.

Though I would join if one were done.

Hey, Mythos, I wouldn't worry. First of all, the tournament would most likely just be for fun, and I don't think anyone minds newcomers. The last time I participated in a tournament a few weeks ago I had only been active on the site for a week or two and bumped off the top runner in the competition in the preliminaries. :P

You seem quite literate anyway, and writing skill plays a big part in RP fighting, I think. Is your name a reference to the Lovecraftian mythology, by the way?

Really, though, why to the death? It makes things a little more interesting, sure, but it's really just a waste without sufficient prizes. :/
