So yes its alleged that she's a criminal.

Generally, when discussing criminal activities, "alleged" means a person has been charged for committing a crime. Like "Warmonger allegedly robbed the 7/11. Police are working on gathering evidence from the store cameras."

I have and the Supreme Court has never ruled that the children of illegal aliens are American citizens. The Supreme Court has only granted citizenship to the children born to legal immigrants, not illegal.

Yes, but you can't kick these children out due to a loop hole, fix the system and prevent future anchor children--which I agree should be amended. Ex post facto clauses clearly state that even if the 14th amendment was revised or repealed, those children would be allowed to stay in the country--since it would go against Article 1, Section 9 of the constitution.

Actually historically, open immigration with no background checks is the worst idea in the history of a world with a ton of bad ideas. I think everyone should have the opportunity to come to our country, I really do. It's not the best country in the world anymore, but it can be, immigration helps that. But not the foolish everyone come on in. I think we should do background checks, and basic triage tests to make sure they don't have viral diseases that are untreated before they come in. Checking for terrorist tendencies is a no brainer of course, but truth be told the worst problem right now is misinformation on all accounts. People are against immigration on the whole because "Them there illegals taking our jobs". (i'm from kentucky i've heard that a lot.) On the flip side we also get these, "There is no proof illegal immigrants are a danger to us." (known Mexican gang members come to U.S. rape and murder I think it was 2-5 people? And were released after 6 months.) Basically we need to do two things. One, secure the borders in a safe way, no wall, and help people get into the country safely without being indebted to gangs. Two, kill all gang members who come to the U.S. illegally and murder, rape, or sell drugs. No light side to that, you either go hard or they'll just keep doing coming and doing evil. (That view is likely way less popular then the first suggestion)

They technically have the rights of american citizenship under the 14th amendment, whether it's a loop hole or not. There for under the ex post facto clause which is in the first section of the constitution would still be allowed to stay in the country, even if there parents were deported and the 14th amendment was repealed.

So are you saying ex post facto laws protection should be repealed as well?

Overly harsh treatment doesn't solve the issue of gang violence. Or any other issue for that matter.

Personally, I'd honestly just wage a war against violent gangs. They're more often then not no better then terrorists. Looking at you Chicago. And fear of death will fix a lot of things. I recall a country in the 40's that after losing 45,000 people in literally a couple of seconds never wanting to fight us again.

It probably is a terrible idea. But to be honest I'm sick and tired of people in my country that I love so very much and everything it should stand for, being insulted by people abusing that freedom people have died for, to just kill each other over drugs and 'arbitrary' territory that they don't even own, and that after they die will be forgotten and have contributed nothing more then taking up space in the dirt somewhere.
