So many beings flooded the area as they moved about their business, calm albeit hurried. It was a good example of order, balance, a state of homeostasis in which the inhabitants have found without necessarily speaking or planning ahead of time. It was a standard that was understood by anyone who frequented the station, a set of unwritten rules that made this place effective and even vulnerable. The elevated maglev trains came and left on schedule, perhaps some ran a few minutes behind but everything tended to run smoothly; it could be better as it could be frequently overhead by those who were running behind or wanted to be someplace early. The effort for a more perfected order...
That of course charmed the young Sith Marauder.
It was this state of order and homeostasis that would be the fall of those at this station today and mask the Sith's presence until the right moment. Balance came at a cost, and in places like these, there was not much flexibility without dipping into intense emotion leading to an overall shift for a re-balance, but that would take time, even more so when beings did not feel their safety could be guaranteed. That was not her purpose, today of course was something to at least remind the Free Worlds Alliance and Jedi that the Sith were still very present. Maeve had decided their own leaders were unreliable and directionless. Some of the other Sith have felt similar, even called for conversation on Moraband. Maeve saw no purpose in such things when it was action that was required, they were certainly not Jedi who sat around and then decide to do things. Their part in this galaxy would be something far greater than any prophet would ever imagine, but first the people needed to be stirred. An open invitation was sent out to her fellow dark brethren in a save-the-date fashion.
Maeve stood among the morning rush crowd, blending in as a weathered traveler, her dark robes did not seem to draw in attention as she kept to herself, the Force may had have some part to play. As the people left the train and others hurried on, Maeve joined, but exited immediately, leaving behind a simple spherical device. She watched as the door closed, those onboard neverminding the robed traveler as she stood on the platform once more, entirely focused on everything but what will happen in the next few moments as the maglev trained carried them away from the platform.
There was a sliver of panic and fear that pressed into the Force before the thermal detonator expired. The explosive shook the station, blowing a hole in the side of the train and damaged the track enough to leave the cars tilting off the edge of the track. Where Maeve stood, there was a moment of disbelief and confusion, stunned and shocked by the event that just occurred. As onlookers rushed to one corner of the platform, Maeve removed her hood, her masked face now visible as the woman ignited her red plasma blade.
Happy days were certainly ahead.
OoC: I just want to stir up stuff to get something going, we need some bad guys doing bad things ><
