Notable Deeds: Kotii Solus has gained a reputation throughout the Mandalorian community and beyond since his shameful withdrawal from Mandalorian space. In Exile he has tried his best to contribute to the rebel forces that disagreed with Fenyang and his successor, Nox Solus even when it led to further civil war. The Sith and any Mandalorians that allied with them were made clear enemies of the Werda Verda, or Shadow Warriors that have since disbanded.

The man has been able to begrudgingly bend the ear of Mandalorians time and again. Even when in dire straights he has earned the loyalty of family and strangers alike.

He continues to moonlight as his Black Hand alias and bounty hunting license. The man completed jobs until his time on the run would catch up to him. After pulling a blaster on @Nor'baal Desilijic , Kotii and his cadre of Mandalorians were gunned down leaving only Kotii as the survivor. Eventually his son would free him before he could pay the ultimate price and has recuperated since.

The mistakes of his past follow him so Kotii seeks to make amends. Humbly he has reached back out to others in the Mandalorian community and made it clear he wants to repent and seeks redemption.

Spoiler: Relevant Threads

1. - A Simple Edge & A Dangerous Ring - Kotii ends up in a fighting pit and loses more of his left arm.
2. - Needing a Hand - Kotii gets help from @Van'Aria Solus and @Vidha Solus to break out of the gladiator ring he has imprisoned in.
3. - Despite Everything - Crossing paths with @Song Wren "over" Tol Amn and gaining some shared respect.
4. - Haar Parjai Waadas - Kotii takes part in a pyke hired job related to a leak on NalTech ripe for stealing.
5. - Badgered for Arms - Kotii helps out with a train robbery to get the clan more weapons.
6. - First Blood - Kotii and @Romeo Solus attack an Imperial refinery on Abifar before things blow up sideways.
7. - The Lizard Dance Part 0 - On Corellia Kotii meets with @Aezzairrfhowrrhudrrl , @Rrodossk , and Romeo to talk about the future of their groups.
8. - Food Vhett For A King - A meeting with @Nor'baal Desilijic goes poorly for Kotii.
9. - Hell to Pay - Captured by the 5 syndicates, a meeting is made with @Nox Solus , the Mand'alor and to decide on Kotii's fate.
10. - Badger Break-Out - Freed from prison in the Boz Pity system by @Hailee Lightwood , @Laeonas Tannaras , as well as his kin Romeo and Hauron Solus.
11. - Badgers and Crows - meets with Reiel after he's free
12. Gankagayr'katr - resewears his allegiance to the Mandalorian people.

Unfortunately there are problems with this application

A lot of these threads are failures for Kotii, him getting captured, and/or needing to be rescued. I am also puzzled why 'Master Hunter' rank (Which is a Bounty Hunters' Guild rank) is being applied for when there is no bounty hunting done in any of these threads linked.

The rest of the problem threads seem to be socials or chit-chats.

I can't approve. Vetoed.

I have no issues with Level-2 power for Ciri.

With that said, I would personally like to see a bit more consistent actitivty with the character and threads contributions to the faction, before the Master Rank is officially conferred.

The restoration is approved. However, I'd like you (and others reading this) to keep a few things in mind:

1) According to the write-up the Imperial Knights can almost be considered Dark Side users. Stuff like healing (including Not!Healing) isn't something they'd necessarily be capable of doing.
2) The first generation of Imperial Knights (created two IC years ago) were Sith Champions and Masters that defected from the Sith Order. The Empire still vividly remembers the atrocities of the Sith and regular imperials will have a hard time distinguishing an Imperial Knight from a Sith. As such, using the Force on Imperials is highly frowned upon as the NFS won't be able to distinguish between good and bad Force use.

3) Players with characters of rank 2 (or above) are expected to contribute to leading the faction. That means that it is expected to help knights train squires and create content (mission packs, storylines) to attract others to become and keep active with the Imperial Knight characters.
