Vetoing this rank-up. The application is a bit sparse and few of the threads appear to be unfinished.

While i'm here, there are some issues with the SSD that need to be addressed. You can try finding it and obtaining it, but I will stress that Super Star Destroyers are huuuuuge and take up massive amounts of resources to maintain. Massive as in, it would bankrupt multiple worlds for the cost of it's fuel alone. SSDs needs the resources of an actual empire to maintain and use with any effectiveness. And right now the Sith Order has next to no assets as it stands. It's doubtful one space station can remedy this.

And according to the Excaliber's writeup, it requires `55,000 Officers, 95,000 Enlisted' even with droids there is no way the Sith can man this thing either

At best, the SSD is a partially mobile floating city/base, but no way is it going to be assaulting anything.

So Mando faction ranks are different from Rancor Squadron ranks, they have no bearing on each other either (I will ask Dara to make this more clear on the RS write-up going forward). Rally Master is on the linked page as Rank 2 (Jedi Master equivalent). Level/power increases are not granted by Rancor Squadron ranks, and they won't show by the rank box on the subaccounts, Mando faction ranks will take precedence.

Honestly, @Alhon not only have you done a lot with this character, but your ideas are legitimately thoughtful and strategic. You've had this character lead some very tactical missions with plays I don't often see. They're a lot more thoughtful than the run of the mill invasion type concepts we usually see. With the mission portion of Into The Fire considered complete and Max being an integral part of the oracle plot, I'm inclined to promote him to General which is one step above Commander.

Notable Deeds: Kotii Solus has gained a reputation throughout the Mandalorian community and beyond since his shameful withdrawal from Mandalorian space. In Exile he has tried his best to contribute to the rebel forces that disagreed with Fenyang and his successor, Nox Solus even when it led to further civil war. The Sith and any Mandalorians that allied with them were made clear enemies of the Werda Verda, or Shadow Warriors that have since disbanded.

The man has been able to begrudgingly bend the ear of Mandalorians time and again. Even when in dire straights he has earned the loyalty of family and strangers alike.

He continues to moonlight as his Black Hand alias and bounty hunting license. The man completed jobs until his time on the run would catch up to him. After pulling a blaster on @Nor'baal Desilijic , Kotii and his cadre of Mandalorians were gunned down leaving only Kotii as the survivor. Eventually his son would free him before he could pay the ultimate price and has recuperated since.

The mistakes of his past follow him so Kotii seeks to make amends. Humbly he has reached back out to others in the Mandalorian community and made it clear he wants to repent and seeks redemption.
