Let me also remind you, Santoro, that I haven't heard a peep from anyone about people on your side going to any admins and asking them come in and resolve this. Only now is this suddenly some OMFG major issue, so you don't get to bitch now when you basically willingly twiddled your thumbs.

I said that I don't intend to have the staff get involved and that I hope the other admins feel the same way. We resolved Ando Prime and, IMO, the staff can't keep being a lifeline. Finish it.

I talked to both Nexus and Jiang about taking the win there because it got to the point of rediculous waiting and ol' furball just took the mission over for himself. The people in these two other threads have been waiting twice as long and I'm fairly confident Santoro asked the mod-squad about winning these battles.

Saying that the Hutts don't get to complain about the Rep taking forever to respond is a little rediculous IMO

That is a big issue plaguing the Republic. Let us not forget that's what happened to the Republic during Ando Prime, forcing Tsar to take on a mission he was ill-prepared for.

it was, seemed to be an issue in a few battles actually... that and leaving with them half started etc. There were a few weeks in the war room of the exact plans to respond, and this was what I wanted to see, first set of fights out of the gate, let us have that first hand ability to see exactly what problem areas are and assess them....these battles are still going on because nobody is there to take care of them and nobody is prodded to say as such...

thats a big reason Im looking to turn things upsidedown and change out who is in command following this. as of the two lasting battles NOW Im taking care of them and again I can't express how sorry I am for them being held up.

I haven't sat around before, multiple times we brought up that we were waiting until we decided to take the planet. I gave plenty of time and leeway, which is exactly what your 'plan' is calling for now.

Maybe I'd believe it'd be handled timely if I had some sort of similar precedent to go off of.

I'm not the RP admin, Santoro. It's not my responsibility to know these things. If you were bringing things to other admins and those admins weren't responding, why didn't you take it to me? This is a constant problem on this site, and I've been saying this for like a year now (you'll recall it specifically during the Keanu/Caged thing): people going to an admin, not really getting a good enough reply, and then not going any further than that admin.

Also, 2 days? Plenty of time and leeway? Please. I said 2 days maximum but it's not going to be 2 days.
