It was reported that Darth Tempest was furious.

Despite proving unsuccessful, the assault on Mustafar had been entirely too close for comfort - striking at the Sith Order where they were supposed to be their strongest. It highlighted the glaring flaws within their own sense of security, and it hinted at the presence of a turncoat within their very midsts. While the identity of the perpetrators remained a mystery, the Dark Lord had almost immediately begun the work to strike back.

Experts within the Inquisitorius had been able to decipher the origins of the Starfighters that hailed fire onto Fortress Vader - using recent jump locations and coordinates from the Nav-Computers to pinpoint an origin. Two distinct locations appeared more than any other within the logs, and it was there that the Dark Lord would send the disciples of her Order. Channels were established and the call was issued, beckoning any available Sith beneath her banner to arrive at one location or the other.

Shattered and forgotten by the ages, Anoth was a place unforgiving like few in the Galaxy. For reasons unknown, a cataclysm that nearly tore the planet apart from the inside - leaving its remnants held together only by its own gravitational pull. Deep fissures spiderwebbed across the barren ‘surface’ of the planet, forming canyons that plunged down into the endless abyss. Free-floating islands of land dotted the skyline all around them, cluttered with the ancient ruins of structures from a civilization none of them would remember.

In truth, it was only the remnants of a thin atmosphere that left portions of the planet habitable for sentient life, and even that was a truthfully loose definition of the word. Regardless of its history, Anoth would prove be the destination for many within the Sith Order - and it wouldn’t take long for each of them to realize they weren’t alone on the shattered world.

Only a few meters from their landing zone, the darkened silhouette of a military base was clearly visible - carved one of the natural, stone spires that jutted up from the planetary surface. The occasional patrol of starfighters swept across the open sky, and forced the arriving members of the Sith Order to carefully hide their presence for the time being. While the identity of those occupying the fortifications remained a mystery, their connection to those who had assaulted Mustafar was becoming increasingly clear to those on Anoth.

Rather than a single individual, the expedition to Anoth was headed by a pair of high-profile Inquisitors - Ralak and Devos. The presence of the secretive Sith organization had been heavy across the response to Mustafar, and it was no mystery why the pair would have been assigned to lead the covert operation.

Each stood like a statue - armored visors fixed onto the group. It wasn’t until the bulk of them had gathered that Ralak gestured for their attention - her soft voice modulated by the helmet that she wore.

“Initial recon has revealed heavy military presence centralized on the fortress and encompassing the surrounding area - both in the form of group troops and aerial superiority. For this reason, it will be inadvisable to engage in a frontal, open assault against the enemy.”

It was then Devos’ turn to speak. “Our objective will be to infiltrate the fortress covertly. To learn whatever we can about their organization, and to inflict as much damage to their facility as possible.” Though it wasn’t visible behind the mask, the Inquisitor narrowed his eyes slightly. “Allow me to be clear that there will be no excraction or rescue, should things turn for the worst.” They would be entirely alone on Anoth. Without reinforcement or support.

“Whatever concerns you have, voice them now - as we have only a few minutes left before we need to move.” Starfighter patrols would likely sweep the area once again before long. It only left them with a short period of being able to move openly towards the facility.

As an ‘acolyte’, Azar didn’t get a say in where he was sent. While he would have preferred Prakith - with its rumors of alchemy and mysteries of the Force - he was deemed too low rank to have a choice. So he found himself on yet another cold, barren planet. He was armed with his Sith blades and lanvarok, but also a potent concoction he had brewed. It wasn’t in his nature to barge in guns blazing - his methods were slow and insidious.

As the inquisitors spoke and asked to voice concerns, Azar attempted to convey a strategy, “This,” He held up a sealed container, “Drop in water supply. Kill everyone that drink,” He stated simply. Now, getting the container to spill into the exact tank that supplied the facility was going to require some recon, but it was far less risky than everyone attempting to infiltrate the facility itself. It was up to the inquisitors if they chose this method or not. The downside was that it had the risk of not learning quite as much about those in the facility, so there were pros and cons. Azar always thought in terms of objectives and if the objective was for maximum kill with minimum risk, his plan was the way. People suddenly getting ill and dropping dead in the facility would cause all kinds of chaos inside the building without them learning anything before it was too late.

At long last Cyrian had found his way back into the service of the Sith. It had been years in the dark emptiness searching for signs of the dark lords, and now he had been graced to back in their service. The years after the fall of the Empire had hardly been kind to him. He had refused to give up on them and the promise that they had for the galaxy. He had been delighted to know that there had been many that refused to lay down their weapons out of fear of reprisal from the new Empire.

He was a loyal soldier of the Sith, and the Empire no more. The years he had committed to them, and the times he'd been saved by their actions, would never be washed away.

It was not the place of a soldier to speak nor to question the orders above his station. Only to carry them out.

As the Inquisitors spoke to the betters, Cyrian listened at an appropriate distance. He bore no authority over any of those strong with the force, and was only responsible to keep those few soldiers they had in line.

"Our oaths and service are eternal." Cyrian spoke, averting his gaze to the ground as the Inquisitor noted their lack of extraction.

Should this be the battlefield he fulfilled his last act of devotion, so be it. It would be in service of the purpose he had committed all of his life to.

Kaldar had received the coordinates for both Prakith and Anoth, but given his own interests already out here at Saijo, it was a short jump over to Anoth.

And what a weird planet it was. It looked like it was only barely being held together. He had heard about planets like Jedha, Concordia, and even Tython that had been blasted nearly to pieces, but at least all of those there was an explanation for it. Anoth seemed to have been hit by some catastrophe that the galaxy seemed to have forgotten.

Strange, he thought to himself wondering if there was something to take away from that.

He joined the others with a helmet in place to continue covering his face while he was around most of the other Sith. In addition to his other equipment, he brought along an ID-21 that naturally had all of its illicit modifications. If it was a recon, he'd rather be prepared than not.

Hard to argue with that logic, he said, agreeing with Azar. It was a suggestion that was right up Kaldar's alley.

ID can probably help deploy it if we find the right location, he said jutting a thumb back toward the droid he had brought Not to mention its ability to assist with bypassing doors, being an extra set of "eyes," and generally being a beneficial extra asset for the operation. Kaldar was a firm believer in being as prepared for an operation as possible before entering the field, and the droid and poison were just the kinds of advantages he was all about.

Was there a hidden meaning behind the planet that was chosen to launch an attack against them? The cracked world, once mighty, was split and turn asunder, becoming largely void of life and purpose. A small splinter remained, clenching to life with whatever remaining strength it had - just like the Sith Order.

Under the old order, scores of turbo lasers would have turned the base and all its rebels into sludge. Such luxuries were no longer available, and their enemy knew it. So far away from the nearest fleet of real calibre, this little hornet's nest thought itself quite safe. Suffice to say, they were here today to prove that error.

Having listened to both inquisitors speak and state the obvious, Cyutadakyr could only hope that there was no climbing involved. As a lucky flip of the coin would have it, she would also be joining two recently familiar faces and yet another she did not know.

Azar's plan as presented had numerous challenges at first thought that they would have to overcome. The biggest challenge would be overcoming the garrison, as the water was likely highly valuable this far out on the edge of the galaxy and thus making it difficult. The second was that they wouldn't necessarily know if it was the sole supply for the whole base, or one of more. If they simply dumped the poison and were wrong, it could fail the mission.

But were they even going to check if the potion did as the label said before risking their lives? With a smirk, Cyutadakyr replied in basic. "Is that so? Are you willing to prove it works?" She didn't want him dead, at least not yet, but there was always room for toying. And if he so much as tried to offer it to her, she'd simply roll her eyes.

Whether through bravery or stupidity, Cyu wasn't about to sit by while the boys had all the fun. Without a smirk this time, she flatly spoke.
"I will kill the commander, and steal intel." Of course, the inquisitors had asked for destruction.

"Ir na idnu kair jatgija." she spoke in much softer tongue.

Though expression didn’t translate through the masks they were, both Inquisitors seemed to pause when Azar presented the poison of his own making. It was a factor that neither of them had accounted for upon arrival, and opened an entirely new method of approach for their group. Whether either of them even heard the cheap attempts by the Pureblood to undercut the Acolyte wasn’t entirely clear - as neither of them actually regarded the woman at all.

It would quickly become apparent that the power plays and rivalries between the two Korriban natives would have little place on the mission.

“If we are all in agreement,” Devos began, tilting his visor towards Azar. “We will scout the perimeter of the facility for a way inside - and prioritize locating their primary water supply.” Gaining a layout of the militant facility would be necessary if they were to deploy any chemical agent. The comment by Kaldar - highlighting the droid he carried - was met with a similar nod of acknowledgement.

There was a prolonged moment of silence from Ralak - though the tensed posture of the Inquisitor indicated that she wasn’t entirely sold on the plan, even if the reasons for that apprehension wasn’t clear. Perhaps she found common cause with the doubts of Cyu - or perhaps the Inquisitor didn’t enjoy a deviation in the plan that had been established. Either way, general consensus had been reached, and her partner on this expedition had clearly chosen a side to align himself with.

“Very well then,” The Inquisitor stated curtly, turning on a heel to face their destination. "Keep close."

They group had the advantage of nightfall blanketing the shattered horizon of Anoth, providing the sufficient cover to approach on foot. Each member of the group was outfitted with scatterweave modifications beforehand, ensuring that they weren’t picked up on any sensors or tracking. That would not, however, spare the group from the spotlight that frequently cast across the area. It would necessitate pausing and taking cover multiple times before they actually got close enough to consider actually getting inside.

To the northeast, a slender watchtower was positioned, sitting at the apex of a steep hill. Long antenna indicative of communications equipment could be seen jutting from its tip, providing the Sith with some idea as to its purpose. Directly north, the main fortification stood - each of its walls and entrances manned by a multitude of armorclad troopers. While a plan had been established, members of the group would be left to determine their initial method of approaching.

The main fortification was the most direct approach, though it posed the obvious risk of resistance and walking in blind. Their lack of intelligence about the facility layout would be no more apparent than the moment they were behind enemy lines. Alternatively, the Watchtower provided a vantage overlooking the facility and potential access to communications systems for everyone within. Whether those potential benefits outweighed the risk of being spotted, and the deviation from their main goal, was entirely up for debate.

Which direction they opted to take - or how they opted to split their numbers - would need to be made quickly. The Spotlight from nearby continued to survey the area, sweeping the fields of Anoth dangerously close to where they were positioned.

Kaldar could sense the tension in the air, and whether it was just Sith being Sith or something more than that, he wasn't sure yet. His gut told him that things would implode sooner or later, though, so he kept a wary eye open.

The further in they snuck, the more he realized they didn't know about this mission. Poor planning almost certainly bode ill for their outcome, but as he moved slowly and carefully over the area, he set his eyes on the watchtower.

He started moving in that direction, slowly and carefully, hoping to gain control of the enemy's communication system for more reasons than one, and also to gain a better understanding of what they were up against when they made it inside.

He was curious if the pureblood woman and the male Inquisitor would head off to try to assassinate the commander, though the decision they made wouldn't alter his choice.

Azar wasn’t the least bit riled by the barbs thrown his way by the fellow pureblood, “It work, love,” He said simply, giving her a relaxed grin. She would have to try harder than that to get under his skin. When it came to poisons and alchemy, he carried a cool confidence that would never manifest for him in combat.

There was talk of splitting up, so for now he walked with the pretty man from the dragon mission. The man seemed resourceful and was probably decent in combat. The Pureblood could spot a comms tower in the distance. While most would consider just barging in, Azar offered up some ideas in case pretty man agreed, “Can droid send false signal?” He asked quietly, “Make worker come out because they think faulty equipment. We kill them?” Azar hated ideas that involved rushing into dangerous scenarios when enemies could be lured out and eliminated instead.

Kaldar looked to the tower, and nodded. If we can find a scomp port for it, he said. Fortunately, a few things in the galaxy were largely true: organics were lazy, droids were ignored, and scomp ports were everywhere.

He motioned for ID to get to it, and started moving closer, hoping to gain a position that would allow him to more easily flank enemies coming out of the tower to investigate.

ID would search for a scomp link controlling the lights, looking to shut them off so the guards would have to come investigate, but nothing so exciting that it would raise the alarm.

The discussion went about as good as Cyutadakyr expected, although she was by no means in a rush to scoot ahead on her lonesome. The champion held her tongue and followed the group near Ralak as they made their way through the shadows and lurking spots, careful to avoid being illuminated by the glaring spotlight.

Standing in cover beside the female inquisitor, Cyu watched and waited. Given her previous experience with these two boys, she half expected to see them scaling the wall in short order, should the droid plan not work out as intended. Until they were on the inside, there was unfortunately little else to do but wait, as she didn't fancy wandering off just yet.

Though Cyrian did not fully understand the plan he did believe in the mission. He believed that they needed to neutralize serious points of opposition that might expose them and cause trouble throughout that mission. Though they were masked from the immediate signal the rambling search light could pick out those that were not careful. Though he did not doubt the powers of the Sith, younger and more brash force users could make mistakes.

Cyrian moved out to seize upon the searchlight. It was high enough that it would provide a fine overwatch position, in an unlikely area.

The vantage point was not so easily scaled, but he did his work. The searchlight needed to be under his control, aimed at places they were not likely to go, and secured so that he could blind potential adversaries that may strike at them. The primary goal remained not being seen, so when he did get to it, quickly and quietly, he worked with tools to freeze its connection to its source while keeping the light on.

Once achieved the Sith could work in the dark with impunity.

It didn’t take more than five seconds for Ralak to slowly turn to face Cyutadakyr - leveling a glare onto the Champion through the crimson glean of her mask. While every other member of their expedition had taken the initiative and chosen some method of approach, the Pureblood had opted to stand beside the Inquisitors as a spectator. None of them were afforded the luxury of standing around and doing nothing, each pulling their weight to see the mission to its conclusion. The Inquisitor made a mental note to monitor the woman, should she prove to be a liability at more critical points in their mission. Easier to eliminate the Pureblood on their own accord, instead of taking unnecessary risk.

“We will secure our entrance.” She said through a telepathic link - her voice ringing in Cyu’s mind like a bell. “As you are in need of direction.” Giving a simple nod to Devos, Ralak moved from behind their cover - motioning for the Pureblood to follow as the spotlight panned away from their position. The Force billowed through the Inquisitors every step, deafening their impact upon the ground and carrying her swiftly towards the main fortification. Scatterweave would ensure they were all-but-invisible on traditional scanners, enabling them to close a few meters of distance.

Routes for entry were multitude. Straight ahead, a durasteel door led straight into the base - guarded by a mere pair of security officers in motley armor. Security cameras were installed just above the entrance, providing clear coverage of anyone passing the threshold or approaching the door. Some distance away, Ralak and Cyu would pinpoint a section of the walls manned by a single trooper - leaned against a turret that faced onto the horizon. A door leading into the facility from his position was likely, though unseen from their current position. There was undoubtedly a sense of boredom that had overcome the men and women assigned to defend the hidden facility, and meant that the pair would likely have the element of surprise regardless of the path they took.

As they split off in different directions, Devos opted to follow alongside Cyrian - targeting the spotlight that panned across the horizon. It was easily the biggest risk to their early exposure, and had the potential to spell disaster if it panned too close to the two other groups. The pair would have little issue scaling their way towards the spotlight itself - though that would only bring the pair of them to the first dilemma of their mission. A pair of Viper Probe-droids floated through the air around the spotlight - providing security coverage of the critical piece of infrastructure. Near the controls themselves, a trio of technicians were huddled around a panel of controls, working in collaboration to move the light across the horizon. Targeting the technicians first ran the risk of alerting the probe droids and potentially the rest of the facility. Targeting the probe droids risked alerting the technicians - and whoever else they might’ve been in close contact with. While Devos moved into position behind a corner, the Inquisitor allowed Cyrian to direct their approach.

Having taken the initiative themselves, Kaldar and Azar would find themselves as the only Sith without an Inquisitor by their side. Whether their independence and plan would prove to be their success or downfall only remained to be seen. As with the others, neither Sith would have any trouble getting into position - a testament to the effectiveness of their armaments and the relatively lax attitude of the rank-and-file troopers that manned the facility.

Though neither of them likely realized, ID just so happened to closely resemble the model of probe droid being operated near the spotlight and elsewhere in the facility. It enabled the droid to move in plain sight without any difficulty, locating a scomp port after only a few minutes of diligent searching.

Within seconds, the lights that beamed through the windows of the watchtower abruptly flicked off - plunging the terminal into complete darkness. Silence filled the air until the durasteel doors into the terminal slid open with a hiss - revealing the two workers that controlled communications and other equipment for the entire base. Rather than any sense of alarm, Azar and Kaldar would be greeted by the sound of bickering that echoed from the two of them.

“I’m telling you, it wasn’t me,” One of the workers grumbled - shooting glare to the heavier-set man beside him.

“Says the dipshit who spilled Caf on the terminal earlier.” The man shot back with a roll of his eyes.

“It’s probably just a power surge with the lights..” He said, stepping outside and immediately glancing up at some of the mounted equipment and breakers. Azar and Kaldar would have their opportunity to act - though how long the window would last remained to be seen.

19/20 For general stealth of the group.

Kaldar waited quietly in the shadows as ID went through the facility and ultimately turned the lights out.

Then it was just a matter of waiting. Kaldar pulled his lightsaber from his belt, and held his position. He could hear the arguing from inside, and Kaldar motioned for Azar to take the one on the left while he took the one on the right.

He sprung into action quickly, his saber activating mid swing to take the man's head clean off. A single strike, executed quickly, and then saber out again. It wasn't truly silent, but it was about as quiet as anything ever got.

If they managed to bring down both men quickly, Kaldar would then make his way quickly inside, snagging the code cylinders from the dead guards and plugging them in to be able to access the enemy's comm frequencies and a potential schematic of the facility.

From there, he explained his plan to his colleague.

They made great progress, so he felt good about their luck with the tower. He could hear the two workers before he could see them, and they eventually waltzed right out. Prettyboy explained the plan and Azar nodded. He watched the other Sith spring forth for an attack. Instead of doing an attack of his own, Azar used the Force to move his target directly behind Kaldar’s. As a result, the saber decapitated not one, but two heads. The Pureblood excelled in indirect combat, and he knew how to maximize efficiency.

With the two out of the way, he followed Prettyboy towards the interior. However, he paused at the doorway, choosing to keep a lookout. He wasn’t going to be much help with the technical aspects of this, and he knew his limitations. Azar gazed out over the horizon, “Turn light back on,” He whispered back to Kaldar. Regardless of what they were doing, it was important that externally everything appeared normal. The comms tower suddenly staying pitch black would look suspicious from a mile away.

Cyutadakyr ignored the petty inquisitors stare, she had her reasons and she didn't care to share. Simply nodding in reply to Ralak's suggestion, the pureblood followed in swift pursuit, likewise deafening her path. When it came to choosing between attempting the door or scaling the wall, Cyu chose the latter.

From below the wall, she could make out small enough cracks in it to facilitate a climb, although there was still the challenge of dealing with the lax security. Making her way up, slowly and carefully to ensure complete stealth, until the crest. Pausing for a moment to point out the plan to her companion, Cyu held against the wall while retrieving her knife and holding it base toward the wall.

With a solid tap, she'd make enough noise that the bored trooper above would hear something, but would probably assume some kind of animal had struck it given how exciting the post had been. Once he looked over the edge to see what might have done so, it was as simple as thrusting the blade upward into his throat and head.

Cyrian understood the risk to the mission with the targets before him. The secrecy of their operation was important for as long as it could be maintained. The viper droids were an incredibly unfortunate target to come across for the purposes of stealth, and as easy as it would be to handle the technicians, the droids could link to the entire facility.

Cyrian could hear the droning whirr in them, and could imagine what they would do when they took aim at him. They needed the search light one way or the other, but he was not sure if he had the capability of handling the whole thing alone.

Sith were powerful, but using their powers to disable two armed vipers was no small feat. Tackling a few technicians that were unarmed was not the problem... it was doing it all at once.

Cyrian drew up from his back the MK Sniper Rifle, placing his blaster back on it's sling. He did not project that he was entirely capable of bringing them down with the shots... but disabling their antennas so that they could not communicate with the rest of the facility was entirely possible.

"I can disable their communications, Inquisitor." Cyrian spoke. "It will buy us the time to dispatch them."

He posted his rifle on his hand against the wall, looking down the scope, stabalized and ready.

"On your order."

He would fire with the greatest aim he could muster if he could, all 5 shots. He'd disable their antennas ,and the droids if possible, but only if that did not interfere with the Sith designs.

The risk associated with covert operations went without saying. Windows of opportunity often appeared and vanished within seconds, requiring the Sith to act quickly to avoid detection. Unfortunately for Cyrian - and everyone else, really - that opportunity was spectacularly squandered.

The Sith Trooper moved far too slowly - leveling the barrel of his rifle just as the Viper-Probe turned to face him directly. Anger whirring from the robotic probe blared, followed by similar alarm from its twin mere meters away. Within seconds, klaxons began to blare through the speakers above - finally drawing the attention of the technicians.

“Idiot,” Devos hissed. Drawing the saber from his hips, the Inquisitor threw the blade in an arc - decapitating the pair of workers in a clean motion. Both probe droids quickly vanished further into the facility, escaping through a service vent where neither of them could follow. The entire facility knew they were being infiltrated, and now knew where Cyrian and Devos were specifically.

While they might have successfully disabled the spotlight, the inaction of the Sith Trooper had effectively pointed another directly over the top of them.

For Cyu and Ralak, their advance would momentarily progress well. With the advantages of their stealth, both Sith would be able to approach the base and begin scaling the wall with little difficulty. The soldier stationed along its apex had a boring job - one devoid of any real attention since his arrival at the Dark Lord’s command. He had little reason to believe that the evening would provide him anything different.

The man suspected nothing as he approached and glanced over the edge of the wall - and didn’t even have time to scream before the lightsaber blade was imbedded in his face. The rifle dropped from his hands, and his deadweight continued with the direction he was leaning - falling from the walls he manned.

Onto the ground, just outside of the base.

Unless she made an attempt to catch him, Cyu would watch as the lone trooper crumbled to the base of the fortifications, in the eventual path of regular patrols they’d been avoiding. While their armor might’ve made them difficult to detect on scanners and from aerial vision, the same couldn’t be said for the mysterious dead guy. It was only a matter of how long they’d be able to move unseen, before being found out.

Adding to the complications were the very same klaxons triggered by Cyrian, blaring from a nearby speaker. The Pureblood would have only moments to decide between continuing towards the side door and into the facility, abandoning her approach, or something else entirely. Ralak, curiously, made no attempt to pick for the Pureblood. Instead, the Inquisitor silently continued up towards the top of the base walls.

It was becoming increasingly clear that both Kaldar and Azar were faring significantly better than their peers. Neither would have any difficulty dispatching the arguing technicians - continuing inside to access terminals inside. The decision to keep the lights on - though they wouldn’t know - was perhaps the single best decision they’d made so far.

With complete access to the terminal, Kaldar and Azar would find information pertaining to the facility at their fingertips. Long-range communications and logs thereof were easy to locate, with a majority of transmissions originating from their location and one particular string of coordinates. Curiously, coordinates easily recognizable as Raxus and Mustafar were additionally located in the logs. Additionally, a complete schematic of the facility would be available on the terminal. The pair would only have a few moments to analyze its contents before klaxons began to blare, signaling that someone - somewhere - had been located. Fortunately, the otherwise unaltered state of the watchtower made the vantage a low priority for security that would soon be swarming.

Where the pair opted to proceed was entirely left to them. The schematics provided a multitude of different entrances to the facility, likely far away from the commotion and thus abandoning their fellow Sith to complete the mission, assuming they didn’t move towards Cyu or Cyrian. The longer they stayed within the watchtower, their risk only increased - especially with the pair of headless men casually slumped outside the door.

Of immediate concern was the commlink that was still left on the terminal - having likely been taken off by one of the workers.

“Foreign intruder has been located at the eastern spotlight. All units move into high alert.” A voice blared over the comm. “Technician Team 4, status report.”

Kaldar was glad his partner had thought to get the lights back on in a timely manner, and it afforded him the opportunity to sift through the information rapidly. He started downloading the information and his eyes scanned over it quickly before the alarms began to sound in the distance.

Guess they managed our job for us, he muttered to himself. If the guards were responding to a Sith intrusion elsewhere, he hoped they may be able to slip around more easily.

He cross-referenced the alert on the radio with the schematics and the location of the water purifying station.

Here, he said, pointing to one of the spots on the map. That was the water station, and they seemed to have a route that would not take them through the alert zone.

Let's move, he said, but as he did, he made one final move to press a series of buttons on the console. The result would be a jamming of the comlinks at the facility, making further communication or coordination extremely difficult among the defenders. Benefits of having access to the enemy's communication system.

The knife did its bloody duty as the pureblood felt its edge take another life. With a forceful shove, she attempted to prevent his fall and keep his lifeless body out of sight of the ground patrols. Quickly pulling herself up also, she briefly searched him for any kind of access card or comlink to snatch.

Suddenly, hearing the klaxon meant that they had little time to ponder their next move before the security would become a problem. To continue into the facility door at this point was risky, without knowing exactly where the security was heading, they could easily be cornered and trapped.

Improvising with the little information she had available, Cyu glanced over the wall's edge on the inner side to check for any eyes that could spot their movement. With it being clear momentarily, she would slide down the wall, cushioning the fall with the force and attempt to create distance between themselves and the blaring noise while avoiding anxious patrols.

Azar didn’t miss how Prettyboy studied the map, but pointedly did not share the information with the other Sith that were on the mission. Once the klaxons started, it was every man for himself, and Azar felt good about his prospects so far. The comms jamming and the alerts would keep the focus on intruders. It was likely that the rest of the group suddenly shifted to playing the role of distraction. No one would consider a water tank to be the high priority thing to guard. Azar said nothing, but he quietly observed whether Prettyboy engaged the other Sith at all for any of the plan, or if he kept it to just the two of them. He also wasn't above using his Sith blade on the other boy if he did anything Azar didn't like.

The Pureblood left the comms tower, using the Force to toss the bodies and the heads into a ditch. They would be found once anyone started looking, but not without wasting some time first. Azar followed Prettyboy to their destination, his little vials ready to do their job. Regardless of how the other Sith fared, as long as he added his poison and left, the facility would still be wiped out when people came in contact with that water. Their path would put them far from the trajectory of the other Sith.
