• The Freebird was the first purchase @Crix Dolan made when striking out on his own. The Lancer-class Pursuit Craft checked every box that needed checking for a young smuggler looking to get his start. As a line of modular ships produced by Mandel Motors and rumored to have been funded by Black Sun, this light freighter came ready to throw down right off the lot. With his background in starship engineering and his wayfaring lifestyle, Crix spent years tinkering and remodeling the ship to be his ideal mobile home.
  
  The interior of The Freebird is utilitarian in nature which, in it's practicality, lends to the rustic allure of a working smuggler's ship. The cockpit has one captain's chair, an astromech socket directly next to it, and two passenger chairs that create a second row behind the first two positions. The main console has a navicomputer and an advanced weapons targeting system as well as a medium deflector shield. Crix has augmented his controls to be able to fly his ship completely independent, or with Beegee, his astromech companion. At his console, Crix can also control the ground sweeper cannon hidden beneath the ship.
  
  Just outside the cockpit is the main living area of the ship. It's outfitted with a wet bar, a range, caf maker, a Dejarik table, booth seating, and a full refresher off the port side. Surrounding the lounge is the captain's quarters and three suits. Crix's room contains the standard amenities, it's own refresher, desk, bed with built-in weapon and armor storage, and a walk-in closet with hidden storage. The three suits are identical each containing a bed with built-in storage and a small closet. The cargo bay doubles as the ship's brig. After a particularly difficult job involving a gotal, Crix had a holding cell installed in order to keep unsavory types in their place.
  
  As a whole, The Freebird is a constantly evolving machine that serves as both Crix's home and main base of operations.
