These kind of snide remarks need to stop. A ruling was made, people are allowed a means of escape. Drop the foul attitude now. That line right there makes you come off as a negative person I wouldn't wanna work with to come up with a story. This is not up for debate, everyone needs to clean up their act in these oocs.

I did not intend for it to be snide or snarky. I didn't think it came off that way. I don't think anyone has had an issue with making fun stories with me in the past. My comments was only meant to indicate we've had no discussion outside this OOC and the Ground Adasta OOC (originally saying this would be a story thread) about this thread.

Also, I believe everyone agreed the ruling was fair given the circumstances and no one has complained.

Tbh. I don't really care about the conclusion of the thread. Original plan was for a story oriented plot, but then Insal and I thought it was a cool opportunity to strike a big blow against Jedi and we probably got a bit too caught up in that

I could have my character use the Force to hold the prison to allow for @Ulysses' character to escape after @Insalius' bombardment. My character would die, but I don't mind. If that conclusion is satisfactory to all parties, let me know and we'll just RP that.

Well, she never intended to have your character murdered, else she wouldn't have gone through the trouble of transporting him to a prison and IC she is ill, so she wouldn't have long to live anyway. Plus, she has never been an intrinsically evil character: her interests just align with the Empire.

I hate hate hate predetermined endings.... Lets just see where it goes. If people end up entering a PvP fight with another, those two can have a discussion if they wish to die or not.

Ya. Don’t get to into predetermined endings. Not to sound bad but you got the Jedi Grandmaster and a 4000 year old Jedi General here too who’s had mileniums to practice the Force, both previously Sith ( at least one was a high ranking Sith Lord a few thousand hrs ago) both of which are capable of doing extreme damage on their own. The thread can come up with alternative outcomes. Force can’t take 100% control of things but it sure can influence pretty much any object no matter the size. That being said don’t count the Jedi out against a SD or even count yourself out. There is still A LOT of potential for character growth and story building for each individual character as well.

If at @Aberforth and @Ulysses want to do a predetermined ending that should be their decision. They are really the two principal actors in the thread.

If others want to stay and have dead enabled PVP that is also their decision.

Personally, I will be leaving the thread to focus on the Korriban threads.

I would caution against trying to use the Force against a SD. Remember, rank does not equal power.

We really should let Abe and Uly decide how they want the thread to go from here on out.

I'd have to agree with Valen here. Also like Valen I think I'll be exiting the thread to focus on the Korriban thread that I entered as it would be rather awkward to die here while also on Korriban lol.

Rather giving a general handrail gives the thread direction - and knowing a character will survive moves the mindset from strategy to being more free to immerse in the character.

You need to cut back on the snarkiness, Valen, if you continue with the attitude, then you're going to start receiving infractions.

As stated in the discord chat, 48 hours have expired, it was more than enough time for members to write themselves out.

Ever since my timing accident with the plot thread, all of my actions have been run through administrators before I did anything to make sure I didn't break any more rules. I hate breaking rules in just about anything. I would not have posted unless I was told explicitly that I could, and I answered any question asked of me in this thread since that first issue last week to the best of my ability. I apologize if this causes strife but I tried not to do anything against the rules.
