The Caves of Ossus (Ask)

((For some reason, I did not get a notification of the update in the thread. Apologies.))

Amaterasu was quick to grab hold of the apprentice, and leaped back with Osman's lightsaber in between the three. "Osman, go!"

((Relatively short, as I am leaving the dark apprentice's reaction to Ols))

 

[Trakon]

Osman decided to go backwards but kinda slowly. "Amy hurry up and get you butt over here." He was near the entrance of the room and was about to bolt but wouldn't leave without Amy or sadly the padawan.

((I really didn't understand your post to much))

 

[Lavi]

((I meant the other way, but oh well.))

 

[Ols]

The man whizzes across the chamber, using the Force to boost his speed and stands in the doorway, peering at the two with his cold eyes. He raises his left hand and sends the apprentice slamming into the far wall, yelling after her, "you will not leave here with them!" He then looks at the two padawans and holds up his hand. The lightsaber that Amy is holding flies out of her hand and into his awaiting right. He switches it on and raises his other hand to amy, yanking her toward him and holding her by the neck, choking her with a strong grip, her feet brushing the floor as he raises her a little. "You will regret coming to see old Jack," he said, "or you would have done if you had lived through it." He raises the lightsaber to Amy. Unnoticed by him, the entire left side of his body is undefended.

 

[Lavi]

The grip upon her tightened, and Amaterasu's mouth hanged open as she did all she could to open up her windpipe for some precious air. Her eyes were rimmed with red, the pain upon her neck exponentially growing, and that lining of red was soon followed by increasing darkness. Osman...

 

[Trakon]

Osman ran and with as much force as he could muster he tackled the old man's left side knocking Amy out of his grip. Osman got on the man and started to hammerfist his face. Then he got up and started to run stopping to pick Amy and the apprentice up and starting to drag them.

((I hope this is what you meant cause I was confused o_0))

 

[Ols]

((I'm sure I said stop trying to escape...because I'm not going to let you.))

The man drops Amy as Osman clumsily clatters into him. He falls to the floor, but as Osman tries to punch him he raises his hand and sends him thudding into the far wall. He stands and switches his own lightsaber back on. He looks to the two apprentices, "You will pay for that, nautolan," he says cruelly. He has seen his mistake now, too. He has realised and he is not stupid. He will not make that mistake again. He may suffer hubris, but he is far from a fool. He continues, "by the time I am finished with you, you will wish you'd killed me when you had the chance, boy." He pulls Osman back to him in the Force and kicks him hard in the stomach, before raising his lightsaber, ready to strike the helpless nautolan. He pays little attention to what Amy is now doing, however.

 

[Lavi]

Coughing and taking long gulps of air, Amaterasu lay on the stone ground as the master turns his attention on Osman. For seconds, she remained on the ground, regaining her senses with aid of the Force. As the dark master approaches Osman, her eyes spotted her lightsaber, deactivated on the ground, not far from her position.

Force pulling the hilt to his hand, she realized that she had little strength to rise. Instead, she threw it at the back of the master, using the Force to activate the lightsaber as it spun circles in its path into the back of the foe.

 

[Trakon]

Osman was on the ground slowly crawling away from the master. But he saw in the corner of his eye Amy's lightsaber going threw the air aimed at the master. "No serenade, no fire brigade, just a pyromania." Osman was hoping to confuse the master.

((Okay all up to Ols13))

 

[Ols]

The man frowns at the babbling Nautolan. Either he had cracked out of fear, or he was trying to distact him, but the man refuses to think he is able to be tricked. The man narrows his eyes and moves to strike at the padawan. He suddenly pauses, gulping mid air, a now visible beam sticking out of his chest. His eyes are wide with shock as he exhales and falls to the floor. Lying on the floor, spluttering, blood around his lips, he drops his lightsaber and it switches off. He raises his empty hand and with the last of his energy rasps at the girl, "Kill them. You are still my servant. Kill them!" His lightsaber flies into her hand as she launches herself at Amy, now undefended. Amy's lightsaber is now on the floor by Osman, and the apprentice aims a death strike to Amy.

 

[Lavi]

Watching as the dark apprentice approaches, Amaterasu closes her eyes and remained on the ground. There is no way she could rise to defend herself - the long-term affects of getting chocked and electrocuted getting to her.

[Trakon]

Osman picked up his lightsaber and taking after Amy he threw it with the force spinning around like a saw. Towards a staligtite in front of Amy. It fell blocking the dark apprentice's path and allowing Osman to force push the apprentice into it to knock her unconscious.

(Sorry about how short it is but I'm just throwing something))

((Why do you need to throw the lightsaber if you;re going to Force Push her anyway? And...this thread is draggin on, so close enough.))

The apprentice shys back from the flying lightsaber and in her moment of confusion she is slammed into the stone with a sickening crunch. She slides to the floor with a heavy thud and rolls onto her back, her eyes close, a trickle of blood rolling down her forehead. She is still on the floor, perhaps unconcious, perhaps dead. The man is taking his few last, spluttering breaths as he wheezes "You will pay for this, stupid....Jedi." He closes his eyes and breathes out for the last time, but not before using the very last of his energy for one last trick. He grabs the nautolan's lightsaber and throws it back at him, guided in the Force hard and fast. By the time the lightsaber has got to it's target the man will be dead.

Amaterasu watches as the lightsaber flies by her head. She tries to lift her hand to affect the trajectory of the blade, but was too slow to do so.

((Busy, busy, busy. Post is lame.))

 

[Trakon]

Osman saw the blade coming at him and unlike most others he was ready to die. But he felt through the force and in what seems to be slow motion he moved just to the side enough for the blade to miss his main body instead only making a small incision on his arm. The blade then hit the wall blade first. Osman walked to it and picked it up and making sure Amy was somewhat unconscious to semi conscious he walked to the old man's body and cut off the head.

[Ols]

((I said the man was in his late 20s...but if you think that's old then okay. And I said he died in my last post, so desecrating his body is unecessary.))

The man is dead, killed by the Jedi he so hated. The young girl remains on the floor motionless, but breathing very shallowly. She is hurt badly, and unconcious.

 

[Lavi]

"Osman," Amaterasu attempted to rise, but her legs gave way, too little strength remains. "Don't kill her..."

Her head throbbed from the effects of the now-dead master, as the human padawan strained herself to be able to see Osman's face. "Please don't..."

 

[Trakon]

"Should I?" Osman felt powerful from overcoming some of the worst odds and killing a dark side user. If the padawan was this powerful and had about the same amount of training maybe he should learn more...................

"I won't kill her." Osman went and picked up the apprentice with help from the force then went to Amy. "Need some help?" Osman held out his hand.

 

[Ols]

Corina felt in the Force that her padawans were relieved and triumphant. They had succeeded. Indeed, she had seen the entire thing. Little did they know she had place a tiny holorecorder on an item of both Osman's and Amaterasu's gear each, and had both listened and watched a very bad quality rendition of the conflict. She stood from her meditiations and returned to the entrance hall awaiting the padawans.
