Searching for Coffee

[Athren Firenze]

Athren heard the other woman say hello quietly, in silence he would nod his head at her and look briefly just so she knew that he acknowledged her.

Answering her question, he smiled. His eyes would be glued to hers... if she would look back that is. "Well, to be honest.. Only a few days.. I've got to find myself a master and start getting to work. Which... I hope is soon." He'd smile lightly as he said this. "It's a difficult place to get around.. Hell, I even have a hard time finding my room sometimes." He'd joke about this, even though it was a fact.

"What about you, how long have you been here? Do you like it here?"

 

[Alaisia]

"I... I haven't been here long," Alaisia started off, unsure of what to say. "I lived on Corellia until about a month ago. Then I was on Manaan when a Jedi finally found me. And he brought me here."

 

[Athren Firenze]

He smiled lightly at her words. "Well, I guess we have one thing in common. A Jedi found me on Manaan as well. Picked me up.. and well, Now I'm sitting here looking at this beautiful girl I just met." He watched her closely, he wanted to read her body language as he gave her the complement. Things like this always amused him, he was hoping she'd be a blush and go silent girl, that always made him smirk. " So, tell me about yourself maybe? About your home.. OR... How did you discover your gift?"

 

[Alaisia]

As Alaisia heard 'beautiful', her face turned bright red. Unable to speak again, she stammered as she tried to tell Athren about herself a little.

"Um," she said, still a little speechless. "Well, I... I didn't know I could sense the Force until I could tell that there was a Sith fighter attacking our ship as we left Corellia, my home. I wasn't sure about it until the others confirmed it on Manaan either..."

He'd arch a brow lightly, he felt as if it were a touchy topic.. but he couldn't help but ask regardless. " A sith attacked your ship? Why? Did they know you were on board?"

 

[Alaisia]

"Yeah," Alaisia says, the memory causing a shiver to run over her. "I was being tracked by a Sith warrior from Corellia. My grandparents... they told me I could get away. They were sure of it. And I managed to have enough money to get a merchant to give me a seat on his ship. I didn't care where I went."

She took a moment to finish off her fruit before continuing. "I shouldn't have waited to tell the others that I could feel the Sith," she says slowly. "It might have saved their lives."
