Okay, Bac this will be my last comment on the subject.

Matt, that video wasn't made by intelligent people, it was done by liars and morons. They compared the WRONG type of engine to another, and only stated the obvious, they didn't match up. Plus they lied about Osama not wearing gold watches or rings, as they did so when cropping their "real" pictures of him.

Unfortunately, you're ideas will most likely never come to fruition, Sin. And in a way, that is a good thing. Is society corrupt? Yes. Is a PERSON corrupt? Not always. And usually never until Society corrupts him. I, personally belive that Democracy is the best form of Government. More specifically, Democratic Republics such as Rome and America are the best forms of Government. Why? Because we have a say in what goes on in the Country. We can chose to put a smart man or an idiot in Office. We Choose who runs our country and we trust them(Based on the beliefs they have shown while running for any office) to do the Job right. If they don't, then we can fix that mistake by either: A) Not re-electing them, B) Impeaching them, C) Electing other Officials that will work to refuse that person's wishes.
Every few years, Democracies "abolish" their Governments(In a sense) by creating a New "Government" by electing New officials. And if that new "Government" doesn't work out, then we can work to "abolish" that "Government".

It's funny, because he said that you get to CHOOSE who goes into office, as thats false. You're given the choice of the devil you know, and the devil you don't know. You're given a select number of people to vote for, I don't call that a choice. And also, the United States is run by one thing, money. You don't have money, the government won't listen to you.

You choose one from each.

You then choose one of them, or write in whoever you want.

You have a write-in option. You can choose to vote for whoever you want. Hell, I could vote for Captain Picard if I wanted to. Doesn't mean that person will be elected, though.

The United States more so actually. Your government is a fine example of the marketplace government. Meaning it's main goals are money. Unlike, lets say, Norway. Their main priority is the people, hence why they've been rated number one place to live in the world. I don't even think America has even been given a title like that in all it's years.



Oh, and Bac, you may be able to vote for whoever you wish, but thats not choosing, as more than 90% of people who vote just check off the coolest looking name on the ballet.

Actually, that's not true. If they're a Republican, they vote for the Republican. If they're a Democrat, they vote for the Democrat.

Old people who vote don't know which is which. Neither do most people who don't even pay much attention to the news, uneducated people, etc etc. And as far as I know, a lot of people don't even know if they themselves are Republican or Democrats. There are plenty of people out there who don't even know the difference.

There are stupid people out there Bac, and they fill every country in the world.

Most people who vote know whether they're Republican or Democrat because in order to vote you have to register in a political party. And you do realize that next to the names of the candidates it will say their political affiliation?
