Prospero went deeper into the ship and sat himself down in the co-pilot seat, kicking it back and resting his feet on an empty and covered portion of the control panel. All he'd do was gesture back to Jennifer to take a seat in her usual spot.

"If it comes to a court marshall, Jaleer had been incapacitated on the breach, leaving me to move ahead and do the shooting that he would be unaware of. That's the story you stick with, we clear?" Prospero's voice was rather forceful, as if to demand that she agree with this without question. "If I might be so bold as to jump the chain of command, Captain, why am I detecting an abhorrence of the actions committed today?" The sniper said, almost challenging her to argue. It was one thing to have a moral standpoint, it was another to interfere or hinder a job.

"Don't bother, he's stronger than he looks, he's going to be okay." The Captain lied to the Jedi, calmly.

It had just occurred to Kalo that it'd probably be better for him if Botan would die. She was in no condition to fight for awhile, and if the Empire was hunting them, then taking care of a wounded, mute, soldier was the last thing he needed on his plate. Especially if she decided that Kalo hadn't paid her for her service. The bacta would probably give her a fighting chance, but if there wasn't a Jedi standing over him right now, Kalo would have smothered her with the bandages himself. Instead he picked her up and carried her to her quarters, then went to his room and gathered his things. He put a new shirt and jacket on, put his datapad in his backpack, and returned to the cockpit, where he activated the controls and rolled Botan's coin over his fingers, planning his next move.

Jennifer followed the inviting gesture, expecting a even-eyed conversation, even an argument about mission parameters. Instead, he told her what she would have to write in her report, and simply jumping to her aversion of needlessly killing.

While listening, Jennifer's eyes narrowed a lot when Prospero spoke up, her lips pressed together to tiny lines and she remained to sit straight in her seat. Her hands remained folded with her fingers crossed into each other. Her whole posture was now that of a Rebellion ship captain. Wich made her no higher rang, but on her own ship, she remained the last authority.

When Jennifer spoke up, she did so in a calm, but professional voice "As rebels, we fight to free the population of this galaxy from the oppressors who reign with fear, kill everyone in their way who resists without remorse or second thoughts. We are few, and need sympathisants. We need fighter who think they fight for the good, not for a smaller Sith empire." she only slightly bowed into his direction "I asked you to avoid unnecessary deaths, and from what I saw and heard there's nothing to indicate anything leading to a court martial. You do what's neccessary and although no one will admit this in the open, the Rebellion would be nowhere without men like you. I can respect that. In fact, your actions justify a recommendation for bravery"

She then spoke on, but from there on her voice got increasingly colder, deeper and had the same tone that would not accept discussion. That game could be played by her too "You're safe and the only one you have to justify your actions on that freighter to is your own conscience. But if you dare ever again to try and tell me what I will write in my report, especially with that tone, I will beat your sorry ass three times through the ship and stick that sniper rifle you apparently love so much so hard up your behind that the grandchildren of your grandchildren end their lives unable to bow forwards. You may think yourself a hardened veteran, and we do have the same rank, but on this ship I will not tolerate being told what to do. Are we clear on that?"

Jaleer was glad that it seemed the crew member was going to live too tired to sense any negative emotions from the captain, and followed him to the bridge, knowing he had to stick with the captain to make sure everything goes alright.

"Listen captain I won't kill you, but let's just try to be civil I rather not fight someone, to many died today." Jaleer said in a sad tone, he was honestly upset that two crew members died though Jaleer wouldn't cry or show it he wanted the captain to know.

Jaleer watched than spoke through the comm system.

"Hey captain we are ready here just send over the coordinates and we can be off." Jaleer said ready to get going and forget about everything that has happened.

Jaleer will be stronger thanks to this but it is something Jaleer rather not experience again, he waited for his captain to send the coordinates so he can get the captain to move the ship. Hoping nothing bad will happen now that the fighting was over.

Prospero understood she was going to try to cut it there, but he decided more explanation was needed. There was no reason to leave this off on hostility, if he could help it. Unfortunately, his charisma might not be working for him in this case. "This goes beyond your ship. If this was a mission full of people with experience, maybe then you'd have the authority you're trying to instill. But, not when a kid's involved." Prospero paused, trying to figure out a decent way of making his point and not alienating her.

"That Jedi we took with us. Disobeyed nearly every order I gave, tried to talk it out with a hostile on the breach. Never made a killing blow, or even attempted anything that looked like it. He never raised a truly violent hand." The sniper would shake his head. "He's got hope in him, maybe too much. But he's not ready for war. What kind of sympathetic movement are we when we send a teenager off to kill people? I'd have killed those people dozens of times over if it meant that a hopeful kid got to stay that way a bit longer...and I'd accept any punishment, on my own."

The sniper slumped down in the seat and stared up at the ceiling of the vessel. Completely unprofessional, it was very apparent that Prospero had plenty of pent up stress and worries. "I mean, ****. What are we doing, Jen?"

"I know you're not going to kill me, you're one of those preachy-Jedi sorts. And not even full grown." Kalo said under his breath. He'd hoped he wouldn't have to talk to the young man himself, but if he was going to be driving the ship back under the Jedi's watchful eye, then he'd have to talk sooner or later. Right now his mind was focused on his next move.

It wasn't likely that he could overpower the Jedi, though he could probably outsmart him. Any move he made would easily be countered by the pilot of The Dark Angel and her level-headed sniper friend. He'd have to play along as hostage, at least until he was planetside.

Uncomfortably making small talk, Kalo leaned back in his chair.

"So uh, your Captain... She's not seeing anyone, is she?"

Jaleer stood behind the captain and was caught off guard question though he wanted to think that the captain was a good person he felt worried that maybe the captain was up to something. But couldn't be sure so he was going to ignore the feeling until the captain does something questionable.

"I wouldn't know." Jaleer said honest unsure what the captain was up to hoping it was nothing that could cause problems.

"So captain, ummm I am not go in small talk but umm if I can be frack with you. You seem the type that knows how to appoach woman, i-is it possible for you to umm teach me some techniques or something in how to do that. My entire home town is demanding me to go find someone but, just I don't know how to do that." Jaleer asked, knowing he was revealing a lot of personal information but he also knew a conversation like this would make the captain think about something other than the situation, and Jaleer also hoped to form a bond with the captain, to both have another ally but also feeling that such a move might just cause the captain not to fight them.

Listening attentively to what Prospero hat to say in response, taking a slightly more relaxed position in her seat, she had to think about it. He at least brought this down to a even leveled conversation which meant that the Sniper was not out for an argument, or trying to give her commands anymore. But he seemed to miss the point, since he seemed to mix the happenings during the mission and his dictating of her possible report. Easily corrected, but she would for now follow the direction of the conversation, and she did not only say she respected him but also meant it.

"This question I heard a lot recently," she admitted "and the answer 'fighting for peace and freedom bekame worn out so much that it sounds hollow
and more like a catchphrase rather then a goal." putting le left leg over her right, she allowed herself a little relaxation "also the Jedi.. They are supposed to be some kind of peacekeepers, but so far all they did was taking the punches, not dishing it out. That's not the right way to end a war against a enemy that gets stronger with each punch." She sighted slightly "they may be children, and their Force thingy may make them capable to take on a imperial battle unit, but they still act like there is no war, like they are still defending something. You saw it first hand on that freighter. With that said, i am by no means condemning your action, i just prefer to remain the good gal. But I did not get shot at, you did. It was your call as a professional. If that kids can not fight, we will have to."

Prospero sighed and continued his slump, deciding that her answer was good enough for him. It felt like they continued to struggle without making much progress. Things needed to move faster if this war was to be in their favor. "Then I guess we just keep on keeping on so they don't have to."

Fatigue eventually started to catch up with the sniper, his eyes opening and shutting here and there. Before he managed to fall asleep, he dug around in his pocket and retrieved a small card. It simply had the word "Prospero" printed on it, followed by a complex keycode that would connect to his datapad messages. The sniper slid it over to Jennifer across the control board. "I'm getting a job together soon, something big. Tide-turning big. I could use a skilled pilot like yourself, if you're interested." That last bit being said, Prospero decided that he had earned some rest and would allow himself to fall asleep in the co-pilot chair.

Kalo kept a straight face for maybe ten seconds before bursting into laughter. "Oh man, you're serious?" he laughed heavily, leaning over the flight controls. "Man, you just cost me my first job and cut down most of my crew. I am not gonna teach you how to wet your noodle."

He couldn't bring himself to stop laughing. Leaning back in his chair he wiped a tear from his eye. "I'm so sorry kid, but I am not totally prepared to have this conversation with you. Why don't you do me a favor and check the cargo hold, let me know how bad my remaining shipment suffered. Then maybe we can talk."

Jaleer wasn't surprised, that the captain said no, but was glad the captain was laughing yet it seem wrong since the captain seemed not to mind losing so much of his crew, but Jaleer blushed like crazy when the captain said the wetting his noodle things, Jaleer had a faint understanding on what he meant. Yet Jaleer didn't mean like that he just wanted advice to approach women for normal teenage stuff like dates, at least what Jaleer felt was normal unsure how most teenagers were like.

"R-right yea sorry."Jaleer said shaking off his embarrassment and was about to do what the captain said but stopped before he walked through the door and than turned around to face the captain.

"Wait, cant you check through the controls on the console? An I don't think I can trust you, though I would like to, I cant risk my friends lives sorry." Jaleer said getting back into the bridge and knew he had to watch over the captain to make sure everything goes right, not wanting to risk failure after his friends were put into such a bad position.

Jennifer took the card, studied it and put it next to her credit card, between her chest and her sports BH.

She then studied the sniper, who apparently decided to take a nap on the co-pilots seat for a few moments and turned towards the controls. The weapon systems where set to disable the other freighters Hyperdrive system, would if derivate off course and away from the coordinates she provided, but she sincerely hoped the captain would not do something that stupid.

Again, looking at the sniper she finally responded "Well, I am always in for a party.." in a tone that suggested she was not sure if he listened in or not.

Kalo sighed and rolled his eyes. He'd hoped that maybe he could trick the Jedi into the cargo hold and lock the door. Then maybe he could bring up communications with The Dark Angel and threaten to jettison the Jedi into the cold vacuum of space unless he was left alone. The more Kalo thought up crazy schemes to escape, the more they seemed to be too much of a risk. And then there was Botan to worry about. Kalo would ditch her at the next planet or station he went to, if she survived. After that, he could only hope she wouldn't waste any time following him. He decided to fold-- wait out the situation and look for another opportunity further down the line that didn't put him at risk so much.

Jaleer got the coordinates form his captain and walked up to the other captain. Hoping everything will be alright Jaleer had his datapad, in his left hand the only hand he could use, but now he was feeling better though not at 100% the force was helping his arm and he knew if the captain tried anything he would be able to fight now, though he rather not and Jaleer didn't want to hurt anyone, not after so many deaths. Also Jaleer wanted this to end well and hoped his faith in the captain would pay of.

"Hey captain here is the coordinates, so lets get moving I am sure we both want this ordeal to end. But I would like that back when your done please." Jaleer said with a sad smile and with his left hand holding the datapad to the captain.
