((Ok I've gotten permission but I'm gonna wait to finish my involvement in the thread for 'Drinking Troubles,' however long that takes, before moving onto this. I'm going to make an effort not to mess up the storyline here. I feel personally responsible for the last thread getting all confusing, sorry guys. :GL))
Hiru raised and eyebrow at the whole plan, before shrugging. "If you need any sniper support with this job of yours, then I'm willing to offer my services. free of charge." Hiru said towards Reikan, wondering if he would be fine with her help or not.
She nudged Raikan as she listened to Hiru, head turned for her direction. "So I get that thousand now.. So I can head over there. Right?" She asked, which kind of meant she couldn't spend it unfourtunately, if it meant she had to get transport.
Reikan waved Tala off, gesturing that he currently had no helmet. Reikan looked over at the woman, saying "Well, maybe not with this certain phase of the job, but maybe you could be used later on in the... scheme of things." He turned over to Joy after a brief nod at Tala, as he knew that she was involved with the heist and placed a credit chip of 1,000 on the table. "You can probably spend it wisely yourself, but you'll probably need about 400-600 to get off the planet, spend the 400 on whatever you want as long as you can get yourself to Christophsis when I'm ready. You've got some time for now, it won't be for a good few days that I'll need you." Reikan said, not in a way that it sounded like he was ordering her about, but a kinder, more friendly-advice tone. He threw in an extra 200 just in case, Joy probably wouldn't realize the extra until she was off Tatooine.
Tatooine, this harsh desert planet turned out to have some nice people on it. Up until recently, all he'd had were fights and riots, a bizarre abduction and a captured Dug. But today had been good. Reikan looked out of the cantina's square windows, staring out into the sunset on the horizon. If there was one beautiful thing about this barren place of energy-sapping depression, it was the awe-inspiring sunsets. "I don't think I've told you my name Joy, sorry about that. It's Reikan, Reikan Zarlenak."
She took the credit chip, sliding it carefully towards herself before pocketting it. "Alright." She answered. She knew basically where she needed to be and she could do some basic work in the meantime to keep her funds up to scratch, incase she needs to spend it on sleeping or eating. "Oh you said Reikan, before." She reminded him. Basically when they first met. "Okay then. Thanks." She nodded. If there was nothing more, perhaps it was time to leave the murky bar.
(I think this thread is just about done, for me. Unless there's further demand for our rp to continue?)
(The heist I'm talking about is the same one I made the ooc thread about, read all of my notifications there as I think you already signed up there. As I've already said, it's probably best to start tying up loose ends and finishing off RPs. I'll pm everyone when I'm ready to make the threads thanks for waiting guys, promise it'll be ready soon.
In that case, since there was little else to say, Joy would nod to each of them with a smile and scamper off. Now she had to find somewhere to stay and someplace to eat that was reasonably.. Cheap. And not going to rob her or otherwise take advantage. But this was another story.
