Affiliation: YT-1930's are generally smugglers/transport vessels. (Though this ship is one of a kind.)
Ownership: Lanya Lain
Intent: He became a smuggler fairly early on in life, and I thought having a custom ship would help justify him not getting caught.
Model: Modified YT-1930
Name:The "Lucky Star"
Dimensions: Length: 40 M (131 ft); Width: 26 M (85 ft); Height 8 M (27 ft)
Class: Transport vessel
Crew: Ideally 1x Pilot, 1x Co-pilot (weapons,) 1x Navigator, 1x Engineer, (help minimize overheating, damage control.) (1x Cook?) (Lanya currently navigates while his droid pilots.)
Complement: None, I think. Maybe up to 6 swoops in both cargo holds (total,) if they were empty, or 2 landspeeders. (There'd still be space to walk around 'em and stuff.)
Armament: It has two affixed, rotating, high-speed, high-caliber slugthrower gatlings capable of piercing the armor of starships of similar size. The guns are both controlled in the cockpit, and move together.
Equipment: It has ray shields, and a Targeting Computer. Aural Sensors, hyperwave signal interceptor, full-spectrum transceiver (FST), and life form indicator (LFI,) and a 'Shroud' for subverting tractor beams pull. The Sublight Drives are modified (modernized) Dual Scramjet boosters. The ship also sports various thrusters powers by the sublight drives to adjust trim, altitude, and attitude.
Speed: 90 MGLT
Hyperdrive Rating: Class 2 (Backup class 12.) (stock)
Maneuverability: Above average
Description: Relatively fast. Reasonably maneuverable at cruising speed. Below-average-defense light starship armor, ray shields are minimal and weak, able to take only one direct shot before faltering. It is painted matte black with shadowskin on top, with reflective reflec undersides, and accents. The cockpit is tinted from the outside, but looks clear from the inside.
It has a communications hub, nav computer, (in the droid bay,) and 4 secret compartments. I'll add pictures for reference below. These pictures also show the modified SL drives, and the original, and the image I found of what my ship is supposed to look like is in my signature. The forward facing cannons are underneath where the escape pods used to be (directly underneath the two secret compartments on either side of the ship.)
Inside the four man stowaway compartment there's a monitoring system linked to cameras (that can be controlled to look left, right, up, down, and diagonally, zoom, pan, take snapshots, and record video/sound.) in every section of the ship. (Both rooms, both cargo holds, the droid bay, holo table, around the central holo hub, cockpit, airlock, stairs, and hallway in front of the hyper drive, AND in both secret compartments on either side of the ship. They are undetectable with the naked eye, they are behind a one way glass in one corner of the ceiling of each room, painted to look similar to the interior of the ship, though they can be detected with devices that would detect electronic signals, its likely other smugglers might suspect them as well as people trained in intelligence gathering.
The four man stowaway, and the two compartments on the sides of the ship are mutually sound-proofed, though only the stowaway compartment can shield inhabitants from devices that read heat signatures and energy signatures (basically the same?) The entrance to all these compartments are opened by either Lanya's astromech, who came with the ship, a security card Lanya carries (it is run across the wall in which a hidden card scanner is embedded,) or they can be sliced using hidden fuctions in the ships droid bay computer.
