Making a break for it

[Cheshire]

As Josis ignited his sabers, he was quite excited to see Mackenzie's lightsaber skills and was quite looking forward to his battle with Mackenzie. Though he wasn't going to hold back on his skills, he was going to unleash them. "Good luck, I won't hold back." Josis smirked and as he stood into a battle stance, he waited for Mackenzie to make her move.

Mackenzie smiled as she turned away from him and ignited her lightsabers. "Good luck to you too. Cause I'm not holding back either." She then spun turning to clash with his sabers. She was rather quick and wasn't expecting that he would catch her sabers when she clashed into them. "Oh! Are your sabers set to stun?" she asked her eyes widening as she quickly turned her dial on her saber to stun and not kill.

 

[Cheshire]

"Oh, I've not! thanks for the heads up!" as Josis set his sabers to stun mode as he jumped backwards so that there was a distance between him and Mackenzie. After he had made sure that his sabers were now on stun, he sprinted towards Mackenzie before jumping to her right hand side and swinging his sabers towards her right side.

Mackenzie giggled as he then backed up setting them to stun. "Yah no problem!" she said with a smile. She saw his strike coming to her right side and she blocked his strike before turning her Lightsaber so she looked at him straight forward and she gave a firm push to push him backwards as that gave her room to jump back in taking a counter attack to his head. She said she wasn't holding back. She was proving that. And she was pretty strong for a girl and when she blocked him and pushed him back, her muscles bulged in her arms.

As Josis blocked the strike, he underestimated Mackenzie's strength as he was pushed back. As Josis pushed forward slowly, gaining more ground and more space to move, he rolled to the side to make Mackenzie lose her balance and swung at her head.

She saw that his surprise when she pushed him back. She smirked as he rolled to the side to get her to fall on her face, but instead she improved the move and did a spin ducking when he went to strike at her head. When she ducked she swung at his feet to catch him off balance.

As Josis saw the blades swing towards his legs , he jumped making the blades fly under his legs. As he jumped up, he used to force to push Mackenzie back l, just to give himself some breathing room. As Josis stood a good distance away, he readied himself and stood in a defensive position, waiting for Mackenzie to make her next move

She saw as he jumped and as she tried to stand up afterwards, she was force pushed backwards, but luckily for her she had some muscle in her legs so she only slid backwards. As she slid backwards, she was in the stance where one hand was closer to the ground and the other a little higher behind her back while there was one knee on the ground (kinda like how the Inquisitior landed in Rebels the first time Kanan fought him.) She then stood back up also taking a ready stance and she smirked. "You're pretty good for a starter." she said sarcastically.

Josis wasn't going to give her the satisfaction her trying to annoy him, so he didn't respond. He quickly sprinted towards Mackenzie swinging his blades before flipping over her head and hitting her back.

Mackenzie was caught off guard when he did a flip over head and struck her in the back. He was getting really serious as she fell to her knees in pain. "Agh!" she exclaimed when he struck her. It sent her into a two second vision of her being whipped again. It felt almost exactly like it. She knew his sabers were set to stun but it hurt really bad.

"Oh god!" as he rushed to her side. "I'm so sorry, I got carried away. Are you ok?" As he helped Mackenzie to her feet. "How about we end this duel and just go for a swim?"

Mackenzie heard him and immediately knew he was sorry but the pain was terrible. "I think so. It wasn't any different than being whipped but with a sting to it." she then nodded as he helped her up to the swimming thing. "yeah.. Swimming sounds good"

As Josis stripped out of his t-shirt and dived into the water, the water felt amazing on his blue skin, making his blue skin almost turquoise as the light reflected off the water. As he bathed in the water, he loved the way the water felt after his long flight as he revelled in the way that the water felt. "Are you coming in too?" As he gestured to Mackenzie, beckoning her to come in too.

Mackenzie gave a small smile as she then nodded, taking off her pants and shirt revealing bathing suit shorts and a cropped top. She then took off her shoe and jumped into the water. The water was salty which made her back sting, but she knew the salt in the water would help heal any of the scars. She swam underwater for a few minutes going really deep. She could hold her breath for a good amount of time. Then she realized she had been down there for about 10 minutes and decided to start heading towards the surface. Kenzie saw Josis' feet in the water so she decided to go up behind him ad scare him.

Two seconds later she was right behind him, being real quiet and then she popped up real quick splashing water all over him. "BAHHH!" She said as she jumped up. She giggled as she tried to scare him.

Josis simply let the water flow over his chest as he gazed up at the sun, taking in all of its light and hear. He had noticed Mackenzie disappear into the depths of the water but he enjoyed just relaxing as he lay on the water, floating gently up and down.

After about ten minutes, he was suddenly awoken from his relaxation by Mackenzie. "AHHHHHHH" Josis screamed before swimming a few feet away, before turning around to meet her stare. "Not funny." As Josis pretended to look like he was going to cry.

Mackenzie giggled. "You should have known i'd do something after your move." She gave him a small smile as she swan over to him and put her hand on his shoulder. "Sorry.." She said as she was still smiling. "I promise I won't do it again." She was being honest.

 

[Cheshire]

As Mackenzie put a hand on his shoulder, he quickly grabbed a handful of water before splashing her face with it. "hahah" Josis laughed demonically. "In all
seriousness, ill stop too"

Mackenzie was looking at him for a second and then squealed when he splashed her in the face. "Eeeek!!" she said then breaking into a laugh. She was having alot of fun. She hadn't had this much fun in years.

 

[Cheshire]

Josis laughed loudly as he watched Mackenzie squeal. "Got you! I'll be back in five minutes." As he started to swim deeper and further away from the shore. After five minutes he looked back to see how far he went. The shore was a little dot, so Josis knew he had to go back to the beach. He quickly swam all the way back to the beach. Upon arriving he lay down on the sand to get his breath back "I'm staying here for five minutes, I need to get my breath back"

She giggled giving him a look that she would get him back for that one at some point in time. "Yeah you got me." She said in a sarcastic tone. She was already planning her next ambush. She then shook her head when he'd be back in five minutes. She watched as he went really deep in the water and she couldn't see him anymore. A few minute later like he said, he came back panting all tired. She then watched as e swam to shore, so she decided to go underwater to find some pearls or seashells that were interesting.
