Eliminated a small squad of terrorists to catch bounty target they were holding hostage and about to execute. It was all caught live on Holocam video, the terrorists were posting on a public channel. Sorry, Nor'baal, but despite this being 'just a company', this does count as an Independant Faction. Unless, of course, you are planning to have Galactica Holdings removed from contention as an Indie Faction?

At this point, you either need to withdraw this characters involvement with the Indie Faction, or seek admin approval for him to be on the roster of two factions.
