At first, Griffin had been born on Csilla and spent about half his life there. He was indoctrinated into the military at a young age and found out he thrived in that atmosphere. Fast-tracked to special-ops, the Chiss quickly found his purpose. Unfortunately, after the completion of a mission, Griffin had been exiled from his homeworld for his methods and tossed out into the galaxy.
Not knowing whether he was still being hunted or not, the Chiss abandoned the use of his real name and took on an alias, Griffin Lockhart. Being alone in the vast galaxy, he quickly utilized his abilities in mercenary work to survive. Through his contracts, he found that he didn't care what side he worked for, as long as they paid him, he would be happy and offer his skills.

Having served in the military, Griffin has experience with most martial weapons, tech, and blasters, never leaving him clueless. He prefers close combat but has no problem resolving threats with his guns.
During that time, he had become desensitized to violence and rather straight to the point. If he is paid suitably, Griffin has no qualms with the type of job he is given, dirty or clean. Assassination, kidnapping, bounty hunting, smuggling, there was a price for everything.
