A world of lights, traps, corruption and blood thirsty greed. Which made it a perfect world for the renewed Sith to find paths deeper into the galaxy. So that was why I was here with another Sith partner. There had been to few moves made in the galaxy, the Jedi and their pets the Rangers were making very open moves that only strengthen them. If my new crew were to make something of themselves they would need ships, followers, people ready to strike while the galaxy was ready for the taking. An the Hutt I was after would have what I need. Piracy required sellers to the material that you sold, and the Hutt called Quansh was a big buyer for pirates stolen goods. Something I learned from my own time as a pirate.

Plus I am sure that the Hutt wasn't willing to give up that list. Which is why I asked for my new allies help. A large hulking beast that would be a great threat by simply being their and very capable of making a mess of the place. Its important that we keep the actions of our crew a secret since I knew that once the Jedi and Ranger get a scent of us moving they would be the first to pounce of it. So once we got whatever information the Hutt had on those he bought from we will need to wipe out any traces of us.

"So my big friend you able to keep the violence down until we are denied what we need, or after we are given it. We just need a list of those he buy from since those people will no doubt have ships and crews which we can use to help expand our influence."
Looking up to the creature that was for all practical purposes almost twice my size of muscle and power.

I have seen his kind before but it wasn't something I cared to learn about. We were nearby the office building the Hutt has set up, where dozens of people lost to the planets lights walked. All of them except for maybe a small handful were people who lacked a purpose or drive, once I had the power maybe I could come back here. I am sure many would flock to me if I could provide them that purpose and show them how to find a drive. But that was the future right now I just needed to steal from a slimy Hutt.

Shor had answered the call for assistance for precisely one reason. It involved targeting Hutt assets. The large wookiee was not terribly fond of the overgrown slugs and their haphazard gangs of slavers and would generally jump at the chance to disembowel them or their operations. The two of them did have to maintain some degree of subtlety for part of this particular task, however, so Shor had covered himself.

He wore his armor of Ren, his lightsaber concealed on the back of his belt beneath the ragged cloak while his hunting rifle sat casually in his massive gloved hands and his vibroswords sat clipped to near his hips. He looked nothing less than some kind of oversized mercenary or bodyguard. Which wasn't precisely incorrect, frankly speaking, as he was usually called to assist when sheer power or intimidation factor were needed. Not that he couldn't be subtle. He was a trained hunter and warrior, but for him the sneaking was just the prelude to true violence.

His masked face turned to look at the smaller creature and he offered a short affirmative grunt in response to his request for limited violence. Shor personally believed the other man could've kept his explanation shorter. He didn't actually care all that much what the little meat creature's plans were. Only that they would involve a good deal of extraordinary violence and the deaths or subversion of Hutt assets and potentially Hutts themselves. That was enough to suit Shor just fine.

Even this early in the game anger and hatred seethed beneath the surface, easily sensed, boiling away and ready to be unleashed on the first suitable target that presented itself. Such was Shor's way. He wasn't the kind of Sith who snuck around playing political games with other prey. He hunted and killed for the Sith in the name of the Eternal, a predator that fed on fear and the flesh of lesser species.

But until the killing needed to start, he would instead simply stand near the smaller Sith and look intimidating. It wouldn't be difficult. [cbox3]

Looked like my partner was good for the game, his large size was what I really hoped for. Not many would be in our way now, as we entered the office of the Hutt. The first floor was a mockery of a reception of a actual reputable business, multiple people that looked like they just crawled out of the dumpster stood in a line to speak with a rather pleasant looking Twi'lek receptionist. Walking past them with my partner and a old classic briefcase full of credits that I had managed to grab from another operation. It represented almost everything credit wise I owned but it was only meant to get us a meeting with the greedy Hutt.

Despite some protest of the people waiting in line we would have no problem getting to the front so long as my ally provided a aura of menace and violence promised if they tired to stop us. Pulling down my hood to show my face, I gave the Twi'lek woman my best smile void of the cruelty that was usually present on my face.

"Excuse me mama, but I got a appointment with Quansh. It won't be on file, its off the books."
With a wave of my hand the Force reached into the woman's mind easing her worries and giving her reason to trust a friendly face like mine, with the work her master does she knew better then to ask too many questions.

"Y-yes sir, master is currently free right now security will lead you to him if you please."
Two large Gamorreans walked up with crude weapons meant more for intimidation then actual combat.

With a polite nod, I walked over to the two piglets, and allowed them to lead us to a elevator deeper into the office building. An once we hit the top level of the building the doors open up to a hallway that had five combat droids on either side of the hallway that lead to a chamber where the sickly laughter of a Hutt could be heard from. Each droid kept a eye on us when we walked through the hallway.

"Lets go greet the master of this place."
I looked over to my companion, these droids would not be a problem but I was sure now that Quansh would have greater security closer to himself, which meant things might get interesting once we arrived.

Entering the chamber there were several individuals, some a mix of bounty hunter or mercenary, others businessmen, others the servants of the Hutt and then the big slug himself sitting high above his guest on a slab elevated so that all had to look up to him. There were two additional droids on either side of him. The chamber itself was a giant gear, the center was the pit where the guest of lesser status were, on the edge stood a few guards and advisors or businessmen that were clearly more important. An finally at the walls were indentations where tables were set up and the important guests were allowed to relax with beautiful servants to take care of them.

The time for violence was close at hand but first they needed to see about clearing the place out before they could strike.

Figure after this we probably are going to start using Dice to determine how well things go if you are good with that.

Disdainful eyes glanced around the rooms and glossed over the various visitors and staff from behind the cover of an impassive helmet. Menace and the promise of violence were easily provided, the large wookiee serving as the "big stick" in the smaller Sith's attempts at negotiating the slug and its underlings. Mostly he simply loomed, just behind and to Rakim's right, staring down at those in line, the twi'lek woman, and the pair of gamorreans. Although he wasn't exactly trying, a sense of vague hostility dripped off him in waves. Any Force sensitive could easily pick it up at close, though non-sensitives were more likely to be uncomfortable near him. As a result, the guards and any attendants kept their distance. Between his size and the general sense of danger, not many would have the desire to start up a conversation.

When the pair entered the audience chamber Shor took a quick scoping of the room, noting any guards or those with weapons as well as possible escape routes. Hutts were filthy, scheming creatures worth no more than their immediate wealth, and they would do anything to preserve their possessions and living status. He expected a secret exit behind the slug's chair, or perhaps it was too arrogant to expect an attack. Either way, Shor was quietly looking forward to the violent slaughter that was soon to come.

As far as he was concerned ordinary gunmen were no match and gamorrean guards were worthless without the advantage of sheer strength. But first he waited. The smaller Sith clearly had some plan or other, and Shor had learned early on that a proper hunt required patience.

Upon moving into the chamber where the Hutt seemed to believe gave him divinity, the Hutt life was one of quick gratification and believing it to be unchallenged. The people in the room were all leeches but biggest was the slug in the far side of the room. Though as I listen to the whispers and it seemed like these people saw us as a concern, aggression that flowed out of my companion affecting the minds of the weak willed here. Though they kept their eyes down in fear and refused to look to my large friend though if forced to action I am sure they will act despite their fear.

Once we were in front of the Hutt about a good three meters away or so. The slimy creature began to laugh at the two of us seemingly amused we have approached it.

"(So what has the new day brought me? Are you hear to give me tribute, or is there another reason that has brought you before the glorious me?)"
The Hutt spoke in its native tongue and I might have struggled to understand it if not for the protocol droid that added its own flowery words and spoke so that any in the room that couldn't understand did.

"Oh mighty Quansh I have come before you seeking trade. I would love for our conversation to be of more private."
My voice was coated with honey that hide the venom of my voice.

I knew there wasn't anyway to actually barter for such a list I simply needed to reduce the number of people that would start shooting once the violence started. A initial burst of shots while possible to defend against from multiple angles and from numerous blasters made it impossible to survive by skill alone. An I didn't want to deal with chance, no I will make the field of battle what I wished it to be.

Opening the case revealing the thousands of credits in it, the eyes of the Hutt grew. Its fat tongue licking its lips and a wave of his hand singled for those that were of lesser status to leave. As the room began to thin out I noticed that the guards didn't leave but the room had now maybe half the number it did before and those that were left were either guards or slaves/aids. The possibility of credits to great for the Hutt to refuse and so the trap was ready to spring just need to know it was still worth it.

"(I see you have come well prepared. Tell me traveller what goods do you need?)"
The droid that stood by his side never left which was good since I still needed it to translate.

"I wish to know if it was possible to get a list of pirates and their ships that work in this region of space?"
With my words the Hutt narrowed his eyes becoming suspicious and now suspecting something wrong was afoot.

"(If I had such a list what use is it for you?)"
A smile grew in my face the Hutt had reached already to its datapad, either by force of habit or because he might actually be willing to trade for it.

I knew that it had what I needed and was the only thing worth keeping intact the rest could be destroyed. I turned to my large friend my cruel smile, and own darkness beginning to come out in waves similar to that of the wookies own signature of the Force.

"The datapad is the only thing of value the rest is yours to do wish as you please."
I reached out with my right hand pulling in the datapad away from the Hutt, signaling the beginning of the violence.

The briefcase in my own hand dropped and my lightsaber leaped out to enter it the red blade glowing and the blasters pointed at us shooting. Now I could be wrong and this datapad might not have the information but I had a feeling it would and now came the matter of escaping from this place.
