DOLWORTH “DOL” SOLUS
BIOGRAPHY
Dolworth was born on a small backwater planet that he barely remembers to a family of four (His parents, him and his baby brother). All he remembers of that time was a group of raiders attacked, his birth parents were dead, and he and his brother Raza were rescued by a Mandalorian bearing the sigil of House Solus. Wherever he and Raza came from remained a mystery due to the man who found them never telling them, even when he passed away and handed them down separate pieces of his Beskar’gam. Though, to be honest Dolworth and Raza never really cared. They were only babes when their birth parents died and the only family they ever knew were the Mandalorians. For Dolworth and Raza, they grew up in a rather stable family...aside the whole warrior culture part.
In Dolworth’s own words he was “born with a powerful passion to create”. Sadly for him, again in his own words, he “couldn’t write worth a damn, his painting would make a Adiik’s look like a masterpiece, and while he has a nice singing voice he was no composer.”; However it was during his training as a Mandalorian that he discovered his “gift” to “create” explosions. He got good at it, to the point he knew how to make an explosion of any kind look like a work of art. In fact it got to a point he was being blamed by members of his branch in House Solus for spectacular explosions he was no where near of.
In his early days as a Mandalorian warrior he had an ambition to be not only the best demolition and ordinance expert the Mandalorians had ever seen, but to found and lead his own clan while being loyal to Solus. He and Raza dreamed of walking side by side as they defeated their people’s enemies, gain territory, got glory, got women, and made their own marks in galactic history. That all came crashing down five years ago. It was a mission to capture a rather stubborn bounty for a member of the Five Syndicates, where Dol and Raza were tracking him with abandon. Dolworth, feeling overconfident in both his brother Raza and his own skills, sent his brother in to the building the bounty was hiding while he sat some charges at a back door. It all went to hell when Raza walked into a trap, causing a massive explosion that sent Raza flying out of a window. Alas, they were not equipped with Jetpacks, and thus Raza hit hard and breaking his skull open. The bounty escaped and Dolworth was left with the broken body of his brother Raza at his feet. The bounty disappeared after that which added insult to injury for the Mandalorian. The guilt of knowing Dolworth sent his brother to their death, along with his own doubt about his skills, sent him into a depression that made him take to drink for months without memory. When Dolworth did recover he was a changed man. No longer an ambitious young man hellbent on making a name for himself, but a humble Mandalorian who did what his people asked of him, with a smile to hide his pain...
MISCELLANEOUS
NAME: Dolworth “Dol” Solus
FACTION: Independent
RANK: Bounty Hunter/Mercenary
SPECIES: Human
AGE: 30
GENDER: Male
HEIGHT: 193cm
WEIGHT: 79kg
FORCE SENSITIVE: No
APPEARANCE:
Dolworth is a man of stature bearing a 193cm frame carrying dry weight of 79kg. All of this is covered by a mane of reddish brown hair that almost covers his soft greenish-yellow eyes. Underneath his Beskar’gam is the face that always has a crooked but infectious grin whenever he’s in a cheery mood (along with a slightly crooked nose from many a bar fight) and across his body multiple blaster burns, cuts, scars, and slug wounds that shows either Dolworth doesn’t understand the concept of ducking...or that he has a deathwish.
ATTRIBUTES:
Combat: Dolworth is your typical soldier: disciplined, hard working, and keeps everything to the best of his abilities dress-right-dress. He is an above standard fighter, decent in hand-to-hand fighting (assuming its with a knife, vibro or otherwise. Anything bigger and he looks clumsy), and an average shot with both pistol and rifle. However it is his skills with explosives that are impeccable. The man has, as one person put it, “The delicate touch to blow out a candle without putting a dent in the candle holder.” While he does have an odd lifestyle off the battlefield, Dolworth in his own words “leaves it in the saloon” and is all business when it comes to matters of Warfare, The Mandalorians, and ESPECIALLY his trade with Explosives.
Non-Combat: Off the battlefield Dol is a charmer, always giving an infectious and endearing grin that woos women and makes even the hardest of hearted men chuckle. An ironic byproduct of his ability to create explosives is that he gained a talent for cooking. His stew is rather famous in Solus for being hearty...and spicy enough to make even his own Vode reconsider. A few other attributes of his is his minor skill in First Aid and a standard knowledge of how to pilot a speeder, and the basics on how to fly a ship, though a speeder bike is his preferred mode of terrestrial transportation and he prefers to let more competent pilots do that for him.

PERSONALITY:
Dolworth is one of the most complicated Mandalorians Clan Solus has ever seen. On the one hand he is a dedicated follower of the Resol’nare, only ever taking his Buy’ce fully off either in the presence of trusted Vod or when in private and barley lifting it to take a bit of food or drink. On the other hand Dolworth is a rather...”cheery” man. He has a spirited outlook on life, believing that if you do not live a little you are not living at all. While he may appear cold at first glance (mainly due to him wearing his helmet in public) once you’ve got him talking (and an ale or two bought for him) he reveals a jovial and kind demeanor...assuming you’re not trying to kill him.
At one time in his youth he was a rather ambitious individual, wanting to at some point become even leader of his own Clan loyal to Solus. However, time and (rumor has it) tragedy have changed Dol to a man who is rather content with being a warrior, a man out on the front lines and living life as best as he can before some lucky bum does him in. Back then he was a cold young man but time, again, has lightened him and made him a rather humble individual knowing when to pick his battles and how to fight them.
