So guys, I'm making my first Mando! Any tips? He's going to be pretty young and devastated by the losses he's suffered with the attack on Mandalore. Might be in need of a mentor if anyone's interested! :D

Hey, Bleed. The way I did it was I picked a theme. From there I found a group of people, a society and cultural. Keeping all of these things in mind I balanced that with Mandalorian culture and the site lore. Most Mandalorians seemed influenced in one way or another by Roman Soldiers and Spartans, then maybe some Mongolian influences and it scatters from there. So, my advice would be for you to find an interesting theme and take it from there.

I kinda did that actually except I loosely based his training around the Japanese code of Bushido. I'm about to post his profile if you'd like to thumb through it and give some feed back.

BUSHIDO! But yeah that's good. I find Mandalorians can fit any major warrior culture: Spartans, Norse, Samurai, even as far as Shaolin for the really out there clans.

Yeah, I'll gladly take a look at your Mando. Mine is based around the Ancient Chinese, with loose Buddhist and Taoist influences. Essentially, she's a warrior monk. I look forward to seeing what you've come up with. Although, when it comes to strictly things concerning Mandos, I would suggest you look to someone more knowledgeable than I. Maybe someone from the Clan or any Clan would likely have better expertise than I.

Ok, I'm still catching my breath and trying to recover from this mini-burnout.

But I thought, if anyone wants to help, that I'd post a list off the top of my head of things that I/we need to do in regard to Clan Fett in the near future.



- Missions
Need to be rewritten to reflect the (coming) move to Hutt Space and Alba. For now we're still located on Lok, though I plan to change that after the Shadow Veil roleplay has gone through. I'd love for someone to help me come up with missions for when we're in Hutt space and on Alba's moon. If you want to do Hutt related missions, feel free to coordinate with Butler or Hutticane Matt on that one.

- Write up of Clan Fett
Needs to be rewritten, shortened down, cleaned up, updated. Once we move, the Nym City part will be replaced with a detailed explanation of the base on Alba, and a short summary of the Mandalorian barracks on Nal'Hutta.

MandalArms itself is good for now though, but of course, any tech writeups you want to submit for them are welcome, though for now let's limit it to ground vehicles, UAV's, hovercrafts/helicopters, combat droids and starfighters. We've got a few small arms already and I have a few plans for more, and we don't have any capability yet for ships on any larger scale.


Other than that I just have a slew of roleplays to catch up on, which I'll do gradually. >_> Very gradually. <___<

There is the new techno-union faction currently undergoing review, with a character of mine inside it. I don't see why this faction couldn't collaborate with the Union on designs?

I actually have a lot of ideas regarding the planet and species of characters. I was wanting the Rebels or someone, like us, aligned with them encounter them and befriend them.
