Drow Venn had come to the agreed-upon base that Taldorak had given him the coordinates for. Unlike their last meeting, Drow had not come alone. Outside this room, a very large and intimidating Gammorrean by the name of Hort'in. Hort'in had been the first Gammorrean that Drow had had to fight in order to secure Clan Grojuk's loyalty to the Jedi Order. Although the wiry warrior had initally doubted the Jedi, Drow and his companions had proven the Order's strength and honor and the guardsman had become a friend of Drow's ever since. The Ishi Tib trusted Hort'in to be discreet and to love the idea of getting outside of the calm and violence-free Yavin to satisfy his bloodlust. The Grojuk Clan amused themselves by hunting the sometimes dangerous fauna of Yavin IV and holding wrestling tournaments amongst themselves but nothing was quite like a real battle. Taldorak would have noticed that Hort'in was wearing Mandalorian bracers, a feat he'd earned a long time ago. Drow had also brought along his faithful astromech droid Sparky and had extended the invitation to this secret cabal to Drastus Drahr though he didn't know if the young human would accept. Drow also saw that two Pyke goons were sitting near Hort'in and Sparky outside though he had no idea where they'd come from. Frankly, he didn't want to know.

For now, it was only Taldorak and Drow behind the closed door of this room and that was good for the Ishi Tib had something to discuss with Tal in private. A recent mission to Sullust had not gone the Ishi Tib's way and Drow wanted to capitalize on it before the opportunity was lost completely. He had gone on behalf of the Order to try to win the favor of a local insurgency group on Sullust called the Cursed Hand. They wanted their own land and government and were willing to fight to get it. The Jedi Council had refused to deal with such a violent group but that didn't mean the Cursed Hand couldn't still serve a useful purpose.

"...so anyways, the Cursed Hand's leader is a fella by the name of Cur Dallop. He's willing to throw his boys at the Sith in exchange for land. Think you could make something happen there in case we ever need their help?" Drow asked Taldorak, deliberately being vague with his question. Whether Taldorak wanted to off Cur Dallop once he'd served his purpose or find a way to give some land to the Sullustan insurgent was totally up to him.

Taldorak had noted the big pork belly upon arrival to the meeting room. Dhari was somewhere about, getting their ships ready and whatnot and some of his other people were just in the armory. When he met with Drow, he would offer the Jedi his hand and grasp the formers forearm. Drinks were dispensed to the Jedi, seats were had around the table, and then the discussion would begin.

"Cursed Hand, eh? Seems a little on the nose, don't it?" Tal asked with a laugh. "Hmm.. so they want land.. I think if the Dallop of Daisy helped us liberate E6, that would give us some negotiating room to find them land there. It's a world, I am sure they have free real estate just lying around. So if this guy was such an asset, why'd you guys pass him up?"

"Wisdom of the Council, you know. They didn't want to be doing business with who they saw to be terrorists. That and the Jedi don't really own land to give them." Drow explained, sharing a laugh as Taldorak made a crack about the name of the group. It was starting to get frightening how much the Mandalorian was agreeing with Drow's plans when the Council didn't . Drow didn't like to think about the implications of that so he didn't.

"If you're down to have them, I'm fine giving them some unoccupied land on E6. I figure with their guerilla experience, they'd be good at finding and recruiting local resistance fighters to help overthrow the Sith once we nab the princess. I can give them a call once we talk over strategy." Drow said.

"Speaking of, want to go meet with the others?" Drow asked, willing to follow Taldorak to the main room of the base where the others were sitting so they could begin planning.

It had been a few week since their meet-up at the Huttball game, and Dhari was starting to think that Taldorak might be much more enterprising than she had thought. She had agreed to come with him to his base on Pzob, and in the interim he had had as much to do as she had not. Which one of them got the better deal was hard to say.

Presently, the Mirialan freighter captain was knocking out dents and fusing torn plates of the Blacklight's fuselage back together. There was still much to be repaired on the ship, and everything had happened so fast since Nimban. She'd dropped Nara off and in the meantime she'd gone to see Tal at the Huttball game. And now she was here, on Pzob, with both herself and the Blacklight in a tattered mess.

Tal had gone to some meeting with a person who would help cause havoc among the other syndicates by framing them against the Sith and vice versa - a plan which gave Dhari no small amount of personal joy, for reasons she hadn't been able to tell Tal yet. Honestly, she doubted whether she would ever tell him. And that was even if he could earn her trust, which she still wasn't convinced of.

Her ruminations were interrupted by her droid, C1 - or Cone, as she called the R5-unit. It beeped frantically and waved its repair arm to get her attention. "What is it, Cone?" Dhari said. "What do you mean there's a lea-". Then she could smell it. And hear it. A fizzing sound. Her eyes scanned the hull, and she quickly found the culprit. She'd gone too deep with the blowtorch and ruptured something, probably part of the ship's pneumatic system. Dhari let out all manner of curses and used the pulley system's controls to direct the crane from which she was suspended in a harness over towards it so she could get a closer look.

"First I inspect all of his kriffing vessels, then thinking about his sorry butt gets me to make mistakes on my own," Dhari muttered. "Life used to be pretty kriffing simple before that bugger showed up." Cone chirped a quick sequence of beeps. "Oh, tin it, you rust cone."

"Don't the Jedi have a pretty not stellar track record in terms of intergalactic standings? Can they really be that choosy? I mean one of your big Jedi was a felon. Seems like a lot of... how do you Aruetii say it... double standards. Given the Council sounds idiotic, it's no wonder your people are losing the war." Tal would say nonchalantly.

"They help us, I'm sure we can find them some land somewhere. It's ridiculous that the Jedi weren't even willing to talk to a world on behalf of them, to get a new home. Meanwhile, I'm out here like Broprah Winnefred just passing out land deals like it's my job."
he'd say with a laugh, already heading for the door. "Sure, first thing first, you're gonna meet my pilot. Bad little number and really knows her way around a wrench."

He'd lead Drow past the two nitwits and the Gamorrean, all the way to the hangar. When they walked in, She was in some kinda harness bent over working on something so he just took a moment to enjoy the view. He would walk closer as some kind of 'oh shit' moment occurred and would cross over to the pulley controls, making the move a little easier for her. From where she was, she would have thought she was just making it work, then she muttered and Tal would clear his throat. Loudly.

"Ya know, Dhari.. Ya can't be thinking about my ass on the job. That's how workplace accidents occur and as far as that dry erase board on the wall is concerned, we've never had one. So once ya clock out, go wild, babe."

"My thoughts exactly. If you're good with using them, I'll reach out then. They can help start rousing the rabble on Eiattu 6 to make sure the planet is ready for our operation." Drow told Tal as they walked, meeting the Mirialian pilot that the Mandalorian had hyped up. And from the colorful language and equally colorful repair jobs, she seemed to live up to the hype.

Drow chuckled at the blue humor and friendly ribbing between Dhari and Taldorak. It reminded him of the banter between his old merc buddies and him. You knew one of the guys liked you when they'd say horrible insults to your face but jump on a grenade for you in the field.

"Pleasure to meet another pilot. You can just call me...Gramps for now. I'm probably old enough to be your grandpa anyways. " Drow said to Nhari, giving Taldorak a glance. While the Mandalorian (and Hort'in) were the only sentient beings that knew Drow was a Jedi Master, the Ishi Tib wasn't sure if Tal had spilled the beans to Dhari yet or not. Hopefully not. There were already enough people that knew that Drow was running these illicit operations behind the Council's back. He'd wait until he got to know Nhari a bit better before trusting her with his full identity.

"Now, I don't know how much Tal has told you but let me brief you completely just so we're on the same page. Our target is the princess of Eiattu 6. Me, my security droid team, Hort'in, Tal and those two geniuses over there will be breaking into the bunker where they're keeping the princess. Security will be tight but I think we'll be able to handle them." Drow explained to Nhari, pointing to the two Pykes off in the distance to punctuate just who he meant by "two geniuses."

"But once we nab the princess, they'll be calling for reinforcements so we'll need you in your ship to make sure those reinforcements don't reach us. Once we're out, just pick us up in the ship and we'll be home free with the princess in tow."

"I got some guerilla friends that we'll have causing trouble and organizing the local resistance groups together in the weeks leading up to it. Those two Pykes aren't going to be making it out alive and their bodies will make the Sith think it's retaliation for the Sith's hit at the Pyke Syndicate. We can maybe try and squeeze a ransom out of the Sith but either way, we'll release the princess to her people. Should inspire some more true believers to join the cause and then we'll have a full-blown revolution on our hands. Make sense so far?"
Drow asked, making sure the two were keeping up with what he was saying. A lot of planning and effort had gone into this operation and the team being on the same page was paramount to its success.
