I tend not to worry so much about writing down history for profiles. History is largely irrelevant for most characters and is almost always cosmetic. It's safe to assume that Firrerreo (due to their healing factor) probably possess a longer lifespan than humans. For this reason, it can probably be assumed that Jayce (as a force sensitive, likely with a large lifespan) has picked up skills naturally over the course of his life, and honed them with the addition of the Third Eye.

Problem with your argument is that you say he could have picked things up over time due to having a long lifespan, and he may have one, but he's only used up 29 years of that lifespan according to your profile.

you're absolutely right. i didn't notice that. i originally drafted this character as a human jedi and that was probably a carry over during the re-writes. thanks for pointing that out and it's been edited accordingly.

While I appreciate the discourse, I think this could be taken to PMs as not to sully the profile with the arguing. I'd love to hear some proper thoughts, what you find wrong and how you'd like to see it improved, and if you'd like to write those for me then I will read them in PM.

As explained to me, Ubiqtorate's files are hand-fed into the databases which are isolated to prevent people from accessing it and changing data. And it seems more like you're metagaming saying it's impossible for his identity to be known anywhere.

Not necessary, the Ubiqtorate might hand feed data into the databases but to do that they must first have access to that information. If they don't know anything at all about a certain person then they can't do that. Considering that this character is now hinted to have been around for some time then he could easily have wiped out all information about himself before the Ubiqtorate was formed and started its information gathering process. The Ubiqtorate are a rather new entity, relatively speaking.

Even if that is that case, the whole hand feeding of data was a concept introduced by the faction after Sith takeover, so claiming that the same procedure was followed even before they were around would kind of be metagaming, no? :P

Except the Ubiqtorate only has control over the Imperiums HoloNet, and the only way they can control it is to operate in similar fashion to the Chinese Great Firewall; the Chinese internet is fully networked with the rest of the worlds internet, it just uses over 2 million personnel to ensure that unwanted foreign sites are blocked, even as they're created. It's entirely possible an independent hacker outside the Imperiums network could use something similar to I2P or TOR to access the Imperiums HoloNet, and though such access could be blocked, not before some malicious content is distributed. There's no such thing as a completely independent network, especially not if the Rebels are genuinely disrupting stuff on at least one planet. It's even possible to get some code into North Korea, though the infrastructure being terribad kinda prevents that. It's also entirely possible that this character operates his own darknet as a social outlet, making him untrackable in that manner.

If it would make anybody feel better, once the implant is approved, ill add a detailed dossier with his exact specifications in a less theatric style, so there's no confusion. You guys all know I'm not a problem writer, so ill do that and hope we're all good.

Nerf either the Force powers or the hacking ability. He reads as a paragon in both areas, which is a bit OP for a fresh character. If you want to go into those kinds of levels of specialization, you can't have high skill areas elsewhere.

nerfed the force powers down to mostly sensory and removed the more advanced ones such as doppelganger and way (art?) of the small.

the implant is getting approved separately as a tech app so yea.

I'll admit, I'm not entirely convinced its quite balanced enough, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and let you have it for now. If there's problems down the track (which, given your track record are unlikely), then I'll have to be more strict.
