Appearance Aethon has long black hair, tan skin, and a brown equine lower body. His equine half is all rippling muscle while his upper torso is muscular as well. He wears a greyish t-shirt and blue jacket. Aethon has grey and black wraps around his lower legs and a bag on his hind quarters with a leather strap going up his equine body. |
Personality Aethon is wise, curious, and patient. The Chironian man is a mercenary with morales. If the target is one he deems innocent, he won't finish the job. He stamps his hoof in frustration and will rear up and shake his head in anger. Aethon gets angry when he sees injustice and poverty. |
Likes and Dislikes Aethon likes galloping in the forests and meadows of Chiron, as well as carving and meeting people. He hates to see suffering, poverty, slavery, and injustice. |
Strengths and Weaknesses Aethon is fast and agile. On the shorter side of Chironian size, he is weaker than most Chironians but can still break someone's ribs with a rear kick. He is accurate with his rifle, can fight quite well in close quarters against a slower opponent. Aethon can pilot a ship quite well but has issues finding a vessel that he can stand in. Due to his size, he can have issues with various entrances. |
Biography Born on Chiron in the year 998 ABY, Aethon was a young foal from a small village in the forests of the planet. He grew up as the son of two hunters. He would run around the clearing they lived in and the surrounding forested area. Aethon often galloped off alone, armed only with a vibro-lance strapped to his back. The lance was given to him by his father. As he grew up, he got better with fighting in close quarters. It wasn't until Aethon was 18 that he came across a dead merc. He appeared to had been killed by one of the predator creatures on the planet. Near the mercenary was the man's ship, a YT-7130 light freighter. Picking up the man's blaster, he climbed aboard the ship cautiously. He trotted into the cabin, curious at the controls. Luckily, the man had a pilot droid that took Aethon off the planet.He was taken to Tattooine where he sold the droid and paid a freight pilot to teach him how to fly it, after the ship was slightly altered for him. The pilot spent a few hours each day, for 3 months, training Aethon to fly the ship, as well as how to navigate the galaxy. Aethon traveled the galaxy, plying his trade as a mercenary and getting more accurate with the blaster rifle. He would occassionally travel back to Chiron to visit his people. |
