You'd either have to use the stats from an already approved ship (Basically just say in the character profile that the ship has the same or similar stats as X ship), or submit it as a tech profile.

Well, although it does have deep space patrol craft in its title, Norbs listed it as a Corvette under the Ship Classification section on the writeup.
