My characters' names are Tøm and Sæmus on the Ebon Hawk. I don't lead a guild anymore. I used to be the guild leader of Full Spectrum on the Ebon Hawk when the game launched.

You'd have to get admin approval to have your character in both! For example, my character is affiliated with the Hutt Cartel and the Sith, and I had to seek approval to get her on both rosters as well as justify it ICly. It isn't impossible and you can definitely rank up, but if the group doesn't become an official indie faction, there would be no need to bug admins about it and more people could probably come play. :p
