Proposal: Pre-time skip, Geist encounters Tak on Ziost. They'll chat, and Geist will explain why he kicked Tak out of his class and suggest what he can do to improve. Post-time skip (present), in a follow-up thread, Geist and Tak can meet up again, where Geist could see some improvement and decide to train him.

Being a supporter only means i've donated a minimum of $20USD to the site's owner to contribute to its continued operation. Being a Faction Leader has its own set of responsibilities that, when coupled with the duties of being an Admin would most likely be too much - even for someone as active as me. Responsible? That is debatable. People like me? Yeah sure, but being an admin isn't a popularity contest, and unfortunately being an Australian usually means absolutely nothing other than me being 20% cooler instantly than any American on the site ;)

But most of all Administrative roles aren't given as a reward, they are filled as needed. At the present, to the best of my knowledge, there are no vacancies in the Admin team, nor does it appear that there is the need to add additional roles to the administrator team.

Tak, you completely ignored the ceiling that was brought down on both Audroti and Tak's heads by ShadowMandalore. Not sure if you missed it or ignored it but that happened we have to acknowledge it and provide a legible defense or detail the damage it did to our characters.
