Personality
Zian is no different than other Chiss. Cold as the ice they are born on, Chiss have to learn quickly in a take no prisoners type of society. Zian has always been a little different; she was always a little more curious and a little faster when it comes to learning things. She has a bit of a timid nature when it comes to being around things she doesn’t know. It takes her some time to be herself.

Biography
Time had passed since mistakes were made, the economy was slow to recover, but the Chiss were a resilient people. The government had fallen to pieces, but what was left in pieces the Chiss saw to rebuilt. It would take time for them to recover, the first chance to make things right was when she was born. Chiss force users were rare, rarer than most, they knew what they needed to try to do. Zian was born on Csilla, the main world of chiss space. She was born a little different than other Chiss, her skin is a lighter blue and her eyes black. She had to wait by Chiss laws, before they would try to do what they did. They wanted her to learn about her people and society till she came of age, which for a chiss is at ten years old. here are no adolescence years in chiss society, she grew up normally like a chiss outside of her indifference in appearance and abilities. They wanted her to go to the Jedi, but they were not sure how to get her to them. She was the Chiss’s chance to set things right, after all a Jedi padawan had once come from their kind very long ago, Nuru-Kungurma. It was knowledge that Jedi taught forgiveness, they were hoping for some kind of start with peace again. It would take more than her, but the hope was to start mending damage. Looking up old contacts they searched for a way to contact the Jedi without the Sith finding out.
Her father was the way, her father was an alliance solider. During the times of the Sith her mother was off world for many years. When her mother returned home long after the Sith were gone the Chiss were in dire times. So she started to work on trying to recover the damages that were done. Her mother would find out she was pregnant and informed Zian's father of her pregnancy. She also informed her father that Zian was force sensitive. He pulled some strings to get the contact for the Jedi when Zian was of age to met her on Baruka.
Once on Baruka she came in contact with a Jedi-Knight named Kai Sera. She didn’t trust him at first, but eventually she agreed to come with him. Once on his ship he began to teach her about unlocking the force within herself. It took her some time to feel her power, before she could begin to use it. He began the task of teaching her to sense with her power, which had an unexpected thing happen as a result. Her body began to glow without her control. Zian didn’t even realize she had been doing it. They just focused on her sensing, until she got it down. Shortly after he had her begin the task of learning how to use a lightsaber. Zian struggled with the blade, not having held something outside a charric weapon. She would take her time getting used to the blade, before attempting anything else. Zian would pick it up on blocking blaster bolts with and without seeing.
Days after Landing on Lamaredd, she met new people like Master Reland while sitting on a beach, some place Zian was new to. She also met Iris in the while getting food. After meeting some new people Kai caught up to her and they started to train again. They started to work on her control. Kai wanted her to try to control her light. She struggled with controlling her light, Kai was allowed inside her to see why it was she struggled. He found that she wasn't being forceful enough. So she tried again, pushing it to get the light under control finally. After gaining the idea of control he wanted her to move the remote. Once again she struggled as she tried to control her light and move the remote, a difficult task. Kai told her to stop trying to control her light and concentrate on the remote, which she did. As she tried to move the remote illusions started to appear, the more she concentrated the more the illusions appeared. By the time she had even moved the remote a little she had made ice and snow appear accidently and exhausted herself. Another road block in training.
She started a class under Master Reland to learn about the Jedi code, she also started a healing class, as well as a class with Jade and Kai. Zian was trying to learn a lot, when things began to change. Suddenly chaos and uncertainty was cast upon the order as Jedi wanted the Grandmaster to step down. Zian tried to see reason within this conversation, but it seemed her words feel on few ears. Destruction and Chaos was the resulting outcome of this meeting, leaving her lost and confused as to the purpose of the Jedi. Taking an offer from her father she decided to spend days away from the Chaos.
The time spent with a man she didn't know was confusing, but his spirit seemed to convince her other wise. They discussed matters she seemed lost on and in the process she ended up with gifts a baudo yacht and an Akk dog who she named Cart'ar. His methods of gifts and speach seemed still alien to her, but she understood what he said. It was a new perspective on issues she was trying to figure out.
Once she returned back to the Jedi she started on a new purpose, to get her blade to defend herself. She learned from books how to heal and how to construct her lightsaber. It was built with a white crystal, rare by any standards. She was determined to learn healing before constructing her blade. Zian didn’t want to hurt herself or anyone else.
Zian’s trails were a test for her as would be for any apprentice taking them. She had to face slavers, she had to face their cruelty and death. One of the slaves she wanted to save died in their care. Zian had to deal with this lose and overcome it to help others escape the slavers, then end the ring once and for all.

That was my main question also. For reference, I have a three year old with very similar measurements - And she's considered small for her age.

Chiss are fully developed both physically and mentally, irrc, by around age 12 and they're of similar size to average humans.

If you want her to start out already in the Jedi Order you need to work out how she found them, or you can RP Zian finding them. In either case I can't wait to see her in the RP! Easiest way would be to find a profile you like the layout of, then "quote" the post, copy and paste it to a notepad for editting insted of replying, then edit. Be sure to include thanks to the template creator and/or the person you copied.

The Chiss and the Jedi are not on good speaking grounds after the Chiss sold out to the Sith and shafted the Alliance 10 years prior. Since then the Chiss government is on the brink of collapse, if not did collapse due to its own economy not holding up from the war.

So you'll need to get a little more creative in how your Chiss learned about the Jedi, or how the Jedi would have intercepted a FS from their culture.

I dont know what to do. I made some edits for time sake, but I dont know what to do about contacting Jedi giving what you just told me...

Your character would need something in the biography about discretely contacting the Jedi or finding someone who could help her contact the Jedi if she was interested in joining the Jedi. I would imagine since the Chiss were pawns of the Sith, any FS would be given to the Sith to train, so maybe that could be included that she didn't want to train in the ways of the dark side.
