"Well trust me, I'm a very straight forward fighter." He chuckled. "There are plenty of Mautkai who train to keep to the shadows and strike when necessary. Everybody is skilled in handling conflict their own way yeah? No way is really better or worse than another." As Nara mentioned being a student Jago smiled. The only reason he was even talking to her was because of the many times he'd disobeyed his masters teachings and snuck out of his people's camps to see the world around him.
"Ajan Kloss? I think I've only heard rumors about it, but I'm guessing that's where the Jedi are based yeah?" He smiled again, he knew what he had to now. "From fighting you I think I understand the Jedi a bit better. I want my own order to flourish and I think the only way to do that is if the Jedi and Matukai are allies. What happened during the empire, what almost happened when the First Order rose up...that can't happen again yeah?" He would look Nara in the eyes then and his smile faded, only to show that he was serious. "An alliance would aid our Orders I think and allow both the Matukai and Jedi to grow without fear of the Dark rising against either of us." He smiled again then, "I just want both of our orders to be able to aid the galaxy in the open, with the people of the galaxy happy and willing to accept our help."
Jago would listen to any response she had to his offer of alliance with great interest if given. He would then hold out his hand for another hand shake, his smile wide again and features relaxed so hopefully she didn't think he was trying to start another fight. "If you're saying that getting to Ajan Kloss could be the first step in making that happen, then I hope to see you there someday yeah?" He would smile wider if Nara accepted his handshake. After he would throw on his poncho and gather up his credits he'd earned that day. The Matukai would turn back to the Jedi his smile still wide as ever. "Well miss Nara I think I've held you up long enough and sorry again about that little 'surprise'." He would bow slightly and give Nara the traditional Matukai salute. "I have a feeling I'll see you again Nara and I can't wait yeah?"
With the farewell given Jago would look back one last time and give the girl another smile as he made his way back onto the main street, the setting sun of Ryloth casting a soft orange glow on the surroundings. Inside Jago was now full of even more determination. He could make this happen, he could aid his order in rebuilding. A trip to Ajan Kloss was the next step. For the moment it was time to rest, he'd need it since he knew he had a lot of credits to earn.
