It had been a calm evening on Tython; the light of the sun had all but faded and the stars were shining fiercely in a configuration that was breathtaking in its natural beauty. It was a shame that the Jedi, arch-enemies of the Empress and the Dark Lord, would not be able to hold this place for themselves any longer.
Kalladrrl frowned in concentration as his moment of solace ended, right hand planted on his hip as he stood on Tython’s surface. He was fully dressed in Sith battle armor, cloak draped about him. On his left hand was a standard DG-10 dueling gauntlet, but on the right? On his right hand was the Gauntlet given to him by the Dark Lord of the Sith. His blood-red lightsaber was ignited in his left hand, his second saber in his right hand unlit. The Force was drawn to him through the Gauntlet and he held it even as he masked himself from extrasensory detection of his immense command of the Dark Side. Behind his back on his belt was the golden crystalled lightsaber he had taken from the body of a dead Jedi Master. He would complete its submission to him here, on the next Jedi world he helped to subjugate.
Conventional weaponry was insignificant next to the power of the Force.
A half-squad of five Blackguards accompanied himself and Lieutenant Solaris through the lush garden, making for waypoints to place beacons. The orbital bombardment would devastate their temple and send a message that the Sith would not let the Jedi rest until the grave gripped each and every last one of them.
Kalladrrl Danaankarr, Champion of the Empress and War Master of the Sith would see this place laid to ruin even should he had been bidden to tear it down with the power of the Force.
He spoke, his voice more gravelly than when last he and the lieutenant had fought beside one another. It was a constant reminder of his punishment at the hands of his lord and he wondered if the rasp and descent in pitch would be permanent.
“You read my primer on soldiers engaging Jedi. You know what to do, Lieutenant.” While his voice was changed, the droid that vocabulated it had not.
"Blackguards, keep your eyes peeled for resistance and take cover should we engage."
