First off I'm not blindly supporting Trump. I said, at this point, I'm not going to not vote for him. Regardless of what he's said and been accused of doing. However that doesn't mean I liked what he said, he's a jackass for saying some things, but regardless imma still vote for him.

Now you ask me why? Well my answer was simple, I said, "Because he's better than the alternative."

Now you guys took that all to mean I'm just an ignorant Trump supporter blindly clinging on to my hatred of Hillary. Willing to follow Trump as if he's a shepered and I his sheep.

Let me elaborate more on why I'm voting for Trump. In most regards I will admit that mainly it is because I don't like Hillary. Do I believe she is crooked? Certainly I do. I believe the woman is a failure, I believe she is a liar and I believe she will do and say anything to get elected.

But it is further than that. I do not like her policies at all:
1. She supports Obama care
2. She's going to increase foreign refugees coming into the United States by 550% more than Obama has done
3. She supports BlackLivesMatter
4. She believes in a Gender Wage Gap
5. She's going to Increase the Federal minimum wage

Now why do I like Trump?
1. Immigration. If your illegal then you shouldn't be here, plain and simple.
2. Tax cuts, major tax cuts for the wealthy and hopefully this provides jobs for the middle class workers.
3. I trust in his Supreme Court Justices that he has named and believe that they will uphold the constitution.

4ish Also if Trump becomes president then this country can start moving forward under Republican control. Having Congress under Republican leadership would be great but also having a President which will also be Republican and (here's hoping) a Senate as well this country can finally start moving forward in a positive direction.
1. Universal healthcare should be the standard. People shouldn't have to pay 10 grand to go to the doctor. It's fucking ludicrous.

2. So? America was literally founded by foreign refugees. You'd think as a Trump supporter and wanting "to make america great again" you'd support one of the founding tenants of our country. ie: that we are the place where people can go, from anywhere and everywhere, to find a better life and live in a place of freedom. But oh, I forgot, Trump's better America is only for white people. Nevermind.

3. I've seen your opinion on this before and I'm not going to comment because I'll just get in trouble for insulting you.

4. I'm not surprised to see you disagree with an earnings gap for women. Kind of falls in line with your average Trump supporter.

5. GOOD. DO YOU REALIZE HOW MANY FAMILIES SUFFER BECAUSE THEY LITERALLY MAKE NO MONEY DUE TO THE MINIMUM WAGE BEING LOWER THAN A LIVABLE WAGE. JESUS CHRIST.

--

1. I'm not even gonna bother.

2. If you really think tax cuts for the wealthy will create more jobs for the middle class then, well, you obviously have no idea how economics work and are just talking out of your ass. Big businesses already post multimillion/billion dollar profits. What, do they need multitrilion dollar profits to kick it back to their employees? Get a grip.

3. LOL.

4. Republicans like Trump will only spiral this country into the pits of despair and failure. He's an archaic minded, misogynistic, homophobic, racist fuckwit who doesn't deserve to draw breath in the same House where actual, real, worthwhile Presidents have lived and made this country what it is. Donald Trump is a charlatan and a liar, a thief and a conman. He does not belong in the oval office, period.

Good thing the pres doesn't have unilateral control over the supreme court justices and their tenures/confirmations.

For those who are being pressured into voting for one candidate to prevent the other from taking office:

I offer an interesting counterargument to said mindset to consider.

Personally I like the idea of voting over not voting. Simply because I'd rather do something then nothing at all. Even if that something leads to dire consequences; I'd rather have the choice then not make one at all. Which I believe is just as dangerous.

All that aside I'd like to know who y'all think will win. Regardless of what you think of the candidate.

If mainstream media is anything that go by then Hillary will probably win.

I think Hillary will win. It'll be interesting to see if Evan McMullin can capture Utah. Not that it will make a difference. I just hope a third party doesn't deadlock the election. If nobody gets 270, a nightmare process in the House gets kicked off.

Utah only has 6 electoral votes and Hillary will probably win at least 332, so I doubt there will be a deadlock if McMullin wins the state.

What I think is more likely than McMullin winning Utah is him bleeding enough Republican voters away from Trump that Hillary ends up winning it.

Currently all the polls (which is the only thing that matter in seeing who is winning and no internet polls don't matter) have Hillary winning in both two way and four way races. So unless a email comes out that Hillary had sex with a Russian horse and her child is in fact Putins there doesn't seem like much the donald can do it win.

Evan McMullin, or as they call him in Utah, the Main Morman

That'd be something though. Even Ross Perot couldn't manage to win a state and he had a similar sort of backing as Donald Trump. Still if a Mormon ever won the Presidency I'd probably run screaming for the hills...thank God Romney sucked.

As for who will win, I honestly think Hillary will win ultimately, as much as I hate to admit it. When our budget starts hemorrhaging from her failed attempts at resuscitating Obamacare, I'm going to be so damned sad.

Like, I realize Obama was desperate to look good and feed his Democrat constituency some lies about how much he accomplished, but they really shouldn't have tried to pass a universal healthcare bill through a Republican congress. That's like trying to shove a piece of swiss cheese unmolested through a 6 mile long mouse-hole.

It was a Democratic Congress that passed the Affordable Care Act. Concessions were made because of conservative Democrats, not Republicans.

But the basis of the Affordable Care Act was still ultimately a conservative idea that originated from the Heritage Foundation as an alternative to Bill Clinton's attempt to pass health care reform in the early 1990s.

That's scandalous and all, but what about her emails?

@Clayton her emails are seriously bad yet the people of America don't seem to care all that much about them. So yea what the emails show should be enough to make her lose the election if the country was rational but it's not sooo trump has to do better to prove he is the better candidate and he literally got the easiest candidate that all he needed to do was not appear like a asshole but it seems he wasn't able to handle that.

I don't know why i thought otherwise, my timeline is mixed up i guess. I thought Republicans had control over the House longer. Serves me right for opening my mouth.

Still, this sort of making concessions stuff just sort of castrates what either party tries to do. Can't let the blue dogs be unhappy, can't let the alaskan separatists be unhappy, can't let the feminazis be unhappy, gotta pander until our platforms are so bloated they don't even make sense anymore.

I realize it's far better than tyranny by the majority but it's still ridiculous at times. Idk. I'm just done with this. And it frustrates me to no end that no "normal" American seems to care.

Two separate thoughts, should have clarified. I know several people who are voting Johnson and I'm like "man, you don't really understand how stacked the game is against that"
