"Yes, Masters," nodded Amaterasu.

Indeed, she felt struck by the words of the Grandmaster, although she accepted them as a reminder that her training is not yet complete.

"You are still young, my dear." The Grandmaster reminded her. "You still have have much to learn." For a moment, Sarus paused. His bright blue eyes shone with a faint radiance as he began to scrutinize the Padwan. "Regardless." He spoke again. "Your mission on Balmorra was a success. I expect great things from you. You may go now."

((Aiyup. First report ever! Woot!))

"Thank you, Masters," Amaterasu bows, and exits the chambers.

The doors close behind her, as quietly as they greeted her.

Corina welcomed her padawan back, "See, you were fine," she said, "I must talk to the council myself, I shall meet you in the gardens tomorrow morning, and we shall continue your training."

She then waited for the council to allow her in. No doubt they were to enquire her opinions of her student and she thought about it carefully.

Edo flicked on a commlink built into his chair, leaning over slightly as he spoke into the device. 'Let Knight Linar in now,' he murmured, leaning forward in his chair as he looked towards the door.

The doors slid open and Corina stepped inside. She bowed deeply before the council and waited for them to speak first. She was not as nervous as her apprentice, but still more nervous than usual in front of the Council, they would be judging her skills as a teacher for this padawan. The prescence of Master Tesu, once her own master, did sooth her a little, though.

There was no smile on Edo's veiled face today. The Council was in session, and so Edo's nonpartiality came into play. It was a remarkble ability Edo had - to leave all previous worries, grievances and affections at the Council chamber doors.

Had Edo been aware of the soothing aura he had on many Jedi, he would have warned them that he was unintentionally luring them into a false sense of security. Indeed, Edo himself had no idea of what he was doing, mainly because he almost always felt so uncomfortable in the presence of others. When one tattoos their entire body out of grief for their a fallen mentor, even looking at them as a fellow sentient is a difficult process.

'Welcome, Knight Linar,' he opened in a low, hoarse voice, coughing slightly, 'Do you know why we have called you here today?'

She stood before them. She had not been told why she was called here, but she had a fair idea, certainly, "I believe to discuss my padawan," she said,

'Bingo,' the Master replied, 'So tell me what you know of your padawan.'

OOC: super-short post, but still be rather sleepy...so deal.

((Doesn't bother me))

"Amaterasu Selena," said Corina, considering how to answer this, "is an interesting girl. She cares greatly for all life, and is very careful to never take life. She is capable of intelligently and logically dealing with problems posed to her, with regard to the eight tenets. She also has a very good understanding of the nature of the Force, something that compliments her skill. She has taken to lightsaber combat well and has begun to study Soresu, the key principles of which she has also grasped. At times she can be a little stubborn and reluctant to embrace new ideals, but once they are explained in more detail she makes educated and informed decisons. She has taken to training under me well, and although she may not be aware of it, there certainly has been a bond developing between us. I have complete faith in her."
