Borga's arena on Nal Hutta was once agian packed tight in anticipation for yet another fight. Blood was expected and blood will be found. The cheering was nearly deafening as a Gladiator's head rolls into the sand staining it red. The crowd pointed their thumbs down and they get what they pleased. UNfrotunately Borga himself didn't get the satisfaction of being there that day, but he has any eyes all over.

The time of the Arena comes now when those who think themselves a Gladiator may try their chances at riches and fame at the cost of their lives. A lone trandoshan treads across the sands wearing a breast plate and shin guards. His face bears the scars of many battles. He is an rather experienced gladiator and has seen too many duels that has ended int he deaths of his brothers.

He bears the symbol of Borga's Ludos, and he proudly displays who he fights for. He has been trained to fight, but he has also been trained to die. Should he meet his maker this day on the sands he would not be begging for his life, but often as these fan-based events go, the gladiator rarely ever falls to his knees. Instead, he his to fight random citizens who claim they are good enough o fight as a gladiator. They mock the name of the gladiator by claiming they can stand up to them, but this is merely a lie. It sickens the Trandoshan, but he plays along regardless.

In these cases he often gets the fifty fifty chance that he would be satisfied with taking the unworthy life in front of the viewers. The deaths of those who attempt to become a gladiator are frequent, but it isn't unheard of a fan actually besting a gladiator. The Trandoshan knows that because he is even in the position means that he is seen as expendable, but he knows that he at least serves a purpose tag allows him to be loved by the million s viewing him.

The gladiator wears the marks of battles and he has even had limbs removed in the hottest of battle, but because of his species he was returned with a spare in time. He has seen a lot, but today was different. This contender is rumored to be a Mandolorian. This isn't common to hear about, but it could be just the opportunity he needs to ascend the heart of fans. A Mandolorian is a great trophy and he feels that he needs this achievement to enter the hearts of the viewers.

He swings his thin blade in the air attracting the cheers of the onlookers. He is gaining the appeal of the upcoming blood. he stands upon the stained sands to show that he is the one that will please them. The gates open to reveal his opponent... The Madolorian.

Erack had heard of the arenas of Nal Hutta, he had heard of them from all round the galaxy and here he was the arena. He was a solider deep down but he had always wanted to fight against gladiators, he knew they were some of the strongest and most dangerous single enemies around. As he walked towards the sign up booth he started to get excited, the new challenge always excited him and here he could fight some of the most deadliest fighters in the galaxy. "Name?" The twi'lek tapped the pen impatiently, Erack looked at her "My name isn't important.. just call me the Mandalorian" he said as he walked into the dark gates of the arena.

As he followed the guards through he looked at all the gladiators here some strong some weak but all able to kill you in a few seconds. He smiled as the guard turned to face him. "Your first" he said as he gave a smile "if your lucky you'll be killed nice and quickly" Erack didn't even look at the guard as he started to walking to the gate. As the gate started to open Erack couldn't resist, he broke into a jog he couldn't wait to see who he would be fighting. As he ran through the gate the light hit him, even with his helmet on it took him half a second to adjust. In that time the crowd had grown quiet, they hadn't expected to see a Mandalorian warrior, Erack didn't worry about them though his eyes were fixed on his opponent.

A Trandoshan, this was going to be fun with there views on death thus warrior would show no fear, just like Erack. Making sure A'den was on his back and making sure his Bes'bev was hidden behind his back he started to walk forward to his opponent ready for the upcoming fight, he was ready for the challenge to kill or be killed, for glory or death...

The Trandoshan raises his sword into the air shaking it around in front of the cheering crowd before finally facing his opponent. The crowd was suddenly hushed when they saw the actual Mandolorian armored man strutting into the arena. The shock of the crowd made an uneasy silence that was only broken when the Trandoshan began to jog to meet him where he comes in. The fight began almost instantaneously where the Trandoshan used his superior size to bash into the Mando coming down in an aggressive downswing from under his head.

The initial observation of the Mandolorian was his armor that was quite heavy. The woven armor padding over the Trandoshan's chest, shoulders, and knees were incredibly light weighted and allowed him to move far faster than the Mando in his heavy armor. The Trandoshan was able to close the distance between them quite quickly and the attack came down into one of the weak points in his armor being located in his armor's joints. Any armor can protect against direct attacks, though throwing a blade into a joint piece would not only prevent the armor from moving, but it would also hit some tissue if it hits hard enough. With enough hits piece of armor may simply fall off due to nothing holding it together at the joints.

The durasteel swords should be more than enough to do the necessary damage to the joint connections. The attack came down on the armor's right shoulder joint.

Seeing the Trandoshan start running Erack had underestimated it's speed, within moments the sword had hit his right shoulder making him drop to one knee. He felt blood start trickling down his arm, knowing that his opponent was going to be faster than him Erack would have to make sure he didn't leave himself too open. Saying that Erack had trained for years in this armour so the weight wasn't too bad in a flash he had swung his left fist aiming for the Trandoshan's left knee. The plan was to hit the left knee causing the Trandoshan to lose balance before bringing his left knee into his lower stomach and then jumping back.

If all this had connected he would of moved back drawn A'den and was ready to attack again. this was going to be more of a challenge than anything else I've fought in arenas he thought to himself as he readied to attack...

The Trandoshan's strike had landed between the armor's plating and with the success off the blow it would be apparent that with as little room as the jointing allows, that he would have to remove the blade. The Trandoshan lifts his right leg in an attempt to kick his opponent down and remove the blade for another swing, but he finds the Mando punching his standing leg and with the force of the kick, they both go tumbling into the coarse sand.

The Trandoshan's limitations are little and allow him to tumble fluidly behind the Mando where they hit the sand and the tumble freed his sword as he'd attempted all along and with a quick scramble he leaps onto his armored foe with the sword to begin beating his helmet's visor with the hilt. Coming from above his opponent's head, he has little to worry about regarding his legs and the side to side motion while he beats the visor makes it rather difficult to stop the onslaught of the beating.

The punch was obnoxious as far as his knee is concerned, but since he rolled with the punch as he kicked the Mando down, the damage was rather minimal.

With the Trandoshan quicker movement allowing him to get on top of Erack it left him in a hard position, not being able to reach his sword he was getting hit continually from the Trandoshan's hilt on his head. Even with his helmet on the hit still started to leave him a bit dazed.
Knowing he had to get out of this position quickly he reached around to his hip grabbing his bes'bev he slammed the blade onto the Trandoshans leg, with the moment distraction of pain Erack managed to push his opponent of him and role around drawing A'den at the same time he stood facing the Trandoshan ready to Charge in and get on the front foot in this fight..

The Gladiator's blows to the armored Mano made little progress in the assault to his head before he'd noticed the human arming himself. The attack seemed fruitless and there is little point in continuing his attack at the risk of attracting a damaging blow from the human. The Trandoshan leaps back to avoid the dagger's plummeting blade that would have burrowed into his leg. The Trandoshan recomposed himself for the honor of the fight and they seemed to be one on one once again, though they were both armed this time. The Mando had since drawn an actual sword to match the Trandoshan's, and this triggered the real fight to begin.

The Mando stood up against the lizard gladiator well enough so far, but that was when he underestimated his armor's durability. He should have guessed the armor would prove to be durable enough to withstand his battery to it. Now the Trandoshan would have to attempt a different approach in order to once again gain an opportunity to strike at its weaker points, though the pertinence of the human to the fight at hand would make this a challenge. His weapon drawn would also make it rather difficult to approach him, but his true advantage was the mobility he could use against the rather slow, in comparison, human.

The Trandoshan had spent too many years in the arena learning the different approaches and styles to fighting, and he's seen many victories at his blade. He's even been sparred death on a single occasion due to the crowd's favorable view to him. This is a very rare occurrence, but he knew now through his many years as a Gladiator how to truly appease the crowd. The lizard made his attempt to get past the Mando's armor.

He dashes past the Mado with his blade outstretched, it was more of in a blocking manner, and was just meant to keep his blade away form the him as he past so closely. He did this several times, in attempts to keep the Mando spinning and moving into all different areas, until he finally changes his nearly monotonous style of attack and he outright attacks him and retreats to the same dashing. His experience in the sand and his lightweight armors allow him to make these movements, though the Mando's heavy armor would prove rather difficult not only to traverse the sandy grounds, but difficult to keep up with the lizard's constantly changing mode of attack.

With each dash he was able to parry the Mando's eminent attacks, and with each charge, the Lizard gains a better angle of attack. His first charge includes a quick turn to attack at his target, aiming for his right side, and slashing toward his elbow, but if his attack shouldn't make any accuracy in penetrating the jointing, he would continue the charge using his sword as a temporary replacement for a whiled where he uses his whole body's wiehgt to off balance or even knock down the human. With every charge and dash, the crowd grows in their cheers as many of them even find themselves standing and stomping.

Erack looked into the Trandoshan's eyes, years of experience in the arena and a years of seeing death were inside them. This opponent was finally someone worthy of Erack a trained gladiator not some wannabe from the outer rims.
Erack shuffled his feet and started to move his sword round to get a feel for it. He steadied his feet ready to make wick adjustments as he went to attack. Before he could start charging in his opponent did it instead, running around him Erack decided not to attack but to watch. Spinning around numerous times Erack realized that this was the Trandoshan's plan all along to get him tired, knowing that he had to act with his left foot he kicked up the sand into the Trandoshan's face before aiming for the left hip of his opponent hoping he would get enough of a knick to shock him....

Kicking sand is an inevitable tactic bound to be seen in the arena sooner or later, and often times, every Gladiator has encountered it and it's seen in the less experienced Gladiators. most Gladiators know well to not attempt it as it is quite easily avoided with a hand above your eyes or simply closing them, though what it really does is create a veil in which to hide a strike form either side and it tends to be quite a dangerous tactic to use unless your opponent is in fact inexperienced in the arena as well or if they simply cannot protect themselves.

The lizard spins into a back kick that delivers a powerful kick into the chest area of the Mandolorian and with his back to the wall of sand, it would protects his eyes. As he turns the back kick into a side kick, his eyes have avoided the wall of sand and he's now facing wherever his kick sent his opponent. If his opponent had somehow managed to avoid the kick or stay standing after the kick, the Trandoshan's spinning should assist in wide slash he would make toward the neck area of the Mando.

The Trandoshan's superior reach advantage over the Mando should ensure his kick hits fast and hard, and with the wall of sand hiding his kick's approach coupled with his one foot acting on the kicking motion of the kick should catch him off balance enough to hopefully knock him to the ground. The Trandoshan was feeling quite confident in his approach to the fight and the sand was certainly an inexperienced and wrong move for the novice to use against him. All he could do was smile as his sword prepares for his next move.

All too late Erack saw the foot come out of the wall of sand he had caused, hitting him straight in the chest with some considerable force he stumbled back 4 or 5 steps. Adjusting his body quickly to avoid landing on his back side he dropped his right leg into a kneeling position his left leg bent in front holding his sword out like a pike ready for the Trandoshan to come running at him out of the dust.

Erack cursed himself for doing such a stupid move he knew he would have to fight a lot more smarter if he was going to survive this fight. He Waited to see if the Trandoshan was going to come running at him into his sword if he didn't Erack would stand up positioned ready for the next engagement...

The Trandoshan's attempt to hurt the Mandolorian went without success. The Mando seemed to stumble back far enough to avoid his follow up swipe. Instead of hitting the manse's neck area, he clanked against an outstretched sword. When the wall came crashing down completely, the Trandoshan stepped into the light to tower above the human kneeling on the ground.

"You thought yous could compete with the best the Galaxy has to offer, but yous was dead wrong! I is Veskatogra, and I's will be the last thing yous sees before yous face hits the sand... Without you's body, hahaha!"

His cackle sent the crowds leaping ingot he air and cheering as it seems to be something that the fans were waiting for like some sort of trademark. AS his cackle sent the crowd bursting into the excitement the arena was built to contain, the Mando found the time to stand against him in the sands. The were face to face, weapons draw, and it almost seemed like the battle had reset and they were starting over completely, except that the human's arm was dripping a bit of blood from earlier in the fight. He raises his blade once more to a ready position where he lunges forward at the now prepared Mandolorian.

The blade swipe his sideways from the Mando's left to right, opening up just enough for the Trandoshan's right leg to strike a downward kick into the human's left leg. When landing it, the lizard man 's wide sweeping blade would be returning to an inside block to keep the Mandolorian's blade from striking his left side. With the Mando's left leg weakened by the downward strike, and his left side protected from the mango's blade, the giant lizard reach out an arm to brace an impact for the tackle. all in all, the Mando would be sent tumbling to his lefts side into the sand.

The lizard's blade would follow him all the way down to defend against any swings he may attempt on the way down, or after landing. All the while he would be laughing, and the viewers roaring.

Staring at the Trandoshan Erack was not going to waste energy taunting his opponent he would let his fighting do the talking, as the Trandoshan attacked Erack backed off to avoid the blade as the Trandoshan kicked his leg then sent him sprawling to the ground his opponent started laughing.
That was the last straw for Erack he was going to kill this lizard now, with a burst of speed he charged straight into the Trandoshan dropping his sword he tackled him into the ground meaning both of there weapons had gone flying. As they hit the ground Erack made sure he used the weight of the armour to cause main to his opponent before he had jumped back up jogged away and grabbed his sword.
As soon as he picked up his sword he was charging at his opponent, who most probley had picked up his sword, Erack delivered a downwards strike aiming for the Trandoshan's right solider...

The Mandolorian's tackle left both of their swords tumbling out of reach into the sand, and it left the Trandoshan unable to laugh any longer. His focuses would have to return o the fight. The tackle brought them into the sands where he was crushed by the rather heavy weight of the armor the human wore. His chest was flattened and left him with a lack of air to breath, but he latched not to he body and turned with the momentum of the tackle where he ends up on top of the Mandolorian.

The lizard begins to set himself onto of the Mandolorian, and he gains a new respect for just how much the armor slows him down, though he plans to relieve him of theta issue, and he grips the man's helmet as he rips it off of his head with an immediate tumble. He lets the helmet fling into the sand opposite of where the Mando's sword lies in the sand and the Trandoshan dashes for his sword which is in the same direction of the Mando's helmet.

The Trandoshan purposely kicks sand into the helmet before returning to face his opponent once again with his sword raised in his hands. The distance between them allowed him the time to kick the sand into the helpmeet before he returned to face his charging opponent. The tackle he had to admit was rather unexpected considering that it knocked both their swords out of their hands, but he decided that he wouldn't let the human surprise him again.

The slash came down towards his shoulder, but with an easy block, he keeps the sword above his shoulder and he pushes him back with a step, but instead of allowing him to recover the push back, he continued to attack with wide, strong, slashes going from side to side. He wouldn't allow the Mandolorian to recover his helmet, and the Trandoshan intends to remove more armor throughout the duration of the battle.

The Trandoshan's assault inches up further and further, and it gets stronger and stronger with every slash, though it didn't leave much time between the slashes for recovery. Each step forward allows for less room for the Mandolorian to reagin his composure without turning and running where the Trandoshan would make his move. The Trandoshan's superior strength and mobility would aid his significantly int eh duel.

Erack saw his helmet go flying and the Trandoshan kick sand into it, grabbing his sword and attacking the Trandoshan his opponent blocked with ease and then started swinging his blade side to side pushing Erack back.
A rage arose in Erack Darku losing his helmet had enraged him more than the Trandoshan had expected, or maybe he had expected it. Erack instead of moving back swung his blade to the side meeting the Trandoshan's blade in the middle, the impacting blades jarred Erack the Force that they both swung with was quite amazing and you heard the crowd cheer.
Quickly regaining composure Erack went on the offensive using his quick feet to charge at his opponent he used the weight of the blade to deliver a strong blow aiming for the Trandoshan's left side hip...

The blade's clash sending a ringing up his arm. He merely throws his blade into his left hand in order to allow his right arm to recover from the numbing blow. It wasn't completely unable to be used, but he could still feel the ringing vibrating up his arm and it seems that by the swing of the human's next attack, the left hand would best be used in his left hand either way.

The Trandoshan's blade parries the swipe into his hip and he spins into the attack, where he uses the spinning momentum to force his blade wielding elbow (left) into his opponent's uncovered face while his back cups into the the body. His right arm pulls the rest of his body into the human as if they were spooning, though he was wrapping his still numbed arm around his opponent's right arm wielding the blade. The wrap around his arm includes his arm, since his fingers are less than completely utilizable from the jarring shock of the previous attack. He is really quite surprised that the Mandolorian is still gripping his blade so tightly.

The Trandoshan leans into his elbow in order to really prevent him from dissipating the blow with an arm, as the leaning would actually force him backwards and rotating on his right arm, which is now gripped tightly by the lizard's right arm. The Trandoshan's leg was placed outside the Human's in order to create a trip for him as he now pulls the Mandolorian's right arm so that he trips and twists onto his back with the lizard's grip still on his right arm. Upon the twisting, the arm would be faced up with the elbow facing down, and the Trandoshan's grip pulls upward in an attempt to snap the arm so that the elbow is bending the wrong way.

The sword in his hand is likely to be useless at that point anyway, and the Lizard would have sealed the fat of his right arm. Though the fight was nothing special for the Gladiator, the Mandolorian still put up more of a fight than most of his victims had. Upon the Trandoshan's sequence being finished, the crowd would roar at the very snapping of his arm, and his eminent screams would be drowned out by the deafening screams of the Gladiator's battle.
