_____The Hive: A training room designed to stress the importance of being aware of one's suroundings. Deep in the heart of the Jedi Temple, this chamber has six levels: three high and three low; with the main entrance to this cylindrical hive along the center/high (from lowest to highest, the forth level). It is a hollow structure with the main levels only as lining walkways, with varied dangling and rising circular pods with which to leap from and climb. Dangling vines hang from the ceiling at different lengths of this green and growing structure, as well as smaller mounds with which to stand upon towards the lower levels. Pleanty of room is afforded along the perimeter lining of each level, but each circular pod varies in size; some even only wide enough to stand one foot upon whilst holding the dangling vine it hangs from and others wide enough for an entire starting run into an acrobatic sequence and landing. Short grass and moss has grown over the levels, with some walkway patterns worn into remembrance.

The main entrance, a single doorway, slid open and Knight Tris stepped in from the well lit corridor; the metal door on one side, moss covered on the inside, slid shut behind him - leaving only the pouring moonlight in from the overgrown large glass panels above and various small wall lights at each level. Tris stepped out to the edge of the level and looked down to see the the floor, three levels beneath him. He was feeling quite calm today, relaxed in this place and in the expired day. It was time for an enjoyable duel; anything goes.

Tightly tucked into the side of his belt with a single 'Y' strap over its hilt, "Antithesis" await its call; the lightsaber a brilliant silver with blue streaks cut into its hilt as well as a rapier design drawn into the oposing side. Tris effortlessly and playfully tossed a foot off the side and followed the simple skip completely off the ledge and dropped a single level down to land onto a larger pod, it swaying with the dropping force of his landing as he grab hold of the vine that it hang from. He looked around with a wide smile, lines of silvery light shooting down inbetween the obstacles of pods and vines through whereever it may; with the shifting of the moon's reflecting gray. Tris took a deep breath in content and happiness of this place. He enjoyed it here...

It was a weakness, curiosity, it was in her bones, but yet people say humans are naturally curious people. She always thought she was above that average. She begun really taking the time to explore all the rooms around the temple, some areas she recalled perfectly going down, others she couldn't stir up any memory that would give some meaning to where she was. And there she was now trying to recall where she was, Ebberla pulled out her imagecaster, she had remembered when she first arrived to place a map on the mini holo-projector. But something caught her eye a faint color glowed along the floor, either foot steps or a door closed recently. The Knight tucked away her holo-projector and followed the trail of color residue that floated on the floor.

It lead Ebberla to a door and she opened it without thinking of consequences. It wasn't anything Ebberla had ever seen here, the room towered above her and fell far below her. She immediately caught on to a presence, and she decided to make herself known, "HELLO!" she bellowed making her way along the walk way feeling the walls with her fingers, her senses taking up everything it could.

Tris looked up at the call. Surprised at first, he soon found his warm smile. Hitching up an arm to begin climbing the vine that he held onto, Tris stopped.

"Hello up there!"

Tris let go of his hold and relaxed in his stance upon the green pad, holding his head high to see who would peek over the edge and down at him.

Once there was a face to the voice, he'd further reply. And if no face pairred itself with the voice, he would further reply regardless in order to request that it be so.

"Beautiful night, isn't it?"

There was a reply, she was glad she didn't have to go look for them, she looked over the ledge at the pods down below, the moonlight limiting her actual visual perception, but she could feel where this other individual was. She looked up at the vines and then back down at the pods, plotting a course to climb down so they would have to yell at one another, "Um, ya, Night is night." she replied obviously spending too much time in space and not on any worlds. Ebberla backed up to a wall and with a skip, hop, and jump, she flung herself through the air, using a small pull on a vine, grabbing and she slid down to one pod, and then leaped to the pod to where the knight was standing.

She gave a small bow, "Ebberla Daw." she introduced herself.

Tris watched with a widening smile, enjoying the lady's acrobatic feat to reach him. Once she was near, she bowed. Tris cordially returned the greeting with a back step of one foot into a bow. It was less a tradition in the Jedi rank, and more mirroring the taste of a noble.

"Tristian-Ambrose... Dario Baptiste..."

The good looking Knight hesitated, overflowing with a warm confidence, becoming used to others not getting his name. Having two first names, a middle, and a family last name; he understood the oddity in it.

"You can call me 'Tris'."

He looked her over, more curious of her obvious ability rather than a man looking at a woman. But his smile did grow even further.

"In fact, I'd prefer it."

Ebberla listened to him introduce himself, Tris, and she didn't need a hint from the Force that he was a little full of himself. "Nice to meet you, Tris," she glanced quickly around the training room, "Care to show off? A little bit of an exercise?" she asked raising an eyebrow, her lip curling into a small smile.

Tris practically waltzed out to the edge of the pod, elegantly stepping with a graceful pivot that leave his heels poking off the edge. He lifted his arms out, palms up, and smiled again.

Normally he'd have bid the lady first opportunity to lead the way. But since she had already asked him to "show off", he let his rising eyebrows do the talking.

The fleshy pod, quite thin towards the edges, were sunken around his boots. He let go, and fell back; completely relaxed.

Falling backwards, he almost seemed to have slowed his reaction to wait and see if Ebberla looked over the edge and at him. Though, shortly after his backwards rotation had put him totally upside down and his head lead the fall, Tris wrapped his arms in to slap his chest and shoulders to tuck in his body and flip forwards with a twist. He landed onto the edge of a pod, protruding from the lower level, as it lean and give to his weight; his arms out with adjusting balance as he slide along the large plant. He jumped forwards into the air and front flipped up onto the outer lining of the lowest level.

Stepping out of his landing, Tris looked up to see how Ebberla liked his first attempt at impressing her.

Ebberla moved to the edge of the pod watching him fall to the pod below them. Definitely serious about showing off. The knight watched him land successfully, it was similar to diving competitions, except Jedi style. Ebberla stood back up and went to the other side of of the pod, she saw a fairly small pod, only a meter in diameter floating up. She jumped up and over landing on the pod with an aided Force push. It pushed herself and the pod down far enough until she was able to jump onto the pod where Tris stood.

"I imagine, you do that a lot." she replied, "But not when in fight or anything, you were an easy target if someone wanted to shoot you." she looked around, "How about a more proper of showing off, a duel?" she asked.

Tris puckered a smirk at her comment, taken with her critique and finding it most amusing.

"Why not..."

Tris lifted a right hand to his right side, lifting out the silver hilt from its strap. He clearly wasn't taking this seriously just yet. Not quite yet.

Circling the hilt around in one right hand, he brought it down to point out before his leading right foot ...then ignite it. A blue beam sparked from the emitter and nearly cut into the pod they stood upon. A Makashi opening. He would await her, only attack or counter when she was ready. And that stupid smile had yet to be wiped from his face. He would enjoy this.

"I must warn you. I'm quite the show-off..."

"Makashi...You certainly have the advantage here." she replied her own blade snapping to her hand, reversing her grip and then ignited her amber blade, "Ladies first." she said and then she attacked, her blade cut through the air, circling and slicing down on Tris' right side.

Tris sidestepped the attack, left. He struck a quick and light intruding cut upwards, straight at her.

His saber in that right hand, his body was to the left of his attack. Since he had stepped left, he'd be able to retract a block to his right side where her blade was allowed to reach.

Ebberla shifted her body, her blade swinging back around smacking the opposing blade out of the way as it cut at her. The Knight slashed, two-handed, cutting diagonally at Tris' torso.

He stepped away, again dodging; angling his shoulder away with the backstep in slight avoidance of the slash. He followed the direction of her attack with one of his own, slashing at her torso.

He had a purpose to his movements. He seemed to be toying with her. It was his nature, probing for hints at what he could already guess.

The Knight's senses fired, almost innate, she learned just to trust and move, her own body shifted out of range of the blue blade. Her mind slowly focused noe, it was just idle play, neither of them were taking it seriously. Her wrist spun her blade cutting the air around her. Ebberla paused, blade still and she leapt into the air, her blade cutting the air in front of her and down at Tris.

And so it finally began...

There had been a greater distance of preperation between them, due to both of their avoiding movements. When Ebberla came down from her leaping slash, Tris turned away with yet another dodge. But this time he blasted a quick Force Push down into the pod where she would land behind him. The pod would rock down where she would land and rise up where Tris was heading. When he turned away, he dodged the trajectory of her attack and stepped over to the rising side of the pod - it practically launching him into a Force assisted leap back over her as she land. ...If she could land, as the pod gave way where she would come down from her leap.

Tris lept up to the next level and began running along the edge. He jumped out to pods hanging over the open arena to flank her lower position and angle his next line of attack as he cross straight through the center of The Hive.

Scenerios driven by the Force begun playing through he head, she cursed as she saw what was to come as the platform tipped, throwing Tris across the hive. Ebberla saw a few possible outcomes. She ended up releasing her blade to catch the tip of the platform with barely just a grip. The clink of her saber reverted back to her ears as well as the sounds colors exploded from down below. She knew where it was located nonetheless. The platform unfortunately was slowly tipping back to horizontal, not enough time as she could feel Tris' coming back for her. Ebberla released her grip falling to the floor below. She released a force push to soften impact as she hit the ground, crouching slightly, knees bent to absorb the shock. she looked up to find the other knight.

Now two levels apart, they both searched for each other. Tris lept out from one of the pods he traversed and gripped a vine with a single hand, the give of its swing aiding in his tightening grip - though still he slid a bit before fully securing that grip. He swung around, seeing Ebberla for a moment between pods and platforms.

He released his grip to fall onto a smaller dangling pod on the level they had previously occupied, now above Ebberla. Tris quickly wrapped the bend of his arm around the vine that the pod dangle from, as he swing a slowing spin around his arm's grip. He was almost directly over her, with various protruding mounds of green and giant mushroom shapes all around; though could not see her below just as she could not see up past the pod he stood upon, only wide enough for his two feet to occupy as it spin from his landing.

The vine he held onto was tightening as it twist around itself. Tris looked down to see her, his lightsaber pointing at an angle down across his legs.

Ebberla felt out with the Force she found Tris, right above her, the overcasting of the mushrooms covered her well enough, she guessed he couldn't see her with his eyes. She looked around on the ground, and a slight pull, her saber was back in her hand. The Knight felt out again to find Tris, still in the same spot. She moved a few paces and she could see his blue blade through the cracks of the plants. Ebberla leaped landing lightly atop of a mound, her blade ignited once more.

Tris felt her moving about beneath him and pushed his feet back into the pod, pulling forward the vine it dangle from. She lept up onto a mound and ignited her blade once again, and Tris had managed a small swing of his pod.

Using his core strength as he swing towards her, he tugged on the vine and dug his feet into the pod to lift it up like a shield before him. For that brief moment that he swing towards her with the pod at his feet between them, he closed a distance; then released his tug of the vine with that left hand and let his feet upon the pod swing down and propel him forth past her. As he sail through the air and past her right side, Tris swung a a swimmer's slash from forwad to back as pass horizontally. He'd flip forward and land onto the side lining of the perimeter walkway to this level, having twisted to face her again.

Whatever she had tried in retalliation, Tris had twisted his left hand up near his gut as he use the Force to yank at her leading foot with a Force Pull.

Ebberla jumped to another mound out of Tris' reach of his lightsaber, something told her to keep moving as she stood to watch were Tris had landed, she felt a tug at the air below her feet, leaping forward to the wall of the hive. Ebberla launched herself with Force jump and landed on the walkway. Her blade still ignited, she charged at Tris, her blade swung diagonally from floor to ceiling up along his torso.
