Hayvan was shocked at what Xiantos had reavealed. The fact that his own master, the one who had warned him about using some darkside powers was now evil himself. And now, he was second in command to Nexus himself. This boggled the mind of the jawa for a bit.

At this point, he was out in the open pretty close to Kyle as Xiantos began walking away. It wouldn't be hard for Xiantos to tell where he was but as Xiantos hadn't killed Kyle, Hayvan wasn't incredibly scared even though he was one of the most powerful beings in the galaxy and had trained Hayvan so he would know the weakness's of Hayvan.

"Changed my mind?" Nobody had asked this of him recently, and the only time he had concretely told his story was when Nexus first accepted him into the order. "You were there when I fought Sen Helto, and you were there when we killed him. We destroyed the spirit of a Sith monster, but at the cost of one of the greatest jedi master's of our time. Was that truly worth it?"

"That event caused me to leave the order, and I fled into the unknown regions, thinking; There must be a better way to live, there must be a better way to reign supreme! And I've found it in the Sith." Xiantos' voice started off neutral, unemotional like he usually speaks, however towards the end he started to pick up some steam, shouting with the enthusiasm and strength that had been bestowed upon him by the sith.

"Now if you will excuse me Kyle, I need to go back to dominating the Galaxy."[/b]

"So what you're telling me is...you're running away from the truth?! That is not what Xiantos Zosimus would have done, or at least the one I knew..."

*Kyle instantly raised an eyebrow when Xiantos said his last line about dominating the Galaxy. It seemed like Xiantos's other half had just stepped in and taken over his body, just like Sen Helto and his evil spirit had done. All was odd...too odd. It seemed like Kyle was now in the worst pickle of his life...and this one just might end it.*

He had only recently made his landing on Taris, and as with most places he came to he'd found a private docking bay in the lower areas of the city. It made it easier to move his cargo off the ship and into the hands of the Exchange, the swoop gangs, and the hutts. A war torn world like Taris was the perfect place for to move the product he was being paid to transport, a place where only criminals and natives lived. Criminals were usually already hyped up on the stuff, and natives, people that had been here when it all happened, well what better way to forget your past than glitterstim. At least that's what the Tatooinian Hutts thought. After passing customs, which was nothing more than a man that for a packet of spice would forget your ship had ever been there, he left the freighter he'd been assigned for this run and set out in search of a Cantina where no one would notice, or mind, that he was only 14. It was only when he'd found such a place that he'd heard the man almost roaring out, at least to his ears,

"Now if you will excuse me Kyle, I need to go back to dominating the Galaxy."

He knew immediately that this was one of the Sith, but what he hadn't realized is that when he turned to stare at the man, and his compatriot that he was standing next to him, within arms reach of them both, or that he had blurted out what crossed his mind next.

"Sithspit, you gotta yell?"

as soon as it spilled out he wrapped his hands around his mouth, he'd seemed to have an ability to put himself into bad situations, maybe he needed to learn to just be quiet and not pay attention to the atrocities that were going around on these Sith controlled worlds. Annoying the local government was no way to deliver spice right under their noses.

((By the way, welcome to the forum, Jace Carnait))

"Sithspit, you gotta yell?"[/b]

As soon as those words left Jace's mouth, Hattie whirled around. Anyone who publicly spoke against the Sith government were executed on the spot (as far as she knew). An idiot is her first impression of the smuggler.

'Although it seems that he is pro-Republic, helping him out here is a BAD idea. Especially since I have very little information about Taris' position in this war,' thought Hattie, 'it's either him, or the Republic. It's a "duh" for this one - Republic.'.

Propaganders cries out in outrage at the open insult at the Sith Lord. Hattie then realized that staying here is also a bad idea - she does not want to remain in the open, where she can be recognized later on. Especially when a Sith is present. But, leaving when that Sith Lord is watching is highly suspicious. Answer: Mold into the crowd.

Xiantos glanced around him as the crowd seemed to grow more, and more agitated. They must not know that he was a Sith, especially from the way he was dressed it would be hard pressed for them to tell. What he needed to do was leave the orbital station now, before this became out of hand and more people had to die. This was not something that needed to be done, but if it comes to that...

"Kyle, I am embracing the truth, grabbing it and not letting it go; that is why I am here, paying off mercenaries to do things for me. Now, as you can imagine I am extremely busy and if you don't have any further questions, I will bid you adieu. And if you did have more questions, well, I wouldn't answer them."

At the end of the sentence, Xiantos force jumped up to the skywalk above him, a mere 100 feet and nothing for the former Grandmaster to accomplish. Instantly he was out of the slums of Taris, and into the 'higher' and richer areas. Walking through the nearest portal, he force punched the control, shattering it and effectively locking out anybody that wanted to follow him.

*Kyle followed in pursuit, and found that his Force Jump was pretty good, as he landed near a portal, and walked towards it. Xiantos was already long gone, and he had blocked the way for Kyle to follow as well. Kyle then put on his robe and walked away like the shadows that vanish when the darkness enveloped the planet. It was time that the Council heard the truth to Xiantos Zosimus.*

Now that his former master had left, Hayvan decided to follow Kyle out of there as he felt it would be better to be together as they left rather than each deciding their own path. So Hayvan then jumped and then like Kyle disappeared into the darkness.

Jace let out a long breath of relief, the situation had dispersed without him having been apprehended for his outburst. He decided to spend the rest of his time here on board his ship, where he was safe.
