I have been all over the place but may jump into the opener soon. I just hate social threads >.>
That one is pretty sexy, but I think we have a lot of work to do before we starting worrying about a theme song. We currently have less than 50% participation in our opener, and I'd like to get this thread and maybe a couple other story threads going soon as well. We'll get to it, I promise.
Catching the Wind | Sevarcos II has long been known as the birthplace of Carsunum and Andris. These spice varients are two of the most common and desired types in the Galaxy. The Jedi are interested in shutting down the poisonous substances' production and export, but first need to get their foot in the door on Sevarcos. Go to Sevarcos II and gain intel on the local government, and possibly search for a safehouse that we can use in the future. Try not to let anyone know who you are, just in case. Rumor has it that newcomers often Catch the Wind. Figure out what that means while you're there. THIS MISSION MUST COMPLETE BEFORE THE NEXT PART OPENS | 2 Jedi + 2 Rebels | [GREEN] |
Meet the Spicers | Now that we have an understanding of the corporations and government on Sevarcos II, we can move forward in our desires to both diminish the spice trade and bring more people to our cause. The Corporations will not see our ways, and it will be difficult and perhaps violent to get them to stop their exports. For now, we will begin talks with the government officials. Meet with Prime Minister Santage of the Sevari people as ambassadors to our cause. Watch out for unwanted attention from the Spicer Mercenaries. | 2 Jedi + 2 Rebels | [HIGH GREEN] |
How to quit smoking | The ultimate goal of ending the exportation of spice is noble, but what of the Sevari economy? Spice is literally in the air they breathe. Find a way to educate the locals on the use of spice in medicines, rather than recreational drugs. This is a more scientific/technical mission. Nonetheless be on guard, Sevarcos II is a dangerous place. | 1 Jedi + 2 Rebels | [HIGH GREEN] |
The Great Pit of Andris | Exportation of raw spice is illegal in many systems, and therefore is very profitable if done right. The businessmen of Sevarcos II won't give up their credits easily. Infiltrate the largest Andris mine in the Galaxy and find a way to shut it down from the inside. Expect trouble from anywhere, we don't know what to expect down there and you can bet security has increased since we were spotted on the planet. | 5 total - Jedi or Rebels | [YELLOW] |
Smoked Out | The Sevari people base their entire economy on the spice trade, and are hard pressed to be against it. Nonetheless, there is a tribe on the Northern frontier of the planet that opposes the Spice Trade. Find them and attempt to bring them to our cause. These people will likely be in hiding to avoid the Spice Lords that control the wild zones. We should also be wary of the locals. | 1 Jedi (1 Padawan allowed with Knight if desired)+ 2 Rebels | [YELLOW] |
The Lord of the Spices | At last, our time on Sevarcos II has met with success. We've made progress in giving the people a new view on the raw material they possess, and we have done some damage to the mining operations. We have the attention of people who really control Sevarcos II (And I don't mean the government). Spice Lord Chit'qualla has controlled the entire system through his ranks of mercenaries and Spice Lord Governors for years. The Luxury Space Colony in orbit is said to be his own personal house, fit with many guards as well. Board the station and detain Chit'qualla. He will have starfighters defending the station and many armed guards inside. Be prepared for a large battle to get to him. This victory will open the door to annexation in the future and a better handle on the growing spice industry across the Galaxy. THIS MISSION SHOULD BE DONE LAST | 4 Jedi (Experienced Padawans ok with Master escort) + 4 Rebels | [HIGH YELLOW] |
We should do some trail. You know, damge control, counter boarding, wepaons drills extra extra. Some may only need a few members some could have all take part. I would not mind NPCing a few since I have done these trails and drills in real life.
