*Carith stood stikll in the same training room from the night before, with his cloak rapped tighly around him he leaned back against the wall waiting patiently. He let her take her time with preparing to return to training. It was Hard work he knew, he had been through it all and much more...He stood fiddling with objects and trinkets on his belt, popping a button of a little pocket open and then closing it creating a popping sound that echoed through out the room. It seemed to distract him and pass the time.*

She walked around for a while, searching for the room, until she just had to ask one of the passing Knights to direct her. It was awkward and embarrassing, it always was, to have to show someone her message on a datapad, then having to point to her throat to explain her condition. However, she at last found her way into the room. Master Korso was waiting for her, which brought on the guilt of making him wait. She couldn't tell him why she'd been late unless she typed it up, and she was worried that it might seem like she was just making excuses for her own laziness. Also, upon catching sight of him, she immediately wanted to ask him if he liked the cake, but she didn't want to seem too eager, so she just walked up to him, head bowed.

*He smiled bowed back and stood up facing her face to face with a slight grin about his cheeks.*

"Nice of you to join me my young padawan"*He said letting out a slight chuckle.*

"There is no need to fret over this, It should teach you somthing aswell, something i have tried explaining. I have no reaction due to patience. I was patient with you, As i am still. It is a key virtue, and i strive on it, works out in many situations. I know ive said this before but there is no other way to imfasize on how important the matter is."

*He turned and walked back to the table with the partailly crafted lightsaber and the crafting tools and what parts were left to use.*

"Now back to the matter at hand, Please take a seat and remember patience do not let it anger you, do not let it frustrate you. Calm and focus. Frustration leads to anger, anger is one path you do not want to take, it is a path torward the darkside. Though we will go into more detail on this in the near future."

*He backed away pulling her seat out for her motioning for her to sit politley, he stood awaiting her to begin.*

Patience. She could do patience, she was sure. It was nice of him to wait and not be angry, and she was sure that it counted more towards niceness than patience. However, it was discouraging to be returned to the mound of parts that was to be her lightsaber. Eventually.

Again, he politely pulled out the seat for her, which she thanked him for with a smile. Once more, she had to tackle the lightsaber. Fortunately, she had left the book open to the page she had been working on, so she didn't have to go through much searching before she could start. Nuts. The searching was the easy part. She let out a sigh as she began her very slow and delicate work. It was going fairly steadily for several hours when she finally noticed the hunger in her stomach. She hadn't gotten any breakfast. Absently, she wondered if she could ask if she could get some, then bring it back down here to eat as she worked, but she decided against it. It was her fault or not remembering breakfast anyway, she would just have to suffer. A kind of self-punishment to remember to do it next time.

As it went on, she began trying to correctly place the energy modulating circuits within the piping. She didn't particularly like the piping, but she was glad that it could be decorated later. Unfortunately, when she had all of those tiny wires and other little things placed, they didn't attach directly to the cycling field energizers. She tried to force it to work, but it was obstinate. She began to recognize that she had made an error in the wire's configuration, but she kept on trying different ways to get it to work nonetheless; but it was fruitless. At last, she recognized that she was going to have to take those wires out and try again.

Once more, she painstakingly placed the wires in, trying her hardest to follow the guidelines, taking slower, more deliberate steps. At last, she had them all back in, and the cycling field energizers fit now... but now the wires had taken up just so much space that, though they correctly connected to the energizers, the energizers didn't fit correctly into the piping. She bit her lip and tried and tried to get them to fit, but it was no use. This compounded with her self-induced hunger only made the problem seem larger. She tried and tried and tried again, not wanting to undo all of the hours of work once more. It had to be near lunchtime now, and she had not made much headway. It was such a silly thing, she knew, but she was beginning to despair, and beginning to be frustrated with her waste of time and energy. She remembered what Master Korso had said, and she only despaired more. How was she ever going to be a Jedi at this rate?

She clenched her hands, making small, rosy semicircles where her nails had dug into her flesh as she made an effort to relieve the tension. She had to face it, she had to take the wires out again. She was so hungry...

She fought tears as she once more took the wires apart, then took a deep breath. She took out the datapad that hung at her waist and typed up, slowly, humbly, ashamed at needing the help, What am I doing wrong?

*Carith moved torwards her and smiled. He read the datapad and looked back up to her setting it on the desk.*

"Your allowing it to frustrate you. You must take your time. Read slowly and carefully. When things are written they leave mixed messages. Some harder to find than others. I don't know why though. So read slowly and go one part at a time."

*With that said he let out a little chuckle. and backed away again crossing his arms waiting for her to try again.*

She had been reading slowly and carefully! Couldn't he see that? Couldn't he...? No, he was nice, he knew she had been trying hard. He just thought that she wasn't trying her hardest. But she was... wasn't she? Oh, she didn't know. She was too hungry and frustrated to think clearly. She guessed that was the point, she needed to not get frustrated. That was difficult, as she felt that she was only wasting her time and his trying repeatedly to put this little lightsaber component together - and failing miserably. A little coil of emotions knotted up within her as she thought of that. Failing... failure. If she couldn't do this, she failed, she would be a failure. She had to do this - but she couldn't! That made her a failure. A stupid little failure...

Her eyes grew misty as she clenched her fists once more. She shouldn't be thinking these things. After all, Master Korso believed she could do it or he would not ask her to. She'd only tried twice, and the third time's the charm, they say. Still, she felt depressed. But she had to keep going. To help give her some tangible goal, she decided that once she got this right, she could have a break for lunch; a kind of reward for herself. It didn't really help much, and it made it seem like she would never eat, but she was bound and determined to force herself to stick by that game plan.

Slowly, she once more took out the wires, almost lamenting with each wire removed and all of the time lost in the taking. Now with a 'clean slate' as it were, with all of the wires out again, she once more read slowly through the instruction, double and triple checking as she took each phrase one at a time. She constantly checked her blade against the diagrams, terrified of messing up again.

*Carith smiled and got excited to see that she was putting forth most effort she had in her. He was proud of her though still waiting for her to get finished. He adjusted his robe to where it fitted nicley on him securing his saber back from sliding along his belt. He crossed his arms and closed his eyes and concentrated on the mind of his pupil*

::Speaking to her through the force::

"Sarina..I am speaking to you through the force...Concentrate...Follow my voice..Look deep within yourself and focus on the task at hand..This may distract you a little bit, though in the feild there will be many distractions and a Jedi must keep there head and whits about them."

*His voice faded away, it turned into a mere thought to her. A small voice in her head. Carith re-opened his eyes to check on her reaction.*

((I am so very sorry about the delay; my free time has lately been cut dramatically and it is difficult to find enough time to post, or even check the new posts))

She gently felt his pleased reaction towards her work, and her spirits lifted somewhat, prodding her to work harder to further please him. She worked so very hard in once more putting in the wires, bit by delicate bit, checking, double checking, and triple checking, taking great pains not to make another mistake, trying hard to focus.

As she was working intensively, she was suddenly startled by a voice in her head. She was so engrossed that the surprise caused her to drop the bits of metal she was holding onto the table. She gasped as she heard her name and her Master's voice within her thoughts, encompassing her brain and drawing the focus onto it's soothing rhythm. She listened intently, and when his message was completed, she tried to do as he asked of her. She wasn't quite sure what he meant, but she was sure it was along the lines of 'clear your mind of all of the other distractions and thoughts and get those wires in there.' So, she took a minute to make her mind a blank, then once more began to work. Slowly, painfully, intently, piece by piece, she put the little labyrinth of wires into the tiny space.

At last, they were in there, for the third time. Hoping against hope, she bit her lip as she picked up those annoying little energizers, until she finally gathered enough courage to dare to try once more to put them in, and risk failure. To her utter delight, the first one popped right in, and she eagerly connected the wires to the sockets instructed. However, she was horrified when the second one put up a fight. She almost felt like crying as she could feel the frustration and the anger beg to surface in her heart once more, but she gave one last shove with her thumb, and with a sharp snap, the energizer was correctly placed. Just like that, she was done with that seemingly monumental hurdle, though she knew more difficult things awaited her.

For several moments she stared at the now 2/3rds completed chassis, before a smile crossed her face, and an excited, joyful noise escaped her lips. She was so happy that was done that for a moment she had the urge to embrace her Master for no other reason than she was happy. She had no other way to show her emotions, so the want for physical interpretations of the same was common with her. Instead of this, though she turned around, face radiant with joy, and pantomimed a request for lunch - more specifically, she mimed a request for lunch with him.

((Hey its alright..No worries!))

*Carith smiled at her work and then at her proud of her. He motioned her to put down what work she had left and follow him...*

*As Carith walked in silence with her walking at the same pace next to him they entered a room which seemed to be an eating qaurters. It was assorted with many decorated tables and a buffet style food area, there were many other Jedi themselves eating. The room was very neat and clean due to the heavily stressed cleaning policies and thankfully the many assorted cleaning droids. He motioned for her to go ahead, he didn't seem to be very hungry at the moment. he sat a small table alone allowing her to get her food he got comfortable waiting for her to come to sit with him*

Sarina happily sat up from her work to follow Master Korso to the neat and tidy mess hall, where she grabbed a larger-than-usual lunch for her, to make up for missing breakfast. Once she had picked out the food, she looked around as she held her tray, searching for her Master. She finally picked him out among the noon crowd and walked towards him, smiling. She sat down across from him, setting down her tray as she set up her meal. Looking over at him, her face took on a quizzical expression. She pointed to him, then to the food, then made a motion as if she was eating something, shaking her head once that was done.

((Ack... short post...))

*Carith looked over at her motions, He smiled and shook his head at her*

"Oh, No no I am fine thank you. I ate not to long before our training. Very kind of you though."

*He paused for a moment, looking around the room controling his breaths and counting them pacing himself, He feared that things were coming down around him. Figuring out the council is thinking of bringing the order to war. All the innocent lives at stake. He looked up at his padawan fearing for her saftey and saftey of others. He beleived it was time to intensify her training.*

((umm ok so just to save me time and trouble i have so much going on right now, You did not complete your lightsaber yet correct? or did you?))

((Well since you didn't post ill go ahead and continue it lol.))

*After about 30 minutes of eating time, Carith allowed her to to put her food wastes into the garbage disposal and give her plate to the server droid. He stood up and crossed his arms looking at her with a slightly serious face.*

"We must continue your training, there are some things you need to be aware of aswell as you need to be prepared for. I am not in liberty to discuss them here nor is it the time. I will tell you of this important matter as your training progresses. Now...Come with me we must finish the task at hand."

*He turned away from her letting his cloak spin through the air and back down to his side, He began to walk quickly hoping she could keep up with him. They returned to the training room which still had her lightsaber components aswell as the parts she has completed laying there on the table. He motioned for her to continue.*

"Remember, Focus and patience."

((Too fast! Too fast! What about a dinner convo? Ever heard of one? Too fast! The world is ENDING!))

Sarina watched her Master's facial expressions carefully, gauging everything she saw. As she thought in the silence that she was doomed to, her countenance fell. She knew that her Master was kind, and knew how to teach, she realized that he had not once asked about her, as a person. She couldn't even recall him calling her by name. She was just another student n a whirlwind of others... another one that he'd soon forget. She wasn't anybody to him. He hadn't even mentioned her cake. Probably didn't even care.

She finally got the courage to ask him about it as they were walking back to the training room, shyly offering him the datapad, but discreetly, half hoping he wouldn't see it for fear that he might think her forward or obnoxious, the other half hoping against hope that he would see it and that he would reply positively. Either because he was testing her patience or he was zoned out for the moment, he didn't seem to notice her steadily retracting hand and just assigned Sarina her next task, to which she unhesitatingly responded, though the world and everything in it seemed all the more dreary.

((Sorry again for the delay...))

*Carith waited back once again for her to complete the first task at hand...He was patient though he knew this one was specail but he didn't know what...she was a verrry slow learner though good once she got it. It took her a while to do things though he thought that would all change once she got this task complete...though it is a very difficult one to come by.*
