For some reason, this really, really bugs me. All this hoopla over some dude dying in a car crash. HUNDREDS of people, probably some of them better people die each day and you don't see people making facebook accounts named "so-and-so -- The Immortal" just so they can comment on each and every "I'm sorry to hear that" post made on the death announcement. Isn't it kind of weird how people are making such a huge deal about this?

I don't know where I'm going with this.

And I don’t like the inevitable shaming that comes from people who take that point of view. Yes, lots of people die every day. Those deaths are also very sad, but those deaths don’t affect the public. The people who died did not have any impact on most people’s lives. That’s unlike Paul Walker, for example. Millions of people enjoyed his work and are now sad that he’s gone. There’s nothing wrong with people talking about that. Are there people who just take advantage of that for attention? 150,000 people die every day, most of them die naturally and not while being an accomplice to a serious driving offense punishable by at least 2 months jail time. Why are people crying about some dude who died letting his friend do something which 1.) was illegal and 2.) endangered other people's lives. Face it, folks. Paul Walker could very well have killed more than just his buddy by letting that idiot drive the vehicle around in a 45 mph zone.
