I thought we were basically just going to have a write up of that, rather than RP'ing it, given how long it's been? Quicker and less painful just to say, "And that's how it went, the end."

We already agreed on mine and Viggy's idea didn't we?

So writing it up is pretty much what we've been waiting for.

Storm covering the retreat, a bunch of Republic and Hutts dieing and the battle ultimately being a stalemate so we can move on with the Dark Treaty thread and see how that goes.

I'm pretty sure m'boy Viggy could do the retreat in one post thus saving all our butts.:CHappy:

I'm pretty sure the idea so far is Storm's character has a big corny heroic moment, covering the retreat of the Hutt's on his own destroying a number of republic ships in the process and some characters aswell, it ultimately results in a stalemate while both factions retreat to cover their respective losses, I could be wrong on some details though.

It was agreed upon mostly through PM's, me and Vigz came up with it and I believe he ran it by Mrun and Kupo.

Essentially, I had a number of Republic ships ready to jump in and save my encircled fleet. Somewhere in the region of a whole second fleet.

Following this, the Hutts break off, rather than face attack from both sides. Ventor Furtificus dies in the brief exchange as the Hutts leave, as does Mrun's Supreme Commander. I'd expect losses to be manageable and more or less equal, given that while the Republic's first fleet is surrounded, the Hutts would be being fired on from two whole fleets.

I guess that's about it?

What part of stalemate don't you understand?

I'm mature enough to write the statement from a general point of view and not one of the hutt empire as a general summary of what took place so we can move on with the story.

Why would I attempt to make any hinderence on that?

Get your facts straight before making such accusations.


Edeeet: Another thing is the fact this thread is about when this WASN'T my faction, this all involves Storm and when Gorbagg was still chairman.

I came up with an idea, gave it over to Viggy, tweaked it and he showed it to you guys.

FYI, once you send it to me, I will undoubtedly add little things in that I think will spice it up. You guys can say yes and no to them if you want. It's just something I do. Like, a lot of the stuff in the faction histories weren't actually said in the think tank, but rather I just made them up because it helped the whole thing flow (Alcor inventing Sector 13, the Bogan on Conscio with Xendor, etc).

Just wanted to prepare you for that.

I'm aware, but I still think Kupo was being ridiculous.

Where exactly are you going to put this out of curiosity?
