NAME: Raelin Savak (prefers Rae)
FACTION: Sith
RANK: Acolyte
SPECIES: Shistavanen
AGE: 20
GENDER: Female
HEIGHT: 5'7
WEIGHT: 130 pounds
EYES: Gray
HAIR: Red-brown, black, white
SKIN: covered in fur, no skin
CREDITS: 1000
DISTINGUISHING MARKS: Rip in left ear
FORCE SENSITIVE: Yes

STRENGTH: 6/10 She had to hunt her own food, so she developed muscles to take down her kills, but little to eat got in the way of true muscle tone
DEXTERITY: 7/10 Nimble because she would have to chase down prey
CONSTITUTION: 5/10 Healthy, but perhaps a little too lean from not quite enough to eat
INTELLIGENCE: 6/10 Years of practice stalking and planning on how to catch prey has kept her keen
WISDOM: 5/10 Still young and reckless, she is prone to rash behavior and is a bit impulsive
CHARISMA: 5/10 She has a habit of looking fierce, despite how she truly feels. Most are wary of her instead of finding her charming.

FORCE POWERS:
Force Stealth

SKILLS:
Hunt, cook, stealth, (a little) hand-to-hand

LIGHTSABER/SWORD FORMS:
None as of yet

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Heightened sight and smell, as well as enhanced stamina and speed make Rae a strong fighter, but she is a bit predictable and her actions are rash and spontaneous most of the time. She also tends to think in a literal mindset so she misses sarcasm and is sometimes gullible.

GEAR:
Tattered sleeveless black tunic, black pants, red sash (for a splash of color), tight-fitting brown coat, orange power-crystal necklace, vibrosword

SHIP:
Not yet

DROIDS:
Nope

PETS:
Varactyl named Zari (if possible. If not, I'll take it out completely)

PERSONALITY:
Completely untrusting of all who cross her path, Rae sticks to the shadows and prefers to observe from afar. Her rash actions sometimes lead her into trouble and she usually tries to get out with fighting. Seen by some as anti-social, she nearly is as she doesn't trust anyone not to stab her in the back. The only ones she trusts, and is loyal to, are those who she sees as friends and allies. With those select few, she sometimes shows a more playful side of herself.

BIOGRAPHY:
Gray eyes. As a Shistavanen pup, in a clan that uses the color of its members' eyes to show which clan they belong to, having the wrong color eyes is a very bad thing. Rae was born with gray eyes, not the usual black, yellow, or red. Because of that, she is shunned from the clans and was forced to live on her own. Her parents took her away, and traded her to a Wookie smuggler as a servant. The Wookie adopted her, though, and took her to live in her home on Kashyyyk. Hidden among the lush forests, Rae found her home.

By age 12, Rae was living on her own in a wooden house in the Wookie City. She had a whole year of peacefulness, but it was not to last. Two days after her 13th birthday, the Sith attacked. Their endless waves of Imperials and Sith beat the Wookies back. But when they came near to Rae's home, she left. With no ties to the Wookies, having no friends and the one Wookie female who adopted her dead, she felt no need to stay and fight. So she descended to the 4th level of the city, as close to the danger of the forests as she dared, and hid with her pet (Zari). She managed to stay hidden for a little while, but eventually the Sith pushed into the area and found her.

When she was eventually found she was brought away from Kashyyyk by the Imperials as a prisoner. She worked for four years as a servant on Fondor, forced to do many unpleasant things for him her master, until she managed to catch him alone and kill him. She would work for two years after that to provide food and shelter for herself, managing to secure a small apartment and a job bartending at a local club. It was there that the Sith truly noticed her. There were two of them that day, coming to investigate someone else... but Rae had drawn their attention. One stayed behind while the second continued on their mission. The first said that he could feel the Force in her, and asked if she knew anything about it. Her answer was no, beyond being able to sense other Force-sensitive beings. The Sith told her that she should look into joining their ranks. He said that he would not force her, as her powers did not astound him, but she was strong enough that she could at least start learning.

A chance for power was what the Sith dangled in front of her as he left the club, smirking as he left.

After that, Rae decided that she would join the Sith, if they would have her. She knew they were at the old Jedi temple, having taken it over when they destroyed most of Coruscant during the war. But first, she needed to get ready. She needed to prepare.

Her preparations were quick, and she met another Sith in the club where she worked. Their meeting was a brief one, but showed Rae just what power she would be able to command with training. With help from the Sith (Xanthus) Rae was able to leave Fondor behind and head to Korriban where she would begin her training.

While on Korriban, she was chosen to go on a mission to help some people attacked by pirates. During the mission, she learned Force Stealth which would come to aid her much in the future she was sure. She also managed to acquire a vibrosword from a pirate after she dispatched him and saved the group of hostages she managed to find. Along with the other acolytes, and Crusader V leading them, they managed to stop the pirates and take the ship back.

She waits now, once again on Korriban, for whatever adventure may await.

The character seems interesting, but there's one slight problem (I think. Kiro or Weiss will probably correct me if I'm wrong).

Specifically Coruscant. The Sith didn't really conquer and capture it so much as bull-doze and move in. 90% of the planet is an uninhabitable wasteland, which means there's not really clubs, or apartments to be playing in. Possibly pick a different world to be spotted by the Sith?

Oh. I must have misread the lore. I skimmed it to make sure I had the dates right. Where would be a better city-world be?

Disappointing. If you are gonna be a force wielding nerd, Jedi is the way to go.

Jk nice character!

Thanks. I already have my Padawan, and working on a thread to have her make her way to get to them, but I wanted to make a Sith as well.

Whoa. Gotta love them furries. So what did the fox say?

Anyway, very nice character. I find the read quite entertaining. I've noticed though that your stats are a bit high. I think the Sith leadership "encourages" new characters to have at least two or three weaknesses, to have room to grow and all that. Seems to me your character has a lot of strengths and a few average-leveled stats, but no real weaknesses. I suggest you tone down strength and constitution to start. I mean, being lean because of not having enough to eat would be detrimental to her health and her ability to grow strong muscles, wouldn't you agree?

Also, being good at hunting doesn't make you smart, not to the same degree as would warrant a 7/10. Perception does not equal knowledge. At least, not the way I understand how intelligence works. I could be wrong though.

Lastly, why Kashyyk? Why not some other planet? Why didn't her parents decide to leave her on a more urbanized planet? I mean, if I had a kid I don't want, I wouldn't leave him/her being surrounded by big, hairy people that could pull your arms off when they lose at dejarik. What were their motivations for such actions? Normally, it wouldn't matter, but this is a huge part of her life.

Anyway, I think I overdid it, so I'll just leave my comment here. I hope this helped.

I'll add a bit to the weaknesses, and I was actually going to change some of her stats. I didn't like them much and your suggestion was helpful. Also, Kashyyyk was the planet I decided on mainly because of the pet and the landscape. The pet (if I'm allowed to keep it) is a Varactyl. They're found on Utapau mostly, but also on Kashyyyk and Belsavis. For those who don't recognize it first off, you'll most likely remember it as the dragonmount that Obi Wan rode on Utapau as he chased after General Grevious. I chose Kashyyyk over the other two planets because of the landscape. Belsavis is a tundra planet and Utapau is a sinkhole.

Yeah, I think the lizard's name is Bogga or Vorga, or something. Anyway, the reason why I pointed that out is that it doesn't seem to be a logical choice to leave your child if you're a Shistavaren. I mean for starters, Uvena Prime, the Shistavaren home world is well away from Kashyyk, like, halfway across the galaxy. All I'm saying is that you need to come up with a logical, believable explanation as to why the parents decided to leave their child in a very remote, strange world as opposed to some neighboring planet, in an in-character point of view, not an OOC one.

Well, perhaps the Sith people might just overlook that tiny discrepancy, but then again, they may not.

Also, make sure you put the unit of measure for weight. I mean, 150 what? If it's 150 pounds, it might be too heavy for her, since you've described your character as lean. 150 pounds for a 5'7" person is borderline overweight. At least for a human.

Yeah, Dominus and Cale have covered most of the important points here. Coruscant is now a Dark Side infused nightmare, save for a small, habitable, zone which hosts the Empress' private palace, the new Sith Temple, which overlooks the ruins of the Jedi Temple. As for another planet city, you could have picked Anaxes, the new Imperial Capitol, or Fondor, which is another industrial megapolis city.

Other than that, I don't see any genuine problems with it!

Okay. New world she is on now has been changed to Fondor. Also, I decided to change the planet where her parents took her. I couldn't find Uvena Prime (or any other Uvena) on the map, so I'm currently stuck. I'll change that bit of her profile once I decide where she is going, but I'd like to keep the varactyl (now it would be left as a guardian as well as a pet).

Edited once again. I still couldn't find Uvena Prime on a map, but with info from wookieepedia I found a planet that would work and not be too far away to be believable that her parents would hide her there. If there are any more items that need to be addressed, please let me know.

You know, you could've just mentioned that the parents had a friend who lived in Kashyyyk. Or that they gave their pariah daughter (according to their customs, anyway) to some random wookiee smuggler trading at one of Uvena Prime's spaceports who then adopted your character and all that. Being raised in a place where she was the only one of her kind would've earned her animosity towards the wookiees, which explains why she never helped them when the Sith came. Just a thought.

That sounds like a really good idea. I hadn't even thought of them giving her away. It would also give her a bit of a reason to dislike her own kind as much as they would dislike her because she's clanless.

Also, the Imperium is against slavery. They wouldn't have allowed Raelin to become a slave post-Battle of Kashyyyk.

instead of working as a slave since like Wiess said, the Imperium is opposed to it, you can say she was a servant and was forced to do many unpleasent things for her master, hence the reason for killing him.

I'll use the idea of a servant instead of a slave. I didn't know they were anti-slavery. thanks
