Since she was at a Jedi temple, Lilith decided to take advantage. She wasn't sure if she'd ever set foot in a temple again, so it might be her only chance. No one considered her a Jedi... not herself, not Oren, so it made little sense for her to be here in the first place.

She'd requested a meeting with a Jedi Master, or rather, Councillor named Hannibal. His signature felt familiar, though she couldn't place it. That was partly why she requested him. Maybe she could place it, maybe not, though he was obviously powerful and could hold some answers she sought.

Obviously, she hoped Oren wouldn't find out. She wanted to ask, at least, one experienced Jedi if they had any knowledge that she could send to Talak. The issue? She knew Talak was a private man so she didn't want to let on why she was asking the Jedi for help. Oren would see through her questions in a matter of seconds, so she opted to try her luck with a different Jedi.

Besides, ever since they came here Oren had been busy and she wasn't going to pull him away just to ask a question.

The room she stepped into felt as if it was illuminated purely by sunlight. Maybe it was. There were a lot of windows in the room, and greenery. It was a lot different from the near lifeless, dark halls of Sith temples. There were no whispers here that slithered their way into your mind, to try to take over. It was simply... peaceful. Lilith stood against a ray of light, her gray robe engulfing her form. Her hood was pulled up, so her face was somewhat obfuscated. She didn't know who she'd end up talking to, since she wasn't sure if Hannibal would show up, or if one of his lackeys would. Either way, she stood and waited.

Sure were a lot meeting these days for the Council. 'Course it made sense all things considered, but meeting were basically the bane of Hannibal's existence. Not to mention the paperwork. So much regret, truly. But...

This was at least something different. Someone Oren had brought wanted to speak with him, someone who wasn't a Jedi. At least it probably wouldn't be boring, he hoped. Dressed in his usual best, colourful robes neatly cleaned and sleeves rolled up, Hannibal made his way to the new Council chambers with Ego floating along behind him as usual, burbling a question that the Jedi waved off. No, he didn't have any idea who this person was.

He stepped through the door and into the intersecting rays of golden sun that filtered in through the windows. Leaf-dappled shadows danced across the stone floor and the woman who stood half in light, half not.

Ah. It'd been a while. Funny how that keeps happening, huh?

"So you're the one. Long time no see, eh?" he said, typical smirk asserting itself on his face. He took a few more steps forward and offered a casual wave. "You look a little different. Wearing a different face these days?"

Lilith turned, sensing the Jedi in the room. His words hung in the air for a handful of seconds as she tried to put everything together.

It clicked.

"You?" Lilith laughed heartily. "Can you imagine if we fought that day and I managed to kill you? The Sith would've been grateful to me without even knowing it," she said, considering he now sat on the council. Probably awkward, she thought after, but she mentally shrugged. She'd probably never see him again after today.

But when she thought about that day more, the smile on her face and eyes drained and her gaze drifted from him. Maybe jokes and thoughts of the past weren't for now. "Bad joke," she muttered.

Her gaze drifted to lights dancing against the petals of a flower before returning to the Jedi. "I need information on Force techniques to heal the mind," she started, breathing in a sigh. "I realize that's an obnoxiously vague request, but I'll take anything that you can provide or..." she hesitated for a second. "Access to the Jedi library and some direction of where to look." She'd told Talak she'd bombard him with everything she found, and she wasn't the type to make promises and not deliver. Most if not all might not apply to whatever Trys was suffering, but she had to try.

Hannibal rose an eyebrow at Lilith and chuckled softly. Yes, that would have been awkward indeed, considering everything else that'd happened since. Most would doubtless have considered the joke in poor taste but the young Master took everything in stride.

"Yeah, like that'd ever happen," he replied with a mischievous grin, waving his hand casually through the air as if to ward off any awkwardness. Yeah, the last time they'd met the young woman had been some kind of tortured Sith soul wandering the streets of Nar Shaddaa, but now she was a semi-tortured whatever soul wandering somewhere else. It was an improvement. Baby steps.

Lilith's question drew Hannibal's eyes from the birds he'd been watching through a window, head tilted slightly.

"To heal the mind? Who for?" he asked, watching the young woman carefully. Healing was something he was well familiar with and mental stuff was incredibly complicated, comparatively speaking. Oota had been remarkably skilled at it, but he wasn't exactly around anymore to offer his advice.

"It's not really that simple. If you're looking for help, I suggest a therapist."
