My argument was purely for Darth Bane and other well known, distinct characters. Like, I don't like when people use Anakin Skywalker or Obi-Wan Kenobi for character models. They're too well known. However, if someone wanted to use HK from KOTOR for an HK character then I wouldn't care.

My point is that there are hundreds of pictures of Sith out there, especially on DeviantArt. Use one of those other than Darth Bane from a novel that JUST came out.

P.S.
If you're going to give me an argument like "it doesn't work because Viggo is Viggo" then Viggo Mortensen shouldn't be playing Aragorn since he's Viggo Mortensen and Patrick Stewart shouldn't be playing Jean-Luc Picard because he's Patrick Stewart. There's a difference between actors and officially published pictures meant for one character and one character only.

You could probably do some more with the history, and I still think you should get another picture. I hate seeing pictures/drawings/etc. of canon characters used for other characters.
