She came into his feint attempting to block his blade, but it was a feint and he pivoted away her attempted block, a quick one-two step that put him to the outside of her active blade as the secondary came out.

While she did not activate the blade, he saw what she had been intending and he grinned. She had much to learn, but she wasn't stupid. Could he have killed her, probably. But he had never really intended to unless she had turned out to be weak.

"Enough." He said, backing away and deactivating his saber. Not that he wasn't ready to reactivate it at a split moments notice should she seek to push the advantage of his blade being off. "You are not clueless when it comes to the lightsaber, and you have some talent with the force. Yet you need someone to show you the way of the Darkside."

He paused, considering the implications. "Where did you learn?"

As he did not follow through with his strike, and danced away, she could have turned her block into a strike at his back. But probably he would just throw her away with the force. As he came to a halt, he ended the sparring session. And began to ask her of her training, and of her past. With a smile she deactivated her crimsoned sabre, and held the other upright.

"Is it not obvious? There are not that many institutions that teach our skills. And if I was not trained with the dark side, only one side of the coin remains." As she ignited the sabre, green light filled the room and she smirked. "A souvenir from my past. Ideal to disguise as a Jedi."

She watched him, how he would react to that, still ready if he tried anything funny now. Or if that was too much for him. She really did not want him angry on her. And in her mind, there was no reason to be angry. "I have come far since that low time though"

Asminys listened with piqued interest as Sonya explained her origin. He kept his face neutral however, at least until she ignited the green saber in her left hand. Raising an eyebrow at that, he commented. "Yours? or anothers?"

He didn't particularly care that she had been a Jedi prior to their meeting. He could tell she was more suited to the Sith, though the background explained much of how she acted. The defensives style to her martial abilities and the way she spoke for one.

"Indeed, you have begun your journey on the true path." It was often taught among the Sith that the Jedi were their misguided brothers. He had fought a Jedi once in the reactor room of a star destroyer over Ryloth. It hadn't gone as he had expected and the man had fought more like a Sith than he believed that the Jedi would.

"Tell me more of the Jedi." He said, he could sense an opportunity when he saw one. And here one had stumbled into his grasp.

As she put the sabres back under her jacket and closed it she shook her head with a smile. "Not mine, my masters. Yet it makes a great disguise when needed." She looked at him, she still knew next to nothing about him. Just that he must have trained for combat a great deal more than she. Yet he seemed very much out of shape when it came to a discussion. She could not see him coaxing anyone into action through talking.

She nodded. The true path, that was funny, after all the Jedi often taught that Sith were Jedi who had fallen of the true path, figures of tragedies. She bit her lip at that thought. Her life would be no tragedy. She had sacrificed enough, there was nothing more to lose. It could only go up now.

"Well, what do you want to know? How they spent their time grovelling and aiding, apologising for past mistakes. How the littlest bit of emotion or pride gets you into a discussion of how you are misguided?" It was not her favourite topic.

"Is it customary to train combat as much as you did as a Sith? I have seldom see Jedi as strong as you, and those commit themselves to their blades entirely."

Hearing that the lightsaber had been her masters brought a small smile to Asminys face. "Kill him?" He asked, short and to the point. He wasn't one to mince words or waste them on simple niceties after all.

"I don't believe my training would be considered 'customary' no. Experimental, perhaps." But he wasn't really here to talk about his training, and he didn't believe it was important compared to the intelligence that the ex-jedi could provide him.

"How they fight for one. Where they make their home. Where they are weak." Straight to the point. The Jedi were much of a mystery to him, and the things she suggested they did made little sense. Groveling, aiding, apologizing. All foreign words as far as the actions where concerned. He knew much of emotion and pride however.
