Jey did a shocked double take in response to Ines' statement - was she nuts?! She had an out, why the hell did she refuse the chance to go home? However, when she explained her reasoning it all made sense - she must have felt guilt for what happened on the transport... which didn't surprise him seeing as she had the demeanour of a girl scout, but he admired it to an extent. Jey listened with a focus expression as Woja explained what was going to happen.

"Yeeeah, same." he said in agreement with Ines, coupled with a raised eyebrow. Jey watched as Woja left out of earshot and began making preparations, he turned to his redheaded friend and folded his arms as he listened to her question - as a private person by nature with his own secrets he wished to keep, he had his own reasons to keep information withheld from Woja. "I'm not comfortable with it. But it's the only way we're gonna get these guys off my back." he responded as he placed the micro-camera on his outer collar.

Woja returned back with with the LSF sanctioned comlinks and handed each of them to Jey and Ines. "Alright, kids. As I mentioned before, the plan is to get them to confess - so you'll need to hide the comlinks somewhere where we can listen in, and if they confess or things go south - say the safe word wachamio and we'll be there in a heartbeat, okay?" Woja informed the pair, and Jey simply nodded in response. Woja smiled at the teens' cooperation "Great. Do you have any way of contacting Sasbede and Tvrurr?" the Twi'lek asked, the young teen shook his head before following up with a response "No. They come to you, and I can bet you they're waiting at my apartment." coupled with a stern expression, Woja's eyes remained locked with Jey's as his expression conveyed understanding. With that, Jey and Ines followed Woja and some other LSF officers to a sanctioned airspeeder, ready to be escorted to Jey's apartment complex.

The journey felt short, probably because the Force-sensitive teen was so deep in thought at how this could end, however, he was mainly considered with Ines safety over his... still feeling immense guilt and worry over her well-being. Landing not too far from his apartment but also far enough for them not to be spotted, Jey and Ines went over the plan with Woja one last time before he and the other officers got into position. Feeling an overwhelming sensation of nervousness, Jey put on a brave face for Ines so she wouldn't worry either - with a fake smile, he nodded to Ines and began making his way toward the complex.

It was mainly empty, probably all the tenants were in hiding due to the intimidating figures that waited outside. Tvrurr spotted the pair of teens first and howled, notifying his Twi'lek partner. Turning around to meet the gaze of the black haired boy and the redheaded girl, a sly grin formed on his face - "Well, well ,well, look what the kath hound dragged in." he said sarcastically with his arms outstretched. Immediately, Jey feigned confidence and a laid-back demeanour, "Sasbede, Tvrurr. Good to see you again." he called out, returning a sly grin of his own. This was it, he would just have to keep Sasbede talking and then it'd be all over...

Many things went through Ines' mind on their way to Jey's apartment. It seemed reckless to put two innocent young adults at risk like this, even though there were officers nearby. Blaster bolts were much faster than police officers, regardless of how much they had trained. At this point, Woja was not the Alderaanian's favourite person in the world. Regardless, there they were, ready to head off on a mission for the LSF. At least Jey seemed confident about the situation - although she did not understand why, it was comforting.

Ines gulped as she saw the wookie and Sasbede waiting for them. She was no stranger to putting on a brave face, but this did test her skills as she rarely did it in these rather dangerous circumstances. It was surprising to see how Jey managed to maintain his cool to greet them so casually. The teen could only assume that he had been in similar situations in the past, enough times to grow more accustomed to it. Raising her hand and producing a slow wave, the noble simply said "Hello" with a rather nervous tone.

Two confident smirks started appearing on the loan sharks as the two pairs got closer "Like an injured womp-rat, you're now coming back crawling to your nest. How predictable" he said with a condescending tone "And of course, you will now realise that there is no use in running." He continued, waving a hand at their surroundings, putting extra emphasis on the fact that they knew where he lived. Not that it should be any news to anyone at this point. Finally overcoming her fears, perhaps momentarily, Ines spoke, albeit hesitantly "Is this how you always work? Can't we find an alternate solution?" she asked with a shaky tone, hoping to lure our something incriminating against them.

"An alternate solution?" Woja asked, almost sounding surprised before completely bursting into laughter alongside his Wookiee partner. After getting it out of his system, Sasbede wiped a fake tear from his eyes with his index finger "That's not how things work down here, girlie. But I bet a prissy princess like you wouldn't understand." Jey noticed what Ines was doing, nice try though - however, it wouldn't be that easy.

Taking a risk, Jey took a step closer in hopes of provoking the two loan sharks. "Ah go easy on her, bud." he chimed in with his arms folded, Jey hoped that his laid back demeanour would irk at least Tvrurr as he knew Wookiee's had short tempers. The black haired teen turned back to look at Ines and grinned at her slyly "Didja know that Sasbede and Tvrurr are the worst loan sharks on the planet? Yes, the planet." he repeated with emphasis before returning his gaze to the Twi'lek and the Wookiee "Ain't that right? Wasn't it last month a Jawa that owed you money completely juked you and managed to get off planet?" he revealed with a chuckle.

Jey began to notice that Tvrurr was losing his nerve, he was beginning to shake with anger and Sasbede, who would usually be the one to calm his partner down, wasn't doing so hot either - his left eyebrow began twitching as he tried to contain his annoyance. "What'd the Jawa owe you? 10,000 credits? Oh! You're silent now." he goaded, his chuckle turning into light laughter. "Alright get this, Red. Tvrurr was actually knocked out and almost killed by a Trandoshan just two weeks ago. No wonder it was so easy to escape these nerf herders."

It was all over, Tvrurr howled and pulled out his bowcaster and aimed it directly at the pair of youths. With clenched fists and through gritted teeth Sasbede yelled out in anger "SHUT UP, DRES! We got our credits from the Trandoshan after I killed him! Now give us the credits you owe or Tvrurr kills both of you and rips it off your cold dead hands." as he pulled out his own blaster. A cocky grin formed on Jey's face which caused Sasbede to raise an eyebrow - "What's so funny?"

Without even informing them, Jey stepped back and stood next to Ines once more. "Wachamio." he uttered in a cold tone and within seconds, a dozen LSF officers emerged at the complex and surrounded Jey, Ines and the two loan sharks with their blaster rifles aimed at Sasbede and Tvrurr. Woja followed behind shortly with handcuffs, he walked behind the two loan sharks and cuffed them - prompting a roar from Tvrurr in response. Sasbede Fenn, Tvrurr, you're under arrest for first degree murder, attempted murder, as well as illegal predatory lending." Jey released a sigh of relief, it was all over... and he was still alive.

Nope, that did not work. Not all seemed to be lost, however, as Jey was fast to step in. He ran a hard bargain. Despite Ines standing slightly behind him, tugging lightly at his sleeve for him to stop, the hotshot continued until the wookie reached his boiling point. Seeing the bowcaster aimed at them was quite frightening, but it seemed to be enough as Sasbede now started running his mouth. In a surprisingly elegant manner, Jey ended it all with the code word and soon, all danger was gone. Ines felt like she had barely done a thing throughout the confrontation, but it didn't matter. They had caught the bad guys and no one was harmed or injured. One of the officers tapped Jey on the shoulder and the put his hand on the Alderaanian's shoulder "Are you two alright?" he asked. The girl nodded, affording him a slight "Yes". Upon receiving a positive answer from Jey, he would shift his attention to the criminals again.

Among all the chaos of LSF officers running about and photos being taken, Ines felt a kind of calmness. It was only natural, considering the turmoil she had experienced just a few moments ago. "Nicely done, Jey." she said after a few moments silence. "I hope you don't always play with such high stakes. One ought to be able to afford loosing from time to time too, right?" she asked, actually a bit worried about his longer term survival. Revising what had just happened, the noble squinted for a moment before turning to Jeyten "Did you just earn yourself 10 000 credits?" she asked, almost sounding a little excited.

Jey felt a reassuring hand grasp his shoulder, one of the officers had asked if he and Ines were okay - Jey simply responded with a bright grin and a nod, in Jey's books nothing could ever trump the feeling of getting out of a life or death situation alive. "Thanks. Wouldn't have got this far without you." he said in response back to her compliment, all the while playfully nudging her with his arm. A smile began forming on his face when he noticed the red-haired girl express concern about his current and future endeavours.

Shaking his head, Jey laughed and responded "I could... but where's the fun in that?" which was a half joke, but after surviving... no, beating two of the most dangerous (and stupidest) loan sharks on Lessu, it was a significant ego booster. The young teen felt invincible and as if he was on top of the entire galaxy. Listening to her next question, he thought about it for a moment but his face turned into a light frown "Probably not." he sighed, the credits he had earned today from selling spice would have to go back to his employers - wait, the spice! He'd left it unattended when he escaped Sasbede and Tvrurr... ah well, he had the credits to give back, it'd probably be fine.

Jey turned to look at Ines once more, feeling chivalrous and a great debt to Ines for helping him out today when she could have had so many opportunities to leave, he decided the least he could do was escort her home. Smoothly resting an arm on her shoulder, he grinned at her "Lemme walk you home, its the least I could do." and with that, Jey escorted Ines home and eventually learned the importance of her family name which resulted in a great shock for the black haired teen, but after that, the two engaged in lively conversation all the way back to her home before ultimately parting ways.

For now, all was well.
