he Syndicates are incredibly adept at making larges sums of credits. They can buy many ships to defend their territory, the problem is actually crewing them. Only so many criminals have flight experience, and not every smuggler or pirate wants a place in the Five Syndicates.
Recently, Syndicate spice runners spotted an abandoned Galactic Republic Era space station. It was seriously damaged and in disrepair, but it could be salvaged with the proper credits. It would make a good space station, but @Mae Tecono felt it would make a far better Flight school.
The plan is simple, we'll first acquire the credits to rebuild the old facility and acquire proper equipment. Then we'll attempt to advertise our organization as a legitimate flight school, brought to life by mysterious investors. We'll additionally find experienced staff, interested in helping the impoverished students of the Outer Rim. Finally, after students graduate, they will be sent offers to join the Five Syndicates, under the table of course.
Legitimate university on the outside, less legitimate beneath the surface, just how we like it.
The Set-Up
In order to renovate the station, we'll need credits. Credits come from investors. Letters have been sent out for several individuals to meet on Teth, to discuss the finances of the academy. (Self DM 3-5 participants)

Heading to Zar IV, the Pykes main slaver colony. The newly conquered planet and its inhabitants are often picked up and sold by the hundreds, sometimes thousands. What better place to put up recruiting posters for work off world, and away from the slave traders? (Self DM 2-3 participants)
