Comprassi Estates outside Carannia
Orin of the noble House Comprassi
Orin was born on Serenno in the palatial estate of house Comprassi outside Carannia in the year 6,929 BBY. His father, Dev Comprassi, the third son of Count Cosimo Comprassi puts Orin further down the line of succession. He grew up with many different kinfolk during this time, learning early how to present himself before fellow aristocrats as well as the commoners of Serenno. He had servants waiting on his every whim. While he was given this life his father instilled in him from a early age to work hard, wealth is nice but it is not guaranteed.
During his early adolescence he joined his cousins in the palace for tutoring. There he learned basic mathematics, etiquette, and science. He learned foreign languages such as Old Corellian and Twi'lek. However most of his studies were focused in Huttesse as its prominence as a trade language. Later his studies advanced into fencing and marksmanship. While Orin would work hard at all of his studies he truly excelled in fencing and speaking. He was able to coerce his cousins to do almost anything. One time he convinced his cousins to help him sneak into their butlers room to steal some whiskey. When caught Orin was able to talk him and his cousins out of trouble.
During his early teens he would join his father in business meetings. There he would watch and learn, taking notes on how his father's silver tongue would seal deals, such as the Comprassi freighters being the ships used to transport Kolto from Manaan for 10 years, securing a large contract for the Comprassi family. This was also a time when Orin discovered the opposite sex. He fell madly in love with a commoner who worked the vinyard, but due to her low birth he was not permitted to be with her. She was soon sent away as she was Orin's sole focus and inhibited his studies. After that Orin felt himself questioning his family. He attempted to run away from his life and jump ship offworld. However as he was nearing the transport his families security forces led by his father and brothers found him. They took him home and stuck him in house arrest.
After some time passed, he became compliant with his families wishes begrudgingly. As with age he understood why he couldn't wed a commoner. He would be promised to a noble of his families choosing and a marriage with a commoner would not provide a suitable alliance for the family. However, he still holds her dear to his heart and hopes to one day find her. It was also at that moment he realized, should he become the Count of the Family he would set the rules.
On his 18th Birthday he enrolled in university in Carannia. There he spent time learning business; management and the law, both Serenno and Galactic. He learned trade practices of other nations and planets, trade entities. He learned what it meant to conduct business on a galactic scale, how trade affects those on planets. He learned about finance, how to manage numbers and money. He learned about investments. While all important he also took classes in public speaking as well. He also found himself in a Fencing Club where he honed his skills. While his life at school served a great purpose one of the reasons he went was out of hope he would come across his childhood love.
After he graduated he asked his grandfather and father if he could go off world for a year and experience the galaxy. He was permitted to do so and he left with two bodyguards, Dargus Ternell and Zara Mindell. They were both Serenno commoners who rose to prominence in the household as members of the Comprassi retinues. Both skilled in blade and blaster. The two were tasked with protecting the young noble. Orin traveled to several planets and got to experience life outside of Serenno on his own. He went to Corellia where he saw the shipyards and got to experience the upper echelons of Corellia. He practiced his Old Corellian in feasts that he attended. He got to make several acquaintances. He spent his time drinking and enjoying himself, flirting with the daughters of men of prominence. He also visited Tatooine, there he got to experience the very scum of the galaxy; Bounty Hunters, pirates and lowlifes. It was on this planet that he had experienced true misfortune. He was careless and in a tavern he drunkenly boasted of his family and its wealth. A group of pirates over heard him and decided to kidnap and hold him for ransom. A skirmish commenced in the tavern and he was forced to take a life for the first time. He also lost his bodyguard Dargus in the process, while Zara was wounded. He learned real quick that sometimes silence is the best option.
A few months after the Tatooine incident he returned to Serenno. When he returned he asked his grandfather to work with the Comprassi retinue. His grandfather complied and added him to his personal security detail. He did participate in some minor incidents such as a small uprising of commoners in the Aparian wastes when the prisoners rioted. He was a part of a group that was a part of a larger military force sent in to quell the uprising by the Grand Count, gaining some combat experience and military tactics.
On his 26th birthday he requested to semi-retire from the retinue so as to pursue other endeavors. While working in Serenno and across the galaxy he hopes to someday find the woman he fell in love with as a child. He also has an ambition to become the heir apparent to House Comprassi, which is where he begins his journey by gaining power and wealth of his own to make it happen. He aquired a light freighter from his families fleet and seeked the help of his old bodyguard Zara as well as a younger member of their guard Baku Kessler to accompany him on his journey. He also requisitioned a astromech droid to accompany him on his travels.

Orin is a tall and fit young man, standing 6 feet tall. His time spent fencing and sport hunting has attributed to his build and mobility. He has long brown hair that he keeps back in a ponytail when out in public he also wears a beard, looking rugged yet regal at the same time. Most often he is seen in noble clothing in his houses colors.

He also still has his old uniform and armor from his time serving his family in a military capacity.

Gifted with a silver tongue, Orin has been known to be charismatic and gregarious. Able to talk to others without hesitation. Ambitious as well, has visions of grandeur for himself, his house and Serenno.
Growing up in high society he is polite to others and carries himself with poise and etiquette. However he does tend to have a wild side when with his friends and can get them into trouble, himself included. He enjoys his spirits especially nice wine from his families vineyards.
