Pretty much there isn't any. You wrote yourself into a corner. Your NPC diplomats lied that caused the Bogan to feel betrayed and led them to pre-emptively betray you. You attempted to run rather than surrender. And you wrote half (is it half, I think I read something about half the Keywork naval forces coming) the Keywork naval forces going to Sluis Van to attack it, with no one prompting you to attack a heavily fortified fortress world.

As of writing this, we don't have a relationship with the Empire. I can't know what the outcome of GABA's thread will be, so I don't know what the relationship will be, but as of right now, we don't have one. We do stay out of Hutt and Rebel space, implying we aren't welcome there. My diplomats were perfectly honest with him, which is why his attack floored me.

And no it's not half. It's not even half of the Siren's compliment, and we have more than that they just fell out of the Faction Write up in the FL handoff and the escape to Imynusoph.

As stated in a prior ruling, an attempt to flee on the ship leaves Mia vulnerable to attack, so she can be attacked as the ship attempts to escape the hangar.

How exactly is a slow unshielded shuttle managing to avoid attacks from dozens of star fighters, anti-air guns, and Star Destroyers? Battle Meditation is an advanced technique, one that can be known on a novice-level as a Padawan-level, but can't really do anything at that time.

She isn't. She's high knight level. And I detailed all that the ship did and how it did it. It's not *that* slow. It can hit 95mglt

Slow in comparison to the Bogan TRIEs, which can go 200mglt.

And Indies are not allowed Knight-level status unless they were once a Jedi or a Sith, or approved background as one by a FL.

I posed a problem with it when the Cartel stole your shipyard.

That's slow. Boli's interceptors do 200. Boli's bombers go faster than your shuttles.

Ok, but you still have 1 shuttle that "flies like a brick" in atmo, evading AA fire, 24 scouts, 36 interceptors, and 36 bombers, all which have superior speed and maneuverability. All without taking a single hit.

Do you see how that's completely unrealistic?

The problem is that you have no shields, so once you get hit, you're screwed. Like I said before, you were written into a corner. You had an opportunity for survival by surrendering but you didn't take it, so now you've written yourself into the grave. Pretty much right now you're only needing to worry about how you're going to save your admiral, Vestar Thane; if he can be saved.

I am laying down the law. You have taken advantage of every ruling that has been put in place, trying to pull as much as you can, trying to get around my rulings. This is enough. Your ship is unshielded and being swarmed by enemies in a slower ship than the enemies'. I am giving one last chance to end this without me stepping in one final time. Mia cannot escape. You were written into a corner. I am giving you two options now. Due to damage, it can either have a crash landing with the Bogan forces capturing the crew (with no opportunity of rescue from the Keywork armada) or her ship can be destroyed in the naval engagement. The naval engagement will not be going well, as you are again tremendously outmatched. You will take damage; I will be merciful and say only half of the present Keywork armada present must be destroyed at minimum, likely to be worse if the Bogans erect an interdiction field. I am not attempting to be mean or cruel. You were written into a corner, and trying to pull a lot of things here that are not acceptable, including your attitude. I was tremendously displeased by your earlier comment about "bringing in an admin" when YOU were the one that brought an admin (me) in here in the first place and continue to send reports. End this yourself with no more delays or Mary Sues, or I will end it.

And I'm sorry, but I don't think you can start a thread like this, try to kill my PC, and when I fight back, beg for an admin to rule on it so that there is 0 chance I'll survive.

And for the record, Silent Wind didn't beg for any particular ruling. He brought concerns at the beginning but in no way attempted to influence rulings.

Prudii, up to you if you want to edit your post and have the ship crash in your current post or have the crash perform in the next posting round. I recommend the former, as it will speed things up.
